T3 lumineux situé dans quartier résidentiel . 2 mn du lac et des plages, parc de jeux, pistes cyclables, commerces et lignes de bus. Centre ville à 15 mn à pied en longeant le lac.
Parking réservé à l'immeuble . Garage à vélo fermé

L'appartement est composé de : 1 cuisine indépendante -1 salon salle à manger -2 chambres -1 salle de bain douche -1 wc indépendant. balcon.
Sont compris dans le prix de la location : le chauffage central - eau - électricité - wifi haut débit - oreillers, couettes, couvertures, alèses.
Pour les petits, prêt gratuit lit parapluie, chaise haute baby relax ,baignoire.

Les draps, linge de maison et serviettes sont amenés par le locataire. Ils sont sinon disponibles sur demande : 15€/personne. A réserver au moment de la location.

We had a great stay in Annecy. The apartment is just a block off the lake with a great balcony. A grocery store and bakery within easy walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and pleasant, and the hosts were gracious and hospitable. We would love to return.

In a word, I would definitely recommend this this for family holidays - as well as to those seeking great atmosphere and comfort at a reasonable price. The owners Mr & Mrs Malaplate followed us through the thought experience with the flight (we were delayed by 2 days) and even let us stay an extra day at no extra cost. They were ready to check us in on Sunday (rare thing in Annecy). They met us at the station and brought to the property on their car. They offered a very warm welcome and gave us valuable advise on the stay in Annecy. The apartment The flat is well maintained and equipped, but it also has the character. It does feel as if you are visiting friends or relatives. They not only have the necessary things like crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. There will be spare plates and cups of different sizes. There will be extra blankets for colder weather. All those useful things you'd hope to find when you need them. For one thing, there is no dishwasher but we were fine without it. We used the washing machine and it's perfectly fine. Location Great with shops and places of interest nearby. I would not recommend going much further away from the centre, it's about as much as you'd want to walk every day. If you travel by bus to the mountains, it's possible to request a stop near this property. Please ask if you have any questions. We would easily recommend this owner and property.

We had a lovely time stay here, the apartment is a good size, clean and very well presented. The bathroom is fairly new; the kitchen is small but manageable with everything you would need. The bedrooms are a good size and more than adequate for us and two daughters (20 & 16). Sitting on the balcony you can see the mountains and just see the lake through the trees as the apartment is the second block back from the main road alongside the lake. The balcony is small but if you open the patio windows wide you have the feel of being outside. There is parking outside though not many spaces available, there are two free car parks across the road which were very safe where we parked a few times with no problems, height restrictions allowed with the roof box on the car. It is perfectly situated to explore the old town of Annecy and the lake without the need of a car. Boulangeries, restaurants, bike hire, activities on the lake are all within walking distance. Running paths and a cycle route are around most of the lake, we hired bikes for the day and cycled all the way round. The train and bus station are approx 20 minutes walk away, we took the bus to Geneva for the day at a reasonable cost. The owners are lovely and very welcoming, they spoke very little English and we speak very little French but still managed to communicate very well, with a little help from Google translate! A special thank you to the owners for arriving at 7:45am on our final day. This enabled us to depart early for the journey home. We would recommend for everyone both French and English alike

I stayed in this apartment with my two daughters (ages 8 and 10) for one month. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment, although dated, is a nice size for a small family. It is impeccably clean. The bedrooms (one queen size bed, and one room with twin beds) are a decent size and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small, but functional. The bathroom has old fixtures and it is small, but this did not pose a problem. There is a small deck with a table for eating off the living room. The location is excellent: very near the lake and a short and lovely walk (about 15 minutes) from the old town. The apartment, since it is set back one block from the busy street that runs along the lake, is not noisy at all. There are many good restaurants within walking distances, as well as boulangeries, fromageries, a very good wine store and chocolate store. There are running paths, cycling paths, and excellent hiking trails, all accessible by foot from the apartment. Boat rentals, paddle boards, and swimming are a mere 5 minute walk. The owners are kind, hospitable, friendly, and they remain available for questions / concerns. We really enjoyed meeting them. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would not hesitate to return.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, my husband, our 4 months old baby and me and stayed for one week together with a colleague. Mr. and Mdm. Malaplate welcomed us with homemade cake, marmelade and honey and a toy for our son! They are very friendly and charming people. They showed us around the flat which has everything you need for a nice holiday stay, even some things specially for the baby (baby bed, chair, bathtub, etc). Since they knew that we were working there during the filmfestival, they even installed internet for that week! It was very hot weather, but the flat was quite cool and the lake just around the corner for a refreshing swim. My French is not very good and Mr. and Mdm Malaplate's English is not very good, but we managed to communicate with hand and feet! We can highly recommend to stay here and if we come back to Annecy, we will try to stay with them again!

Fabulous location, made great use of cycle path & swimming in the lake. Really comfortable & well appointed apartment. Close to shops, which being France are occasionally open!!! Will return.

This apartment is in the most fabulous location for families - walking distance to the park, lake, boat hire, old town, shops and restaurants. After an extremely busy 4 weeks travelling through Italy and other parts of France, we arrived in Annecy really needing a break - we had everything we needed to totally relax and enjoy ourselves. Apartment was well fitted out, plenty of space and our hosts (although a severe language barrier as we spoke no french!) were just lovely. We will be staying here next time we are back in Annecy, without a doubt. Thanks again for allowing us to share your beautiful space.
