The check-in was super easy - personal via Booking was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. The location is superb (Tram station in the front of the building, metro station, market and McDonald's 3 min of walk). The rooms have high ceilings and the kitchenette is very well equipped.

The noise from the hallway is very disturbing because the doors are VERY thin. You can hear a normal talk from the hallway, yet the late-night arrival of drunk guests, laughing, opening the doors, etc. Apart from the kitchenette, the apartment is quite non-functionally equipped. Most surprising was the fact, there were no nightstands, followed by other things, such as no additional table (apart from the dining one) to leave the things on and the location of the TV is quite neck-breaking.

Strong smell of tobacco in the apartment was disappointing. Overnight parking is overpriced-20 euros.

Excellent place to stay. Stayed with a group of lads for a cheap holiday however it exceeded expectations and could definitely be used for a family holiday as well. 5 minute walk outside of the center of the city. Facilities were great and service was brilliant. We had a late flight home and was able to store our storage at the office until we left. Highly recommend!

The single bed was quite wobbly.

You are basically paying for the location. I was in Prague for a bodybuilding competition held in Hilton which is a 5min walk from this apartment, but everything is close and well connected by the metro station Florenc. Also the wifi was solid.

Where to start… First, the staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. The didn’t even respond to any of our questions or requests. Nobody helped us with the luggage, even though we kindly asked many times…They gave us the phone number to call if anything in apartment is broken or not working, so I did and for 7 days nobody answered. When we got in the room everything was dusty and smelly, even though we paid the cleaning fee. There is no air condition, only the floor air cooler which was all dirty and dusty. The kitchen is not fully equipped and there needs to be more dishes. We saw spiders everywhere! There were like 10 of them and more on the windows, so that means the apartment was not cleaned! We spent our time killing spiders and cleaning the whole apartment because it was unbearable. The dishes were also dirty. The only thing on the TV is netflix, which logged out of the account in a couple of days, but of course nobody answered until the last day, when we went to their office to tell them about the check out.

in central main road little bit noise but never mind not nessecary , just little expensive the deposit , possitive of this room is more , so i'm exited for this choice

Nice apartment in an easy to reach location from transport as well as local attractions.

The location of the apartment is very central, close to the city center and easy to reach. It is a beautiful building. The host is very nice and helpful. Apartment super large and spacy.

As we used the coach in the living room area as a (foldable) bed, there was not really a place to sit and relax and we had to use the beds for this. That is the only 'downside' of this apartment.

Location

It said that there were 2 bedroms, but one bed was in the kitchen. After talking to the staff, we somehow made it work. Access to the bathrom through the bedroom. Access to the toilet from the kitchen.

Very good localisation, only a short walk from an old city center. Nice staff, clean and spacious apartament, no problems.

A little bit more of kitchen utensiles would be great but it was still enough though! ; )

Location is good. Clean. Everthing else okay.

We arrived 30 mins late due to traffic, and we were charged 25€ for a late check-in fee. Kind of ridiculous. I understand business is bad during covid, but that's a whole new level of rip-off. The beds were super soft. Some of their other apartments have much better mattresses.

Large rooms and confortable beds. Well equiped kitchen and nice bathroom. Located close to historic city center.

They asked for a depositof 250 euro, to cover possible damages in the apartment. This is a very hight amount as deposit value and this is not shown in the advertisement.

Overall a great apartment, good location and great value for money. Clean with good beds and a nice bathroom.

In hot weather fans in the bedroom would have been a blessing, (we know that A/C is difficult in old buildings). The bedrooms are by a noisy road - double glazed though so fine except when it's very hot.
