Beach and Bike House 401 East Park Street
La plage et Bike House se trouve au coeur de la côte est de Marquette, Amenez votre famille et vos amis à se rassembler dans notre maison de chalet spacieux. Notre maison dispose de 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, concept ouvert salon cuisine et salle à manger. avec un lavabo supplémentaire dans le dressing et salle de lavage sur un seul niveau. Belle cour arrière clôturée avec un hangar verrouillé pour tous vos vélos et matériel de ski ect ... Un grand lieu de rassemblement pour votre famille et entre amis pour profiter vie en plein air. Détente autour des s'mores foyer de torréfaction peut griller le dîner pour la famille et jouer à des jeux de plein air / toutes les activités dans cette cour arrière privée. Nous sommes à quelques pas des belles plages de vélo de ligne de rivage du lac Supérieur et des sentiers pédestres. Distance à notre centre-ville historique et le port inférieur Marcher où de nombreux festivals sont organisés et toutes les boutiques et le restaurant sont situés. Nous sommes à seulement 6 pâtés de maisons de l'Université NMU et NMU Superior Dome.

Dave's place was awesome! He was very friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Our group really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the ability to walk to downtown restaurants/bars. We'd definitely stay again!

I like that everything was clean, updated. It had everything you would need for a family stay. Walking distance to downtown marquette and very close to the beach.The only down side for us was that the mattresses were not comfortable, older spring mattress.

Loved our stay. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable and close to the beach. Did feel like Dave was keeping a very close eye on things. Received a text when we left outdoor light on. Other than the friendly reminders throughout the rental about how to behave and what was and was not allowed the place was great.

This is a great location with very close beach access and walking/biking distance to downtown, lower harbor and Presque Isle. The house is well kept, clean and comfortable with a fun yard to hang out in. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Overall a great spot!

This was our 2nd stay. Dave sent me pictures of the updated property when we were en route and he met us when we got there to do a walk through. It's in a quiet location with a short walk to the beach and walking path. So clean and comfortable it feels like a home away from home. We'll be back!!

This was our second stay here and we loved it. Easy walks to the beach, breweries and restaurants. The owner is really friendly, advised us on great places to visit, and has made some beautiful upgrades to the home.

Spring break in Marquette could have gone many ways considering the weather. We had a great stay. Dave gave us great ideas of things to see and places to eat. We will be back to participate in summer / fall activities.

My son was scheduled for a college tour at Northern Michigan University during midwinter break. I decided to bring my younger son as well and make a little vacation out of it. I rented this house because it was incredibly close to the beach. It also was within walking distance of downtown and the college campus. It also had everything we needed plus a bonus bonfire pit! The boys and I had a fabulous time!
We ended up having to arrive a day late because of a blizzard and Dave was awesome! He was totally flexible with what time we got in the following day and gave me regular weather updates while I was driving to Marquette.
Upon leaving, my son and I forgot our inhalers, and Dave was kind enough to ship them home to us. I would highly recommend staying in this VRBO in the future. I plan to stay there again!

The location is wonderful. The bathroom is very small for a 3 bedroom home. We felt under constant scrutiny by the host who lives across the street, who texted about things like leaving the back door light on and a very sarcastic text about leaving the front door open with the storm door closed. After we left, a text about a top sheet missing and threatened with charging us for it. It was folded and in the closet. I would not stay again.

The house is just a few blocks from downtown and very close, easy walk to the lake.
Dave is great. He met us there when we arrived and showed us where everything is. We were outside with a fire. Dave came over and cut a bunch of wood for us. He was there if we needed anything but was not intrusive.

One of my high school classmates and I shared this home when we came to town for our 40th high school reunion. It was perfect! If I could give more than 5stars for location, I would. I walked to the beach in my pj’s to watch the sunrise several times. I left my car at the house several times and just walked everywhere I wanted to go (lighthouse, lower harbor, Marquette Regional History Center, downtown, etc.) I will be coming back, next time with my family! We had a lot of fun at this house. It is literally a 1 minute walk away from the beach at Lake Superior and also located very close to downtown Marquette. The neighborhood was delightful and everyone was friendly. The appliances in the house worked great and Dave gave us a walkthrough to show us everything when we first arrived.

Loved this rental! The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Answered questions in minutes. The house is very well appointed and the location was easy to get anywhere in the city. NMU and the downtown area are close. And the beach is across the street. Definitely would rent from here again.

Dave made our stay very comfortable, everything we needed for our stay was provided all we had to bring was food for meals that we had at the rental. Check-in and all communication was easy and he responded quickly. The location was perfect for NMU graduation!

We stayed here when we came up to ride the Polar Roll fat tire event. We knew that we chose the right place when the host (Dave) said that he had a shed to keep our bikes in and the place was decorated with some bike decor.

My daughter, my grandson and granddaughter were visiting my other grandson who is a grad student. The home is in a wonderful location, a few blocks from downtown and the beach. We were able to visit a lot of the local attractions. It was super clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. I would recommend it highly. We would certainly stay here again.

We absolutely loved the location. A quick walk on you are on the beach. House was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood it was in was quiet. Our host, Dave was fantastic. Made sure to stop by and go through everything when we got there and let us know to contact him for anything we needed.

This is a great spot for a long weekend. Close to the water without being too far from restaurants and campus. Very quiet part of town with quick access to the paved path. Kitchen is small, so I couldn't see myself spending a whole week cooking, but it's more than adequate for a few nights. Great stay overall!

The location to the beach is what was important to us and it literally is a 3 minute walk to the beach and was beautiful. The house had laundry and a grill that made it perfect for our stay. I’m glad it wasn’t too hot during our stay because the window air conditioner was in the kitchen. Dave was beyond nice and accessible if we needed anything.

Perfect location, great host
This home was perfectly located for a quick walk across the street to the beach. Only a short 15-20 min walk to shops and restaurants. Dave was a great host meeting us upon our arrival and providing us with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. He was readily available when needed and checkout was a breeze.

Great Location and a Home Base for Marquette and Beyond
Great location. Just a short walk to Picnic Rocks and Shira Park for all day beach fun. 100 feet to the multi use path that can take you to the Sports Complex to downtown/Washington St. quickly.
It's only three blocks to the cafes and it's just the perfect location whether you want to hike, bike, do a food tour, or spend time at the beach.
Marquette's South MTB trails aren't even 5 minutes away by car.
The house was well furnished was great. It had everything you needed and Dave was super helpful with anything we needed.
