The location is perfect . Reception also has soft drinks, etc, available for sale. Great range of quality complimentary toiletries.

Lacks good housekeeping. Found dead insects stuck on blinds. Inside windows require urgent cleaning inside window frames with spider webs and dead insects present. Also found cut toenail/ fingernails behind side pedestal when checking for power source If the housekeeping is improved asap, then Bealy Plaza gets top ratings.

A modern well presented room with all the facilities that you require for a stay close to the centre of Christchurch, There were plenty of little extras that provided added value and made for one of the best short stays whilst touring in New Zealand.

Clean and tidy, good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Modern space and off street car parking is handy. Great affordable place to stay when in Christchurch.

The shower does not drain well, it pools while you are having a shower.

Apartment was furnished with good quality microwave & ceramic cooktop, along with good fittings in bathroom & througout. Walkable distance to dairy & some places to eat out. Also short walk to catch bus to city centre. In attractive tree lined street. Appt vacuumed daily & kept immaculately clean.

We were upgraded to 3rd floor apartment at street level, only downside was traffic noise during peak hours, plus a noise nearby during the wee hours sounding like a pump

Advertised 50 sky channels. Couldn't access a single movie channel. Staff just acted as if they didn't know. A little false advertising

Location was great. Paid for deluxe studio with balcony. Balcony looked on to a roof & was pretty dismal view.

Nice new facility with compact kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for two. Staff graciously gave us room off the Main Street.

Not much to like the staff member treated me like I didn't belong in this motel.. Felt uncomfortable... 🤦🏽‍♀️
