Je suis tombé amoureux de notre maison en Arizona dès que je suis entré! Notre maison de plain-pied est l'escapade parfaite, richement décorée mais aussi extrêmement chaleureuse et confortable. Tous les conforts de la maison à portée de main attendent votre arrivée. Chaque chambre possède son propre ventilateur de plafond et des draps à haute densité de fils. Chacun passe ses vacances différemment et cette maison le permet. Certaines personnes aiment se détendre et regarder des films (sur notre téléviseur HD 65 pouces), certaines aiment le temps de lecture tranquille. D'autres aiment traîner dans la piscine (chauffage en option) et au spa toute la journée. Peut-être que vous voulez passer un moment romantique en profitant du feu extérieur sous la ramada confortable. Notre oasis en plein air est absolument magnifique la nuit avec des effets d'éclairage spéciaux. Paradis! Vous voulez affiner vos compétences en putting? C'est l'endroit avec plein de balles et putters. Nous avons également deux croiseurs de plage à vélo à votre disposition pendant votre séjour. Notre belle communauté offre de nombreux kilomètres de sentiers sinueux et des tonnes de commodités. Notre maison est parfaite pour les réunions de famille, les familles avec enfants (la piscine est clôturée et fermée), les groupes de golf et les escapades entre filles et gars. We had an amazing Christmas break here with our three kids and extended family, and we really didn't want to leave! Having used VRBO many times over the years, including other homes in Southern AZ, this property is hands-down the most luxurious and best-equipped that we have ever rented.
The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable, and (unlike most VRBO rentals) the kitchen cupboards were a treasure-trove of high quality glassware, dinnerware, condiments, and every bit of kitchen kit a chef could need. The outdoor space was like having our own mini-resort - with many hours spent sitting round the fireplace or in the spa. We also paid to heat the pool which was definitely worth it, as the heater did a great job of holding to a temp of at least 88 degrees, and this meant the kids went in every single day despite it being the middle of winter!
And Dave and Sue are the absolute best hosts. They were super welcoming and super responsive throughout our stay, and they clearly take great pride in the quality of their home and the experience of their guests.

It was late August in Arizona so we decided of course to leave Colorado to visit the sweltering heat of the desert. Luckily we had the pleasure of staying in the absolute oasis of a home here in Gilbert! The pool and spa were incredible and our hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We have 2 small children and will definitely be coming back to stay in the future. Thanks again to Dave and Sue. We really appreciate the hospitality.

Took my family here in early July. Had a great time relaxing at the pool and cooling off in the water. Would typically give this a 5 star but a couple of the bedrooms were extremely hot while others ice cold so kids had to sleep with us and the pool would get dirty on certain days and stay dirty, pool lights didn't work either and we never saw a pool tech who was suppose to show. . Besides that, great place to rent and take the family. Dave and Sue are good people and location is great for restaurants, shopping, walking, etc. I am sure they will get those other issues we experienced handled as well as the place was very well kept and supplied. Park is right beside the house which we like. All in all great trip

This home was everything a VRBO should be. It had every amenity a guest could want. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The back yard was a mini resort with a lovely pool and spa, cabana with outdoor fireplace and bbq, fruit trees, a putting green and outdoor dining area. The owners were immediately responsive to any inquiry or request. Definitely 5 star in every respect.

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed home! Spending time with our family, who all visited, sporadically during our stay, was the best! Great gathering spaces, yet plenty of bedrooms & privacy to accommodate all ages. The outdoor amenities were continuously enjoyed by all! Sue & Dave were graciously accessable hosts. The best!

Dave & Sue went above and beyond to provide us with the perfect getaway to spend the holidays with our family. The decor, cleanliness and amenities were amazing and the back yard was a piece of paradise. Communication was top notch. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dave and Sue! The home has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The swimming pool, putting green and gazebo with fireplace are awesome. We had the pool heated while our grandkids visited, it was wonderful. You won’t believe all the pool toys, rafts, life jackets etc. for the pool. The spa was a big hit after each round of golf. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The home is located near shopping, restaurants and activities. We have stayed at several VRBO’S and this one tops them all. Great house, great location and great hosts! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Vacation in paradise
This VRBO far exceeded our expectations. This home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and the backyard is a mini-resort/paradise! The home and yard have everything you could possibly need or want provided (pool, spa, ramada, outdoor kitchen, putt putt course, etc). The location is great, close to many restaurants and retail. Owners Dave and Sue were incredible to work with and responded instantly anytime we had questions. The home was immaculately clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful week/vacation and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Will definitely rent this home again. Totally blows away any other VRBO we have rented in the past! Thank you to our wonderful hosts Dave and Sue for sharing your gorgeous home with us! We had a wonderful and relaxing vacatin!

