Everything was perfect. Our hosts were very helpful. They checked us in, made sure everything was working and provided useful information about the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and shower were clean and efficient. The Vietnamese fusion restaurant across the street was magical but reservations are really needed. We loved it so much we went twice. There are numerous restaurants in the area and a grocery store near by. We can’t say enough about this location and it’s proximity to public transport. Our hosts were wonderful. I highly recommend this home.

The apartment was setup as advertised and everything was ready ahead of checkin time for us. The weather allowed windows to be open. Elke and Stephan were available anytime we had a question. The apartment is located short walk to Oktoberfest, and in a neighborhood that has plenty of restaurant and local shopping options. Definitely would stay there again on our return to Munich.

Beautiful property within walking distance to Octoberfest. Owners were very friendly and helpful. They came to the property so we could store our luggage before check in. This was a big help for us.

We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The neighborhood has a number of good restaurants; the U-Bahn is just down the block. The apartment was clean, quiet (with the windows closed prior to restaurant closing) and very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but is sufficient for breakfasts and simple meals if you want a break from the innumerable places to eat in Munich. We hope to return!

Super clean. My friend and I stayed during the summer and they had a floor fan which was a lifesaver for someone used to central AC. The bed was really comfortable. The apartment is on the ground floor and was a little loud the first night because I left the top windows open, however, if you close the window the room is VERY quiet so I slept great after that. My friend and I both loved the waterfall shower and all in all it was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again for sure!

The apartment is stunning: beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and check-in was smooth. It's easy to walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks from this location, and the U-Bahn station is very close for any trips further afield. The kitchen is small (as is shown in the photos), and the only kitchen supplies are salt, pepper, dishwasher pods, and filters for the coffee-maker, so do come prepared to make purchases if you wish to cook while you're staying here. For food and drink, we heartily recommend the beer garden at Wirtshaus am Bavariapark (Theresienhöhe 15): excellent käsespätzlek, Augustiner beer, and Rielsling in a cool, shady, and quiet setting.

The apartment is particularly well situated, with numerous eateries, a supermarket and u-bahn station all within 5 minutes walk. The u-bahn is two stops from the main railway station. There are a number of attractive parks nearby. It has a comfortable neighbourhood feel. The apartment is spacious, has lots of light, high quality fittings and furniture, and designer touches. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, never to be overlooked.

Stephen and Elke are wonderful. They own a chocolate shop in the same building so are act your bacon call. Two or three great restaurants on the same street. Easy to get to downtown Munich. Subway is right there, but we enjoyed waking the 30 minutes to downtown. Highly recommend!!

Very spacious and comfortable apartment for two people. Good bed and shower. Nice outdoor space in courtyard. Kitchen has what you need for light cooking. Numerous groceries and corner markets within walking distance, as well as bakeries and restaurants. U-bahn just steps away, which connects you with the rest of the city very quickly. Owners are close by at their shop in case you have questions. Highly recommend.

The property was just as advertised. Located in a residential neighborhood very close to a u-bahn station. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Hosts were very nice and gave us a thorough walk through of the apartment. We enjoyed checking out their shop. Only two stops from the main train station. No washer or dryer but a laundromat is close by. No oven but we made due with the two burner stove and microwave.. Highly recommend this rental for your Munich visit.

Great location, easy access to main station, heart of town and any shopping area. Not only location but also the owner is so nice, reliable and super clean.

This place is a lovely apartment in a great location. You would need two weeks to take advantage of the restaurants at your doorstep. The apartment was spotless and had a great shower. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were accommodated without any problems. Thank you. We would stay again.

This property is outstanding in every way. Many simple personal touches. Great neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery store just a stroll away. City centre is 1.3 miles away. Easy walk for those who like to walk. Public transportation close by. I spent mornings with coffee outside and evenings with wine there, too. It is a “locals” kind of neighborhood and I appreciated being able to stay in this lovely apartment. I hope to return to Munich and would not stay anywhere else.

This suite is in an ideal location for newcomers to Munich. It is very close to public transportation - you can be in the City Centre in 5 minutes by subway. There are little grocery store within a 2 minute walk and it is very easy to get to from the central train station as well as the airport. There are many excellent dining spots all very close. The suite itself is ideal for a couple. Very clean and well appointed in every manner - kitchen, bathroom and living space. The real bonus to this suite is the owner - Stephan, who has a coffee and chocolatier right next to the apartment. He was very responsive to all our queries in advance of our stay and very helpful with orienting us to the transportation system when we arrived. Be sure to try his coffee and treats when you are there.

Property was ideally suited for the two of us - great facilities, modern, very clean, comfortable and we did not need the microwave as we ate elsewhere. Hosts run a chocolate shop / cafe next door so accessible and great for a coffee.

What a great week we had in Munich. Elke and Stephan were very friendly en helpful. For example in tips for restaurants and things to do. The apartment is very modern, clean en sufficient space. And the (kitchen) utensials are very extensive. The location is ideal. 2 minutes from U-bahn. And a couple of nice restaurants within a stones’ through distance. We definitely recommend this place!!!

This is a great apartment, very well equipped and clean. I loved the charming neighborhood with all the restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarkets so close by. Also, the subway is right around the corner. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been more convenient for me. I really hope this apartment will be available for my next trip to Munich.

Excellent apartment ie to everything.

The apartment is sleek, modern, and comfortable. Its surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and diverse with many restaurant choices. If you’re in town for Oktoberfest, it’s about a five minute walk to the festival grounds. And it’s a two minute walk to a U-Bahn station to whisk you to Marienplatz. Best of all Elke and Stephan are welcoming and so helpful! We’d definitely return!
