Salut, je suis Terri, Bienvenue à Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompano Beachfront! À DROITE SUR LA MAGNIFIQUE PLAGE DE POMPANO! Situé au 3401 N. E. 10th St. Pompano Beach 33062. Nous sommes désolés, mais nous n'acceptons pas les animaux. Ce condo est un 1 chambre de 400 pc avec une cuisine complète. Il peut accueillir 3 adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 petits enfants confortablement. Il a un lit queen size avec un très joli matelas en mousse à mémoire Serta et un futon / canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon. Tous les draps fournis. Il y a une télévision dans la chambre et une télévision dans le salon avec des câblosélecteurs séparés et des chaînes premium. Nous avons aussi le wifi!
Le condo a un mélangeur, grille-pain, cafetière, fer / planche, sèche-cheveux, chaises de plage, serviettes de plage et parasol.
Un condo sur le thème de la plage, très propre et bien entretenu AVEC TOUT ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait à la plage! Vous devez avoir au moins 25 ans pour louer ce condo. NOUS NE LOUONS PAS AUX RUPTURES DE RESSORT Nous avons 6 condos différents disponibles dans ce complexe. Vous pouvez les voir tous en recherchant ces vrbo # 325060 ou Homeaway # 356251, 308962, 444084

La piscine est chauffée et descend jusqu'à la plage où il y a une grande aire de pique-nique avec un grill, des tables, des chaises longues, un parasol et des chaises. Il y a aussi une buanderie située à votre étage. Nous fournissons un détergent à lessive.
Une fois que vous restez à Atlantic Terrace, nous savons que vous voudrez revenir!

I had a great time visiting Pompano Beach! I loved my stay! I thought everything was exactly like it was explained! I loved that I wasnt at a big resorts, you were 10 steps away from your toes in the sand, laundry on site, and everything you needed in the condo. I have no complaints at all and hope to visit again in the future!

Upon entering the condo, you were welcomed by the clean-smelling, immaculate interior. Pool was clean and heated. Since most of the days were spent either at the beach or pool, this condo is a nice size for two adults.

The place is summer cute and right on the beach! If you are looking to hang at the beach all day it’s perfect. I would say this place is meant more for a couple than having two or more people that wouldn’t normally share a bed. The place is very tiny and has an interesting layout.

*This is a quaint little condo building amongst all the tall, un-intimate, hi-rises. The tenants and owners were all super friendly. Terri is very personable, professional, and takes any concerns seriously. Steve, the custodian, was friendly and accommodating. Condo # 8 was small but adorable. It has most everything you'd need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen provides the amenities to stock your own groceries and cook, should that be your choice. Although this building is ocean front, there is a bit of a walk to the main beach area and water's edge. There were a few quirky malfunctions in the condo, but nothing that would ruin the stay. *If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we were told that it was not even10 steps to the pool and beach. It is only steps to the pool and the SAND but I wouldn't say steps to the beach! That being said, we did not anticipate having to walk a block and a half in the soft sand and around dunes to get to the main beach, close to the ocean's edge. This would not be a problem for most but, unfortunately, my friend is handicapped and it was too much of a chore to make the hike carrying chairs, drinks, etc. We only attempted and managed to visit the beach twice. The other issue we had was the living area TV did not work until it was replaced and set up the day before we left. *For a couple or even a small family this would be an affordable option. I would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues.

Perfect place for a night for new years . Murphy bed was really comfortable. Ac was super quiet . Beach was literally 50 feet away and pool was heated ! Terri was very accommodating and pleasant to have as a host ,!

Very clean, quiet condo steps away from the beach! Property was well taken care of, pool was clean and parking was free. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for beach use which was really convenient since we flew in. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are ever in Pompano. Added bonus Steve the maintenance guy was super nice and extremely helpful!

Great weekend
We enjoyed a lovely holiday weekend with our little family of three at this spot. Area is nice and quiet and right on the beach. We loved the pool area and proximity to parks for our 2.5 year old when we weren't doing water activities
