Cette maison vient d'être reconstruite en raison des incendies de Gatlinburg en 2016. Nous sommes prêts à commencer à louer notre chalet nouvellement construit pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter.
Ce chalet est de 5 chambres et 6 salles de bains (4 salles de bain complètes et 2 demi-bains). Lorsque vous entrez pour la première fois dans nos doubles portes en bois, vous serez étonné de l'espace et des VUES que vous pourrez découvrir. La cuisine est de premier ordre avec un four à gaz de qualité professionnelle. Nous avons plus qu'assez d'ustensiles, de casseroles et de poêles à utiliser. Nous avons également un gril à gaz situé sur le pont. Tout le gaz est fourni! Pendant que vous grillez, vous regarderez une magnifique chaîne de montagnes.
Nous avons un ascenseur situé à l'intérieur de la maison. Il est parfait pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant ou les personnes utilisant des déambulateurs. Ils peuvent profiter de toute la maison comme tout le monde. Il y a une chambre au 2ème étage qui est parfaite pour quelqu'un qui est en fauteuil roulant ou qui a besoin d'espace supplémentaire dans la douche debout. Bien sûr, la chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée est également parfaite pour quelqu'un qui a besoin d'espace supplémentaire ou d'une douche à l'italienne.
Notre salle de jeux regorge de jeux pour votre plaisir. Le canapé de la salle de jeux laisse sortir un lit!
La chambre avec lits superposés située au rez-de-chaussée dispose également d'un lit gigogne. C'est un endroit parfait pour les petits enfants.
La salle des médias, c'est comme s'asseoir dans une salle de cinéma (sinon mieux). Nous avons un fabricant de pop-corn debout pour vous. (Vous devez apporter votre propre pop-corn et beurre pour l'utiliser) Nous avons un lecteur DVD que vous pouvez utiliser pour lire vos propres films. Il peut jouer régulièrement ou blu-ray! Vous pouvez également écouter des chaînes de télévision régulières! Parfait pour les jours de jeu!
Chaque étage a sa propre terrasse pour en profiter! Assez d'intimité pour que même si vous êtes avec un grand groupe, vous pouvez vous évader et passer du temps seul.

I celebrated my fiftieth birthday with family and friends July 22-29 and this house was perfect! Ten stayed in the house and two others nearby but spent a lot of time with us. We cooked every meal in the kitchen which has absolutely everything you need. Plenty of space if someone wanted some time of their own. A lot of bear sightings, including a mama and her two cubs. Spent every night on the top deck and had a perfect view of the mountains. Created lifelong memories and can’t wait to come back. We can’t imagine there is a better place around! Thank you to Shay for being available when we needed you!
Don’t forget to fireworks from Dollywood starting around 9:30 p.m.!

Very nice house. Had an elevator issue first night but very nice tech got there to fix. Description of drive up Mtn could be better. Media room closed system won’t allow DVDs or movie rentals so just a big tv room.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of 5 though a much larger family could have stayed there and been quite comfortable. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone!

The house exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, clean & fully equipped. Decks had plenty of chairs and tables & the views were spectacular! Every night there was a fireworks/light show from Dollywood that we could clearly see. And the bear sightings around 6pm added to the entertainment! The elevator was a definite plus for several of the guests with mobility issues. Wish we could have stayed several more days to take advantage of all the house had to offer. A wonderful experience!

What a great week. The house is insanely beautiful with views that are even better. Our family is spread out across the country (and some in Europe) so we gathered at Bearadise. The house has everything you’d need to keep the family entertained and also the kitchen is well-appointed. No complaints at all. The only 2 tips/suggestions I would offer is that the barn-door to the primary bedroom doesn’t totally close. It’s a great looking door but there are major gaps in it so you hear every single thing from the main living area potentially while you’re trying to sleep. In the media room I would also suggest a loose HDMI and programming to home entertainment system accordingly so people could plug in their laptops and stream things themselves rather than just the blue ray or cable. Thanks for such a great stay!

This cabin had the best location! Close to Pigeon Forge, close to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the smokies. The views were phenomenal and we saw bears everyday. We had family from age 70 to 7 in the house and it was perfect - clean, big, and entertaining. We loved the media room, game room, hot tub, the big kitchen, and all the deck space. Host was responsive to questions and we would 100% recommend this property.

The house was perfect for the 10 of us all ranging from kids to adults. There was something for everyone with the theater, game room and jacuzzi. But our favorite spot was sitting outside in the rocking chairs watching the scenery and wildlife. We saw bears and a bald eagle.

Spacious, accommodates everyone's privacy needs, and the kitchen is equipped with every culinary want imaginable.
In spite of the broken blender pitcher found in the kitchen pantry, the dangerously dull cutting knives, the very soiled oven, the broken doorstop to the 3rd floor half-bath, and the unfortunate fact that the trash was not picked-up on any of the three scheduled pick-up days clearly posted on the kitchen counter, I would vacation here again. I would also recommend this cabin rental to all my family and friends.

The place is perfect for families that do not want to be around busy areas. Only a short drive to downtown. Bears in abundance. Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. House was clean and we really enjoyed it. The elevator worked until a horrific storm came and it stopped working and property mgr said they dint work on weekends but we made do with this.

