Fabulous Hollywood Beach Villa
Situé dans l'Oasis au cœur d'Hollywood Beach, ce superbe condominium d'une chambre à coucher se trouve à seulement 45 marches de la promenade et de l'océan. Cette unité de coin est l'un des quatre logements d'un bâtiment d'un étage, ce qui lui donne la sensation d'une villa privée. Il donne sur la cour et la piscine. Une rénovation de 30 000 $ vient d'être achevée sur la piscine et la terrasse de la piscine. Il y a aussi un espace de stationnement gratuit qui vient avec cette unité.
L'intérieur a été complètement rénové et il est joliment meublé. La cuisine dispose d'armoires en bois naturel, d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Le salon est équipé d'une télévision LCD de 32 pouces, d'un magnétoscope et d'une station d'accueil pour iPod / chaîne stéréo. Il y a un lit queen-size dans la chambre avec une télévision à écran plat 26 pouces. Le canapé dans le salon est un gigogne complet. La salle de bain et la douche sont en marbre travertin. Des sols en merisier brésilien et en pin Dade complètent cette escapade magnifiquement décorée à Hollywood Beach.

This property is lovely, and, has everything you could need for your stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, everything from check-in to questions we might have about area restaurants, etc. Would love to stay here again some day!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, safe and convenient. The owner communicated with me prior to and during our stay. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We utlized the on-site pool, packed a cooler and grabbed 2 chairs and spent the day at the beach. I plan on resesrving for a future visit to Hollywood Beach. Thanks, Clover, for being a good host!

OK first of all I debated on this review,although this is a very good location, it is about 120 steps to the beach plus starting right on the broadwalk..you do have to watch b/c it is a public beach and people will park behind you and block you in because you’ll never find them at the beach. Anyway the property is somewhat nice older style. when we arrived it was somewhat clean i alway rewash kitchen item anyway. The coffee pot really needs to be updated, the shower barely worked.Also they had no rug by the outside of the shower so i went to dollar tree and bought one b/c water will go everywhere with the shower being broken like it was. We also has no toilet paper upon arrival so i bought that also. The room for myself and my husband was nicely kept .The pool has a nice area also..when you open the pullout sofa, it hits the barstools, so that was an issue. Plus the kids have nowhere to put their stuff. The property is completely gated with a code which is great but the parking is so tight you can’t open the gate all the way if you’re in the first parking spot unless you back up.To throw away the trash you have to walk out 2 other gates in the back which is a little far. While we was here the property had a city inspection call and ask me to leave while they did the inspection. I did ask can they come another time but they refused. Over all It was a little crowded for two adults and two teenagers.The air works awesome that’s why i gave it 4 stars. Next trip i need more room

An excellent experience. Well located and convenient property.
My only comment is that the beach umbrella and chairs need renovation, but everything else was just perfect. The property is very well equipped for a comfortable vacation

This property is just steps from the beach. It is well kept and updated with all the utensils you’d need if you choose to cook and super close to great restaurants. The pool and property were clean and well kept. We will return for our future trips to Hollywood’s Broadwalk.

Growing up in Hollywood I enjoy coming back for a quick vacation. The location of this condo is perfect. It is directly across from a parking deck so if you have company it is easily accessible. You can walk to restaurants and bars. GG's on the intercostal side is a must try spot, especially for their happy hour.
The pool was clean, the condo is clean and VERY well stocked with just about everything you think you would need.
I would definitely rent here again and probably will sooner than later.
My only qualm is locals parking in your spot and the fast and furious wannabes drifting in the parking deck at all hours - bring ear plugs. And that has nothing so do with the rental; just a side note.

