Excellent home for us to spend time in Christchurch. Wendy gave us lots of information. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we needed.

Everything about our stay went smoothly and comfortably. Wendy was a fantastic host who was always available to contact and even stocked up on coffee and milk for us before we arrived. Great location as well, walking or e-scooters get you anywhere in the city. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful weekend, we were able to walk into town easily as the location is great.

Wendy's apartment was wonderful. We had a great time staying there. The apartment is centrally located in a nice neighbourhood. It has all the amenities that one would want. A great place to stay!

Property was clean & tidy, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had sufficient pots /pans /cutlery to cook. Having garage parking and laundry facilities was fantastic.

The condo was lovely. Conveniently located, clean and well appointed. Wendy even had some milk and coffee there so we could enjoy it in the morning after arriving after a long flight the night before.

The 3 of us loved everything about our accommodation. Clean, so many supplies if you need them, close to town and quiet.

This was our first time in Christchurch. The apartment was bright, sunny and comfortable. We felt right at home. We were amazed at how conveniently It was located to the river, botanical gardens in the central hub of things. Highly recommend for your visit in Christchurch.

Loved this 2 bedroom townhouse. Very handy to have off-street parking. Walking distance to city center shopping, arts and eateries.

Wendy our host was excellent. Provided travel planning apps, websites and discount sites when we booked. When we arrived she provided airport transfer details and restaurant recommendations. We arrived to milk in the fridge. Easy check in.
The condo was perfect for our stay. All the amenities we needed for light cooking. Beds were comfy. Easy walk downtown.
The couches are starting to feel a little worn but still fine.
The long narrow staircase was not an issue for us, but I will mention that I thought my 80 year old parents would struggle so just a caution.

A great CBD dwelling in a location that’s central to almost anywhere. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and to the museum and botanical garden easily. The host is wonderful and was so helpful when we had issues due to our Interislander ferry fiasco. You’ll also be kept cozy and warm on cold, rainy nights. We enjoyed our stay.

First off, super nice dealing with owner Wendy. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was fabulous, with a tuck under , roomy garage which housed a washer & dryer as well. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with all the basics plus some treats. Great location close to city center. If we ever get to ChCh again we would stay there without even looking at other options. The best.

This is a lovely and large place, which has all the amenities you need, and more. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Christchurch and is in a quiet and safe area. Wendy is very hospitable and responds in a timely manner to any questions. We would highly recommend this place!

It is our second stay at Wendys house. It is warm clean and so central you can easily walk to the Cathedral and shopping.
Happy to stay here again when we are back next time.

Loved everything about our stay. Communication with owner was excellent, place in great location, felt homely, very clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay; even hairdryer, stain remover and a pay it forward box, which was such an incredible idea! Highly recommend :)
