Beautiful home! Will definitely come back!

Our 2nd annual visit & we all had a great time! Perfect home base for lots of little trips to do things in the area & quiet, clean, & comfortable.

The cabin was perfect for our group. The setting is idyllic, beds are comfy, and the cabin is well stocked with everything needed to cook our own meals. Nice family room in basement and living area upstairs. The sauna was much anticipated, however is hard to maintain its heat. Second stay here, and we were hoping for a hot sauna this time. The sauna building with screen porch is amazing, right at the edge of the water. I want a screen porch on my own! Still, despite the issues with the sauna, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Everything was just as it said or better. Had a seamless check-in/out. Easy and immediate communication with host. Very nice blanket selection.

This cozy cabin is a peaceful getaway. It’s well maintained and tidy. The sauna on the water adds to the charm We enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning

A wonderful Cabin. We kayaked the river and enjoyed the stars at night. It was too hot for the sauna since we got mid 80's weather in early October, but the sauna is always a nice option. Many hiking and eating options are close to the cabin, so it's really a nice base depending on whether you want to explore the eastern part of the UP or the western part of the UP. Super clean cabin with all of the essentials.

Beautiful cabin. Lots of great equipment for water and other outdoor activities. Great outdoor setting. Wifi did not work well. Some of the screens also need updating. Otherwise a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay - plenty to do, weather was great and cabin was perfect.

Beautiful cabin and property with private beach, kayaks and canoe. Easy to Lake Superior, Marquette, trailheads and Picture Rocks Lakeshore. Could sleep 8 adults comfortably but just one BR takes some short term planning.

The cabin was very clean and easy to find. The small beach area was perfect for our kids to fish from. Close and convenient to everything we wanted to see. Will stay again if ever back in the area

My family (husband, 3 kids, parents, and father-in-law) loved our stay. This property is relaxing, beautiful, and good location. We were content to stay and enjoy the games, fire, water, kayaks, and walks. Would recommend it to others!

Amazing

Amazing place, great for some get away from it all time yet close to everything from hiking to restaurants. We always enjoy our time here and wish we could extend when it’s time to leave. Very responsive host.

It was quiet peaceful place to stay and enjoy the view of the lake. House was very clean and everything was set up perfect.

We had another lovely stay at this sweet little retreat. The kitchen is well stocked, the cabin is tidy and has an easy comfort. We enjoyed using the sauna one eve and sitting on the beach, watching the ice chunks float in the lake. We saw deer multiple times aa well. We had great food in Marquette - our favorites were: Lagniappe, Contrast Coffee, The Delf, Iron Bay and The Vierling (best white fish). Thank you again for a fun stay in the UP!

We really enjoyed the cabin. We saw lots of deer that would come up cabin, which was really cool for my kids to see.

We had a lovely time unwinding in this beautiful spot. The sauna was amazing and host was very responsive. Hope to visit again sometime!

The kids all decided they were moving in, for good....they never want to leave.... and that was after just walking in the door! Plenty of space for 3 different age groups to spread out, yet still had a cozy feel. Amazingly clean, very comfortable!

Incredible cabin in a great location. Quiet, peaceful, close to Marquette, meaningful touches throughout the home. The beach and sauna were our favorite part of this special cabin. Ed was quick to respond and check-in/out was simple. Looking forward to coming back!

This property was the perfect place for our family vacation. For a week trip with two teenagers, this property provided options such as fishing, kayaking, exploring, etc to keep everyone entertained. Only complaint was the property could have been a little cleaner and the internet wasn't great. After a long day, everyone wanted to relax and watch a movie, but it would buffer a lot throughout the movie. Highly recommend this property, it's beautiful and has a lot to offer.

Property was as listed on-line. Very comfortable inside the cabin and beautiful views! Good communication and feedback from owner as well. Close to/easy drive to Marquette from here. Sauna was the highlight for us!
