Staff were very helpful. Place was quiet, no loud noise, etc

Room smelled "moldy" pillows and bed smelled like cigarettes. I was in a non smoking room

The room was extremely filthy!! TV didn't work. There were no paper cups in the room or the office. When the door was locked it could still be opened to a few inches. The smell of smoke was very strong even though we had a non-smoking room. It was extremely loud outside the room.

New flooring and very comfortable bed.

Toilet was clean but still smelled like urine. Very small fridge. Price is too high for the quality of the room.
