We stayed here because of a trail race we were running the following morning. Our time at the property was pretty limited, though we did enjoy the time we spent there. It was exactly as listed and the property manager checked on us while we were there. ☺️

We had an excellent stay here. The location is fantastic for Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The Squaw Trailhead right around the corner from the house was a favorite, too! The house was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive, kind, and very quick to reply. The home was a lovely place to unwind and hide from the heat of the day after a morning hike for our family of 8!

A very unique location right next to the red mountains of Kanab. Local hikes are literally right out the front door. The property Itself was plenty of room for our mixed family group. We really loved the outdoor space which had a nice table and chairs a peaceful garden with pond nearby. It was summer so we didn’t use the fire pits or any of the grills. The home itself is very well organized for guests.

Large beautiful home with a great backyard view. Great location near Zion and Bryce. Sand caves are a fun quick trip. Safe quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking space, and a garage to get the car out of the heat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked for making yummy meals.
Had a problem and owner took care of it as quickly as he could.

Overall, the house was very clean and very nice. It has a beautiful view. We were happy with our stay, and I recommend it to others. Two things: 1) I was initially frustrated, because we didn't receive the code needed for the key. For whatever reason, we didn't get an automated response with that info. However, once the owner realized this, he was prompt to help us, and it turned out fine. 2) A member of our group noted there were ants in the laundry room. However, we didn't see any elsewhere. Again, overall it was a great place to stay.

There was a slight hiccup with the hot water, we reached out to the owner and the problem was solved by the next day.

This is a wonderful place in a great location. We used it as our base for 5 days and traveled to many of the major sites: Grand Canyon north rim, Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, and also explored the local area. We loved hiking the trails that go up the red hills in the back yard. The place itself is very spacious and clean with a beautiful patio. The host is great, very communicative and we had no issues. We will absolutely stay here again the next time.

This lovely place is in neighborhood but the patio with twittering birds and view if the cliffs makes it feel intimate. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen made it an ideal place. The host was gracious and helpful.

I had a vacation rental and totally understand being a 'distance' owner. I needed guests to be my 'eyes' when there were things I wouldn't be aware of (since I am NOT the one STAYING there). I took pictures and tried to share with the host what we discovered and he was very appreciative. He said he will be arriving soon to take care of what he wasn't aware was happening. The property is lovely and I felt badly for him that it had fallen from the standard he thought he was providing. I don't need to go into detail... I fully expect the owner will take care of everything and get his listing up to the standard he wishes to offer. Thank you

This rental served our needs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The attached garage was a plus. And the location was good with a quiet neighborhood.

The owner was responsive to questions. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable, though as mentioned in previous reviews, the pillows were thin. (There were 4 thin pillows on each bed which helped a little.) We were happy to have a place to stay after a day at the North Rim since there were no vacancies at the North Rim. But the photos make the outside landscaping and home interior appear newer than it is. The red rock behind the house is beautiful; wish more of it could be seen from the back patio and inside the home.
The available frying pans probably should be replaced. The cleaning fee seems high since we were expected to strip the bed clothes, then load and start the washing machine. And load and start the dishwasher.
Just FYI, we don't recommend pizza from the local pizzeria, Lotsa Motsa. It was extremely expensive and in our opinion didn't taste that good. Stick with tried and true Pizza Hut!

Great home base for exploring all the magnificent parks and hikes Utah has to offer. Visited Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks (snow!!!), Kodachrome Basin (personal favorite), Vermillion Cliffs and so much more. House was clean and comfortable. We are missing our red rock already!

The house was fantastic and everything was as advertised. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens, pots and pans, dishware, and.paper goods. Each bathroom had dispensers in the shower with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo which was extraordinary. TV even had Netflix. The outdoor patio was very relaxing in the evening. We were able to park our vehicle in the garage every night. Location was awesome with the rock formations right behind the house. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in over the past 7 years! Centrally located to explore ZION, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Staircase-Escalante National Parks/Monuments, and a multitude of state parks in Arizona, Nevada & Utah, it was relaxing to end our day staring at the backyard scenery. A quiet neighborhood, we all slept well. The house is well appointed, plenty of linens, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. - perfect for our annual travel adventures with a couple of best friends. I wish we had more time to explore Kanab, and additional natural resources -- highly recommend!

Fantastic property with fabulous location. Beauty in every direction. Our group did Hog Canyon, Peek a boo slot, white pocket, the Grand Canyon, and Zion. Property was centrally located from so much beauty.
We enjoyed grilling each night in the backyard under amazing views and stars.

Family vacation
In general the house (indoors) was fine, met our needs. There were a couple of things that could be improved. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had thick layers of dust on the blades. The lamps were old and a bit worn and didn’t put out much light. The living room could use a reading lamp. The outdoor area was very disappointing and NOT what was advertised on the website. There was no garden with flowers or pond. It was overgrown weeds. Murky water in what should have been the pond which was broken down and a mess. Also the 2 lounge chairs were ripped. We were staying in Kanab to visit Zion National Park so we really weren’t at the house that much but didn’t really enjoy any outside patio time because it was extremely unappealing. You might want to clean up the yard or take down the false description and pictures on the website.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home! We would definitely stay again.

Great home base
We had a wonderful time at Thierry’s house in Kanab. It’s a great home base for visiting Zion, Bryce, or just exploring the numerous local hikes. The house was very clean and very comfortable. There is a very nice tub for soaking your aching muscles after epic hikes! The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and other equipment that we needed for eating in. While we just missed its opening, there is a very nice community pool a couple of blocks away. Downtown shops and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. We would highly recommend Thierry’s place for a stay in Kanab!

Great Location - As Advertised
Clean and well appointed with all that is needed for a family vacation. The four bedrooms are great to have, plus the office. The location offers a very good jump off point to all of the area attractions.

Great location and property
The location was convenient for all the locations on our family road trip. The fenced in yard was great for the 4 year old and the kitchen was well stocked and clean. Thanks for a great vacation home base.

Anniversary trip
The house was great!! Centrally located to the National Parks. Good amenities in the house. Clean and comfortable, a great place to come back and relax. Nice places to eat in town and around the area if you’re too tired to cook at night. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of room for families even though it was just the two of us this trip. Highly recommend 😊

Beautiful setting, great house!
The property could not be more beautiful! Situated at the base of the Vermillion Cliffs, it was a joy to drive up to the house every time we left for a day trip or to go to dinner. Very comfortable and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

Property Manager Nightmare
The last day we were there the power in the town of Knab went out. Air temp 106 temp inside 88+ and rising. The property was unlivable. I asked for refund for last night, because we had to go to the next town with hotel with power. He told me to call the power company, I told him it was his problem. He got angry and called police. The police showed up and insisted on coming in to inspect property. I invited them to do so and he said everything was fine. We left 5 minutes later. Do yourself a favor skip this property.
