River Run est à distance de marche du centre-ville New Braunfels et Wurstfest. River Run a le plus long flotteur de n'importe quel Resort sur la rivière Comal. Nous fournissons 7 tubes de rivière (compresseur d'air également) à nos clients et un service de navette pratique est juste en face de la rue. Pour une somme modique, ils vous ramèneront à River Run.
Très bien situé et à proximité de tous les New Braunfels a à offrir. Schlitterbahn, Landa Golf Course et Park sont juste en face de la rivière. Profitez d'un tube d'une journée sur la rivière Comal ou tout simplement suspendus au soleil à la piscine de la copropriété et le bar-b-que sur les nombreux stands situés sur place. Juste un court trajet en voiture à Gruene qui abrite la plus ancienne salle de danse au Texas, Canyon Lake, ou San Antonio.
Ce condo de 2 chambres dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit king size avec une salle de bains attenante et TV. La chambre d'hôtes est meublée d'un lit queen, télévision et d'une salle de bains commune. Canapé dans le salon sort à un lit queen size qui est excellent pour les enfants !! La cuisine a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner des repas à la maison, y compris une cuisinière, micro-ondes, mijoteuse, vaisselle, ustensiles, grand réfrigérateur et Keurig cafetière. Cheminée et télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces dans le salon. WiFi privé pour notre condo seulement. Balcon offre une vue partielle sur la rivière et la piscine avec une table de patio pour se détendre après une journée sur la rivière.
Pour des séjours prolongés aux clients un service de draps et serviettes hebdomadaire est inclus.
Avec la location, le propriétaire comprend des tubes gratuits (sept) et un compresseur d'air pour ne pas avoir à louer des tubes. Il suffit de sauter sur le Comal au condo et ont une navette vous ramène pour une somme modique.

What a great time! The location was ideal, being right on the river but was also walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a bit of problem with one of the showers but he owner came right over and got it fixed. Would definitely recommend this property.

This was a great unit and had everything we needed, including river tubes and a quality air compressor. Communication with the host was amazing. The condo is on the third floor (which we prefer) but is very close to the elevator.

Lovely condo from the word go! Communication was precise! It smelled good, bed was comfy, tubes were available, the rooms were nicely decorated and it was easy to access the river as well as convenient to local attractions. We also had a breaker trip & the owners responded very quickly!

We love staying at River Run because it’s so convenient to two different river outfitters! This condo was clean and comfortable! Conveniently located close to the elevator on the 3rd floor. The beds were super comfortable with upgraded linens. The kitchen is a little tight but offered everything that we needed. We’ll be back for sure! We absolutely love floating the Comal even though the water levels were low and slow this time around! Until next time…

We had such a fun week staying here. Beds were so comfy, house was clean, so nice having tubes at the place because our kids loved to go down to the tube chute and go over and over. We came during the week and it was so quiet and calm all week. Loved the location- easy to get to Schlitterbahn, river, Landa park and even ventured out to riverwalk one night. Wish I would have brought pool towels because they had nice white ones, but just made the kids drip dry before they came in- thankfully it was hot enough! The kids also loved that there was 3 rooms to watch tv and relax in the evenings after long days on the water! Would stay again! Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic, as usual. Our condo fits our purposes perfectly. It’s on the Comal river, has a pool and hot tub, is close to downtown New Braunfels. Because of the central location, day trips are easy to do.

The unit was nice and was located very close to the Comal River and the provided tubes made our river run free. Host was very quick to respond and we would go back again to stay. We were also very close to shopping and restaurants.

Great quiet place to join in on the Comal River. Condo is very clean and kitchen is well equipped with cookware. This is a 3rd floor unit that is in close proximity to several fire pits.

We came down for tubing the Comal unfortunately a cold front came through. So we made use of the hot tub. This location was perfect, definitely will have to come back in the summer. The condo was clean cozy and close to the center of town.

The perfect spot! Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Master bedroom was huge with a super comfortable King size bed (which is my number one “must have”). All the basics for cooking were available, nice private deck area, river tubes. Our host was responsive and accommodating. A short hop up to TXST for the football game. We will definitely return next time we have a chance to spend the weekend with our Bobcat!

This was a great visit and the host made everything extremely easy. The unit's aesthetic was great too and really made it feel more homey than the traditional modern look. We're glad we brought a beach cart to tote things down to the grills at the pool and using the elevator was helpful. We would certainly come back and appreciated the host's hospitality with the coffee and tubes. They really made an enjoyable experience for our group. We opted to not take the bus ride back after floating as the walk was not that bad. Pool and Hot tub were great as well as overall ambiance of the overall facility. We would have no qualms about staying here again.

I loved this property! It was a classic river condo, well decorated and very very comfortable. It was a quick walk to downtown New Braunfels (10 to 15 minutes depending on which end you are going to). We also loved the river access! The water was beautiful and there were lots of benches/tables and trees to set up a day camp out in the nature, just 3 minutes from the door! The owners are also responsive and very sweet. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

This property needs updating. One commode wouldn't work. The owners called a plumber but they didn't fix the problem so we had to get by with one commode for six people. DirectTV worked intermittently, mostly not at all, and when you have tired kids wanting to chill, it was very frustrating. Then, my car got hit in the parking garage and no one left a note, so overall I was not pleased with my stay and will not return.
