This place was perfect for my stay for my 2+ week stay in Estes Park. While I was there mainly for climbing and hiking, and had a rental car, the place is also at a Shuttle stop for the Silver Line, whose route takes you around the area with several stops (I believe the Shuttle is seasonal).
The apartment was clean and quiet and perfect for my stay. The price makes this gem one of the best values in Estes Park.

The apartment was clean and kitchen was nice. We thought the lock box for the keys was a little tricky, but okay once we figured it out. The mattress on the bed was “creaky” but overall comfortable. The owner asked that we start a load of towels before we left, but we didn’t see any laundry detergent. Overall we enjoyed our time in Estes Park.

My only issue is that when I asked it it were a 1st floor condo and was told yes, no one mentioned the 5 steps required to get to front door from the ramp. Not usually an issue, this time it was - luggage for a 2 week trip and my husband injured prior to my question so it was difficult for him and I felt a need to watch him closely on the steps.

Very nice, clean condo for the 2 of us! Had everything we needed & was in a great, quiet location. Saw several elk grazing on the property’s lawn the first morning of our stay! The bugling bull elk were commonly heard in the area. What a lovely time to visit with the beautiful fall colors & the elk rut!

The condo was very well equipped with everything, and it was very clean. The only problem I'd like to mention is that the pull-out sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping. One of the cushions that served as mattress had collapsed as well the supports underneath. That caused an indentation which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. But apart from that, the condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Lock box code provided was incorrect. Had to contact owner. Lock box is outdated. Carpet was stained. Towel service (washing) was not provided but should be included. Not owners fault but someone in building was smoking pot and Oder was apparent especially in the hallway.

We enjoyed our time in Estes. We had a couple minor issues with the apartment. The property manager was very quick at taking care of the issues for us. The property is just a short drive from the Main St and Rocky Mountain NP. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This little condo is clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We could get to Rocky Mountain National Park easily as well as the lakes located outside the park. We caught trout in Mary lake , strolled around Lily lake and saw lots of wildlife. Elk and deer crossed right through the parking lot headed for the golf course almost every morning. Enjoyed our stay!!

This property was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation in Estes Park! It was beautifully decorated, was nice & quiet, & had everything you could possibly need, & more! It was close to everything we wanted to do including two entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, restaurants, & downtown fun! We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years & this one was the nicest. I would recommend this rental.

We didn’t receive the correct check in code for our property but one quick phone call remedied that. It was easy to get in contact with the property manager. All items were clean and nice. The apartment did not have AC. Which most of Estes Park, CO does not use AC. I was unaware of this before my arrival, and as a southerner it was a bit of a shock. They did provide fans and it was comfortable. The bed was a full size not a queen. The property is nice and worth staying in for just 1-2 people. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was very clean and fit us perfect. Was a bit disgruntled at first because of no a/c, which should be specified in listing but after the first evening it was just fine. Was close enough to everything and very comfortable. I would recommend putting in "house manual" about the fans available and how to run, specifically the portable cooling unit and #'s for the local transit. But all in all we had a great trip with great accommodations!

Estes Park was our gateway to RMNP. This unit was perfectly located for park access. The unit was very comfortable for our 3 night stay: close to grocery, restaurants, etc. This unit was stocked with basic needs.

Summer getaway
Great location, clean, didn’t realize couldn’t use small gas grill on patio so got a note in the door. No big deal was just confused seeing all the grills on the other patios. They also didn’t want anything besides the patio furniture on the patio so had to keep cooler inside. Pull out couch could use some tlc but my son made it work. Overall great stay.

Great property but..
Great place to stay but for charging a cleaning fee there was long dark hair stuck to the shower walls everywhere when we arrived. We also had to wash towels and have them in the dryer prior to leaving which is inappropriate if you're charging a cleaning fee. It did have great accessibility to everything we wanted to see.

Fulfilled Expectations
This property was a very good value in an awesome location. I was impressed by the variety of kitchen appliances, utensils and staples, although the cutlery was dull. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the grill, which was in like-new condition. The shower head was a little too low for my 6' frame, and the bed was noisy when rolling over, but neither were deal breakers. I would have extended my stay if the unit was available, and would book again if I return to Estes Park.

Location is key for us. Just far enough from downtown, we can get to both Lumpy Ridge, Wild Basin, Fall River, and Beaver Meadows (go around south part of town) without having to go through downtown Estes Park, but still close to downtown.

Nice apartment
Great location and comfortable accommodations. Bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower (that’s what my husband always asks about 😊). It was a little difficult to time getting a shower & then washing towels & putting them in the dryer before checkout time, but I understand that many things are different now in the days of Covid.
I would definitely recommend this VRBO space.
(Upstairs neighbor complained about us parking too close to the line of his parking space. We were very careful after that, but found 2 door dings on that side of our rental car 2 days later.)
