Beautiful place to stay. Full kitchen was great for cooking, and large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Ammenities of the pool, workout area, movie theatre and game room were wonderful to have for the kids!

Great property in a perfect location in the ski village and right by downtown shops, restaurants and gondola/lifts. So many nearby hiking trails. Close to nearly everything you could want or need. Comfortable furnishings throughout the condo. Very well cleaned and taken care of. Great to have a parking spot available for our rental car. Would definitely rent here again.

This place is much bigger than it even looks in pictures. Do not hesitate to book. It’s walking distance to everything in Breck, my kids lived at the rec center which is the shortest walk so I felt comfortable sending them ahead of us, and we frequented mi casa across the street for a great happy hour. Super comfortable beds and everything you’ll need. Would stay again a heartbeat. You’ll love it!

This place was great, you have access to the mountain and Main Street all within walking distance! The amenities are like no other place in breck, the hot tubs, indoor pool, and free video games for the kids to play! Would definitely suggest to anyone!

Location is central to everything! Easy access to the slopes and downtown Breck. Pool/hot tubs and game room were a big hit with our family of 4 after a big day on the slopes. Condo is well stocked, clean and decorated well. Jackie was extremely responsive to every question and the checkin and check out process were super easy. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo with plenty of space, abundant amenities, and very clean and organized living space. There were a few renovations going on during our stay but the owner offered us an upgrade to a larger unit and on site parking garage for free. There was a lot of communication when it came to the day of arrival, everything was laid out very clearly and was simple with all the information provided. Great owner to work with and I 100% would book again

Great Spring Break trip with our family. The location is wonderful - very close to the lift/slopes and also close to restaurants and Main Street. Everything is walkable. The optional underground parking was convenient. The condo itself is lovely with a wood-burning fireplace and high end touches throughout. We will definitely return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. From before our arrival, Jackie stayed in contact and answered any pre trip questions to make sure the check in process was seamless. While in Colorado, we loved coming back to the condo each day. The interior ski closet was the perfect place to keep our gear out of the way. The kitchen and living area were sizable and comfortable. The two bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit which allowed us to hang out after the kids went to bed. It was the easiest walk to ski school, the pool and the lifts each day. Truly not enough good things to say. We would definitely love to visit again!

Location, location, location!!! We can’t say enough about how perfect the location was for us. Literally steps from the Quicksilver lift and ski schools. Main street with all the shops and restaurants were only a couple more feet away. It was exactly what we hoped for in our first family ski trip. The condo was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for everyone. It had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in one of their properties again. The condo really made it an excellent vacation for us.

We were so pleased with Jackie's condo! It's beautifully furnished, super clean, comfortable and has everything and anything you need while you stay. Location is the best in town, ski in and out and 2 minute walk to town. Our teens loved the club room, they used it daily to shoot some pool, booked movie theater, game room and the jacuzzis and heated pool were just amazing. We can't wait to return! This was our first time visiting Breckenridge. We visited at the end of August. We had a wonderful stay. Jackie's place has everything you need and more. We loved the added bonus of the pack n play and stroller for our youngest. The condo is conveniently located close to Main st. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need a car. We also loved all of Jackie's recommendations, very thoughtful and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next trip back. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We stayed at this property for a second time this summer and it was just as I had remembered from our first trip. The location can’t be beat, it’s clean and cozy, has everything you need for your stay and the recent upgrades to the amenities were a big hit with our kids. We spent quite a bit of time in the game room. Jackie was a pleasure to work with and readily available for any questions we had. Overall I can’t recommend this property enough!

This property is extremely clean and exactly as described. The location of the condo is very easy walking distance to bike & ski rentals, shopping, coffee, restaurants, etc. Jackie is truly a Premier host (others we have stayed that claim to be premier hosts are not). The condo provides essentials like dishwasher soap, coffee filters, trash bags and toilet paper. This is so nice to not have to run out to the store for these items in a rental where you’re only staying a week and wouldn’t use up most of these items. The home was perfect for our family with 3 teen daughters. We had our own room and they had 3 beds in their room. The grounds are also very clean. There was constantly a cleaning crew on various tasks throughout the week. Pool, hot tubs, game room and locker rooms were very nice and clean. The fire pit area by the pool is also really nice. It’s gas lit so it starts at the touch of a button. I would love to return to this rental and would recommend it to anyone!

My husband, I, our three boys and a friend stayed at The Gathering Pointe. Beautiful place. Clean. Great location. Nice walk to historic main street. The walk to the base of Peak 9 was so easy. No tears walking and carrying our ski gear since it was so close. Which is such a bonus on a ski trip! The ski closet inside the unit was big enough for all our stuff - 2 snow boards, 2 adult skis, 3 teen skis and 1 child skis and our poles. The kitchen was great and well stocked. Owner Jackie was so responsive to our questions. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We had such a wonderful time!

We just got back from our wonderful trip to Breckenridge at Jackie’s listing. I traveled with my 4.5 year old twins, wife, my sister, and brother in law. The space was a perfect set up for a larger family with multiple kids or two couples. The location couldn’t be beat— literally right next to ski school and the lift and a few steps away from the village. We enjoyed cooking at home and the local restaurants after using the pool and hot tub each night. We would definitely return. Thanks Jackie!