Great stay!
Casa del Sol is a wonderful property. Sue and Dave take great pride in their home and make everyone feel very welcome. They are very responsive and want you to have a great vacation.
The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, pots, and pans you will need. Fully stocked pantry and spice cabinet. Pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing. Garage has all the toys you want and even 2 bikes to cruise the neighborhood.
In the rest of the house, lots of space to spread out. Master bathroom/bedroom is huge. Three full baths give everyone their own privacy. House is nice and quiet and relaxing.

Truly a wonderful experience. Absolutely stunning house. Sue and Dave the owners very attentive. Made sure our experience was nothing less than perfect. We’ve rented several house in Phoenix over the years, they can’t come close to level of this one. We will definitely be staying here again.

You will not be disappointed with this property, I was impressed, if staying in the winter months you must pay to heat the pool it is heavenly, you see and read about the home but it has plushy items that are not expected! Owners are very good to work with, already made plans for next year to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very responsive and their home is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the backyard is like a resort, with the pool, hot tub and putting green. Great neighborhood as well. We would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Stop looking and book this place now!
This is such a beautiful home and so well laid out. The bedrooms are on one end of the house while the living area and kitchen are on the other. This worked out beautifully having a small child with us who went to bed early. The backyard is a dream and was used every single day. Stores and activities are just down the road! Finally Sue and Dave are so pleasant to work with. Any question/text was answered in 10 minutes or less. Thank you for the great stay!

Fantastic!
Sue and Dave are two of the nicest people you could ever deal with. The home was immaculate and the exterior was as advertised. This property was perfect for our family as they had plenty of games on site. The neighborhood was so quiet we never even heard anyone at the surrounding homes. The walking trails were very nice and manicured, which made morning walks a must do activity. Can't say enough about this property or the owners!

This home was truly special. We saw many options in our search for where to spend our week vacation, but I'm really happy that we landed on this one. It had everything that we were hoping for, and most importantly it had the WOW factor. The interior of the house was great, as well as the lovely backyard. The Pool was a star. Our hosts were super responsive and we felt very pampered. Kids had a blast! We'll definitely plan to come back for our next trip!!

We had the most amazing vacation and stay at Dave and Sue's home! From the first conversation I had with Sue, I could feel that our vacation was going to be everything we needed. Dave and Sue's home is exactly what you see online and MORE!!! Their home was spotless, beautifully decorated, great location and comfortable. There was never a time when we said "I wish they had this!" They have though of EVERYTHING! We are already looking to stay here again on our next trip to Arizona! Amazing Resort
Hands down our favorite house we’ve rented in Arizona. Sparkling clean with everything you need. The backyard was our private family resort. Only downside is you won’t see much of Arizona because you won’t want to leave this house. The owners are incredibly personable and easy to work with. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Our escape from reality
From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision! This house provided us comfort, fun, entertainment and a total escape from reality. With the only exception being grocery shopping, we did not leave it for 9 days! Sue and Dave were phenomenal hosts. Their home had everything we needed ... and more!

Wonderful house and awesome communication
Our last minute getaway was exactly what we all needed! Upon booking the house Sue reached out to welcome us and answer any questions. Communication was amazing! A few things came up that were out of their control (needed a new dryer) and they were in constant and quick communication with us to get a replacement. They even sent a fruit basket for what they considered an inconvenience.
The house had everything we needed from spices to condiments. Be sure to check the house before going to the grocery store. The garage had tons of pool toys, two bikes, hiking sticks, outdoor games, baby essentials and small toys for kids.
A few of us would wake up early to run around the neighborhood and then would drive about 30 minutes to different hiking locations all of which were stunning. We also took a day trip to Sedona where the views were amazing. We didn't end up using the community pools or parks (due to us being cautious with COVID) but they looked awesome! The house pool was amazing as we would spend all mid morning til early evening in it!
This was such a great vacation!!
