I like atmosphere, house, room, pool, breakfast fast

The booking.com site billed 25000rs for stay + dinner but I had to pay extra 2000Rs , the owner told that I had to pay 27000+ dinner. Dinner wasn’t great.

Excellent place to chill with family and friends away from the crowd. The owner of the place was very helpful. The food was amazing.

We stayed here for three nights and felt utterly relaxed when we left. The villas are located right on the water, with amazing views. The villas are clean and comfortable (a TV with Netflix was a massive bonus too)! What made our stay so lovely was the lovely people hosting us, we were waited on hand and foot and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

property is good but it’s not easily accessible with car. far away from the parking.

Atmosphere was clean and naturistic and seafood,adaiprathaman and veg aviyal they made was great to taste special thanks to Mr. Ramachandran Nair who took care and made our stay more enjoyable. Swimming pool was very clean and they have arranged safer boats for our family.

Location gives you good privacy if you book all 5 rooms of the property. More like a homestay. I liked the food that was prepared fresh and served. Also they arranged a boating for us though payment is separate for it, but recommend all to avail that as it would complete your backwater stay. Staffs are really good in there. Very tasty idly sambar chutney for breakfast. Safe and beautiful place and photos came out really well.

Few things that the team can improve upon are, the water in the bathrooms were somewhat brown/yellow in color. Not sure if the backwater is directly pumped up for consumption. Same with the pool water as it is not blue as shown in picture but greenish in actual appearance. Didn't find any activity other than pool. I was told badminton rackets are there. Also, incase you need any special items like sea food you would have to tell in advance before 1 day.

location was good, the rooms were good as well, breakfast was home cooked, made as per our request. dinner was prepared for us the night we reached. it was good, though expensive.

the access path to the property is difficult for old people, we had our parents with us, so they had to be very careful. Though, it was good that on the checkin date, the hotel staff provided boat to transport us and our luggage from one end of the town to the property.

The staff were very attentive and helped us book and plan everything. The food was delicious. I would recommend it to anyone. Also the pool was a real bonus.