Family spring break trip to mountains. 1 senior, 4 adults, 4 teens, and 1 10 yo.
Huge spaces. We all loved the theater room and recreation room (pool table, shuffle board table, arcade games, table area to play games or cards!). Kitchen fully stocked. Large decks surround home on three sides with lots of seating and jacuzzi!

The house was absolutely amazing! Clean and offered any and all of the comfort that you would need. There were 8 adults and we had more than enough room. We also were able to enjoy watching the bears which put an extra emphasis on the trip. Great place and will return without hesitation!

We loved our stay. We were there for a family wedding. We had a great time, great views, and the bears were plentiful. My grandchildren and adult children loved watching them play and eat in the yard below the cabin. We saw bears everyday. Just a great weekend with family!

My family recently gathered at this beautiful home to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed cooking almost every night in the spectacular kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and the decor and finishes were beautiful. Mom loved sitting outside on the deck with her kids and taking in the view. Only negative is that we discovered upon arrival that the elevator was broken. Due to mom's age and difficulty with stairs this was the main reason we chose this particular property. I will say that Shay was very quick to respond and did her best to get it fixed as quickly as possible, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved until our last full day. I do not fault anyone for this, just an unfortunate circumstance. Aside from this we had a fabulous trip and a great celebration. We were not as fortunate with bear sightings as other reviewers but did get to see a family of bears on our last day in front of one of the nearby houses.
As others have noted, the drive up to the house is a little tricky, so strongly recommend getting to the house before dark, at least on the first day.

We had our family here for two weeks. I can't think of anything that could have been improved.
The views are great. We really enjoyed utilizing the immense decks. Every day we were entertained by momma bears and cubs of either four or five depending on which ones showed up.
The house was well stocked and in great shape. .It was big enough that we were never on top of one and other. Our sons really enjoyed the theater room .
The owner was great to work with. We had one small issue and it was quickly addressed.

There were 12 of us in the group ranging in age from 6 to 77. To say that we all had a wonderful time is an understatement. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures depicted, if not more so. The views from the porches were amazing, especially the sunrises.
Shay was an excellent host. She always answered my messages immediately. When there was a slight problem with the dishwasher, she sent someone right away to fix it. There were plenty of supplies in the house for all of us--towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
The game room was a big hit with everybody. We saw bears everyday--Mama bear with 4 cubs, and single males. One cub even came up the front porch and stood in front of the CLOSED door. Everyone was thrilled and excited.
The house was big enough that no one got in each other's way. It was perfect for a large group. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants a fabulous house.

Highly recommend! Absolutely gorgeous home in a great location. We were a family of 9 - three generations from age 1 to 60 something. The house was very upscale, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the beds and pillows were all very comfortable. The views were gorgeous! The theater room was incredible. The wrap around decks were awesome and did we see bears! A momma with 4 cubs was the highlight! Nice trails close by - the community pools were great. And Dollywood was awesome! Food City is less than 15 minutes away and was a very well stocked grocery. One small issue was quickly resolved with the attention of the property manager.

This was an amazing place for our extended family of 12 to stay for our vacation. Check in was easy and everything we needed was on hand.
Views were as promised and we saw bears almost everyday of our stay. A few negatives, the bass in the movie room was so loud it was hard to hear dialog and a some of the family couldn't handle it. If that were adjustable it would be a plus. Also the chairs on the poker table were broken. Everything else was top notch.
Overall a great stay and I would stay again without question!

Great for family celebration!
We loved this beautiful and spacious home. The views from the three wrap-around decks were amazing. The furniture was very nice and plentiful- lots of different areas for kids and adults to hang out. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. Adults spent lots of time on the deck. We could even see Dollywood fireworks from there.
We had a bear family - mama and four cubs - we saw frequently.
For disabled people- the elevator was amazing. The roll-in shower was gorgeous. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get on the bed without being lifted up from my wheelchair and there was not a cut-out under sink for a chair. It is really hard to find a large capacity accessible home and this one was the best we have experienced. The family thought it was awesome.

After two years of pandemic postponing, it was well worth the wait!
We originally scheduled the trip for Christmas 2020, and had to reschedule the trip twice due to COVID. Shay was very understanding and with our rebooking requests and we are very appreciative of her flexibility. Let me tell you, it was well worth the wait and we were blown away with the house, amenities, and spectacular views from every window and balcony. When browsing properties in the area, we were taken with this house because it was nice mix of modern and rustic, with touches that truly made it feel like home.
It's built for large groups and we took advantage of everything - the hot tub, cinema room, pool table, arcade games, popcorn maker, etc. With a group of 12, aged 1 to 71, there was something for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, and pots/pans for us to make large meals for the group a few nights throughout our stay.
We had such a wonderful time and we're so bummed that it's over. Thank you, Shay, for providing such a beautiful space for us to create new memories after two years of uncertainty and stress.

Heaven on earth
This chalet is by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. So much room, so many amenities. We didn’t want to leave!! 5+ stars for sure!! We got to cheer on our Bengals in the Media room, played lots of pool, little ones played lots of video games, and we just relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous view!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

Had us a welcome basket, which came in handy. She thought of everything you could think of. I even saw baby gates for the stairs, which we didn't need, but I thought was thoughtful to have for the guests that need them. Parking was excellent!! No odd driveway. We had 3 big vehicles able to back right on up to unload. Very good communication with the owner. I had to message her on multiple occasions, and she always responded politely within minutes. Excellent service and cleaning service! We will definitely stay here again!!