Spent a week in this cozy condo located close to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Very comfortable stay. Exactly as pictured and very clean. A reserved parking space just steps from your front door is a big plus. Condo is well stocked and even includes chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Host responds super fast to any questions and is very helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Very clean, comfortable, updated condo, that exceeded our expectations. The owners were very accomodating! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Lovely pool, just steps from the ocean, Broadwalk, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this property, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great condo n pool. Just as described in ad. No need to rent a car. Plenty of public transportation. So close to beach n restaurants. Great kitchen. Room for 4. Not disappointed at all. Property manager was great too

This condo was in a great location. It was very close to the broadwalk, but still quite. It was comfortable, and the perfect size for two people. The pool was amazing! We had a great time!

We had a great time! Great location, close to everything. The rental has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the whole family. Beach chairs, beach towels even beach and pool toys for the kids. We’re loved it and definitely would come back!

What a great place to stay!! We had everything that we could need/want. The beach was so close and the boardwalk area had a great selection of restaurants to choose from. It was nice to just park the car and relax.

It was a cozy condo and we enjoyed every minute of it. Plenty of items the owners left for you to have access to which normally doesn't happen with a condo rental. Beaches chairs, towels, umbrellas toilet paper, soap, baggies, paper plates and cups, etc. First visit to Hollywood but it will not be the last and we will return to this exact condo.

This cute villa is absolutely perfect! The location is fabulous and it has any kind of houseware and kitchen item you could want! They even have beach chairs! We walked everywhere since you are steps from the boardwalk. And, the pool is very nice, clean, and quiet. I will definitely stay here again when we travel to Hollywood!

Everything you need is there. Coolers, towels, ice packs , pool floaties, drink coozies, umbrellas and chairs for the beach which is a skipaway along w Boardwalk. I will definately be back. Great place : close to all you want to do.

We came to Hollywood Beach to visit friends/family for a long weekend and needed a central place to stay. This is an awesome, well appointed little condo steps from the beach and all the main attractions on the boardwalk. The parking spot was a huge plus as we rented a car for our stay. The condo was clean and came with everything we needed - plenty of towels, and extra linens, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Clover is very responsive via email and was a pleasure to do business with. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is always our first choice for our annual trip to Hollywood Beach. You can't beat the location - steps to the beach and Broadwalk. We always appreciate the reserved parking and the charming decor. We've stayed here for years and can say that the property is well-maintained - it is clean and looks fresh. It's a great choice.

My family of four had a fantastic week in this condo. The property is very nice and the condo is decorated beautifully. The location is awesome, short walk to the beach and center of the broadwalk. The on site pool was really fun for my young kids. The owner was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive when needed for small repair during our stay. Highly recommend this gem in Hollywood. We hope to return. Thanks!

We come to Hollywood Beach every year, and after our first stay at this condo, we've never stayed anywhere else. Just off the beach and the Broadwalk, walking distance to restaurants, assigned off-street parking, spotlessly clean, and very charming.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. The condo is very well maintained and very close to everything. We rented bikes this year which enabled us to explore the entire area. It's also fun to have a pool right at the front door. Off street parking is also a must in this area. Clover always answered every e-mail and willing to help if needed. We also like walking to everything, but you will need a car for grocerys. We hope to make this a yearly vacation and will be back.

This adorable one-bedroom condo just off the Broadwalk in Hollywood Beach was just what we hoped for and MORE! Very well maintained apartment provides a quiet haven from the hustle bustle of the Broadwalk but just a hop, skip away from enjoying the oceanfront. The private pool is heated and surrounded by patio tables and loungers. Guests make good use of this area and it provides a fun gathering space to enjoy friends and family and make new acquaintances. Just a short distance from other amenities in Hollywood such as the Gulf Race Track and the quaint downtown area. Can't wait for next year. Only one request would be that we could make payment through credit card.

This is a lovely little condo and has a lot of extra amenities, including beach chairs and towels. It was nice and clean and had a comfortable bed as well (which is very important). The pool is right outside your door along with plenty of patio seating. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Hollywood Beach. Clover is a pleasure to do business with as well. We had a minor issue with a closet door hinge that broke, and her husband came and fixed it immediately. Thanks again for a wonderful FL vacation!
