Le complexe ALBUR VILLAGE, se situe dans une partie calme d’un magnifique village de pêcheurs, ALVOR. A seulement 2 minutes à pied de son centre et à quelques minutes des plus belles plages du Portugal: Praia Da Rocha ou Praia De Alvor, Praia Très Irmaos.
Le complexe ALBUR VILLAGE est équipé d'une piscine et d'un bassin pour enfants. Au centre du complexe, il y a le solarium qui vous fera profiter au maximum de la bonne température de l’ALGARVE.
L’appartement de 85m2 est situé au rez-de-chaussée. L’appartement est entièrement climatisé.
Sa cuisine ouverte équipée d’appareils modernes : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur-congélateur.
Son salon-salle à manger très bien meublé : grand canapé, table basse, buffet, table à manger et chaises pour 6 personnes, meuble vidéo avec TV, lecteur DVD, FREE WIFI.
Deux chambres équipent l’appartement, une chambre parentale avec un lit double et salle de bain et d’une chambre avec 2 lits simples.
Les chambres ont des tables de chevets ainsi que de grands placards avec portes coulissantes équipées de miroirs. Les chambres disposent d'air conditionné. Un lit bébé est aussi disponible en cas de besoin.

Apartment was fantastic for our needs as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children 8 and 4). Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and we’ll stocked with cooking equipment, parasol, sun loungers, and we particularly appreciated the trolly bag for shopping. Very close to the supermarket. The boys lived the pool and it was useful being in the ground floor close to the sun loungers. Alvor. Lovely little town and nice long sandy beach.

We had an fabulous stay in this apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean Elsa was an absolute star explained everything about the apartment and even though she was off for a few days we could still contact her thankfully there was no need. The apartment is approximately 5 minute walk to the main area of Alvor with lots of lovely restaurants and really good vibe. The pool area was really good and very well looked after. Will most definitely look to book the apartment again.

This apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed at, it was roomy, spotlessly clean, the facilities were second to none, the manager elsa couldn't do enough for us, supermarket on our door step, 10 minutes walk to town, we will definitely try and book this again

Wonderful apartment just a short 5min walk to the town centre. Well equipt with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic pool area and the bonus of the rear patio and garden area. Supermarket was just 50metres away which was very handy. Elsa was waiting for us on our arrival, and ran us through everything we needed to know. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. We had a wonderful stay in Albur Village in a superb apartment. Since the booking we have had a perfect communication with the owner of the apartment.
The apartment was equipped with all we needed during our stay. We were met by Elsa, who showed us the apartment and where everything was. And she was a great help with everything during our stay.
The only thing, which was annoying was the speed reduction made on the road close to the apartment. It made a constant noise, which made it difficult to relax in the area of the garden.

Lovely apartment
We had a great time at this apt. It had everything you could possibly need and was a home from home.The supermarket was just a couple of mins away and it was just over 5 mins to restaurants/bars. The pool was just outside the apartment and the area is great for families.We will be back.Many thanks.

Great stay in a lovely apartment.
A few small issues when we first arrived but with communication with the owner and the manager of the property, they were sorted very efficiently.
Lovely modern, clean apartment in a great location in alvor.
Short walk into the town for dinner in the evening and about 25 minute walk down to the beach.
Having the supermarket so close was really handy as we didn’t have a car.
Will definitely be back again… hopefully the pool will be a bit warmer next time 😂

Lovely bright new Apartment, tastefully decorated, had everything we needed for self catering. Supermarket just around the corner very handy, suitable if you do not have a car as everything in walking distance. Key collection and recommended airport transfer by Stork very good.

We stayed in ALBUR Village for 11 days. A really great appartment with good bedrooms and being a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) it was really good with 2 bathrooms.
The appartment was nicely equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Having the possibility to use both the garden and terrace to follow the sun was really nice.
Coming from the beach 20 min walk from ALBUR Village, it was quite nice to use the pool.
The whole area around ALBUR Village was very clean and the outdoor area was cleaned several times a week.
Last good thing is the supermarket just next door.
We would highly recommend both Alvor and ALBUR Village and would love to come back.

We stayed as a family in this apartment for a week and everything was as you would want it. We know these apartments and the area very well. A short walk takes you in to the centre, Pingo Doce super market is just beside the complex and has everything you would ever need. no negatives at all.

Regular Alvor visitors
Had a wonderful holiday, always love Alvor. Pool area of property good, and apartment was lovely, garden bit too noisy and hot so didn't use it.
For an eleven night stay would have lliked a clean and bed change to be included in the €126.00 service charge.
Peneltys on the reverse of front door i did find very steep too. € 100.00 fine if the dishwasher was not empty !! €50 if bed not stripped on departure !!

Family Holiday
Rented this apartment for 11 nights in August. Having stayed here before we knew the apartment and complex well. The apartment is very well maintained and we enjoyed a lovely family holiday. It has a private parking space which is very good for keeping the car secure. Close to all amenities in Alvor and has everything needed for a self catering holiday.

Just spent 10 days at this two bedroom apartment,and have really enjoyed our stay.The apartment is close to the pool area,the Pingo Doce supermarket is about 100 yards from the front door,and the main area of Alvor where all the bars and restaurants are,is a 5 minute stroll away,so really handy for all your needs
