This home was absolutely awesome and more than we even expected! The homeowner was accessible and so kind in preparing us and answering our questions. The home was impeccably clean and so homey with all the comforts of your own home. The neighborhood was quiet and so beautiful. Before we left we were talking about when we could return-that’s how much we loved it! Don’t pass the opportunity to stay here -you will not be disappointed.

The property was simply fabulous, from great communication with the host to the amenities he provides. I am sad that my child is graduating because I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

This townhouse was a perfect home away from home for our celebration with our niece. Close to downtown, close to the University, and everything else you would need. The townhouse itself was well-equipped and actually had 4 beds instead of the 3 advertised. TVs with cable, plenty of pillows and blankets, plus a wonderful kitchen all included. Will stay again!

Property was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and look forward to staying here in the future. Everything was perfect.

This condo was very nice, beautiful, clean, fully stocked. We had very cold weather but would have loved to enjoy the outdoor amenities, the grill, firepit, patio etc. Inside was homey and the open floor plan was great for groups because of the different sections but still together. Host was very accessible and accomodating. Would love to stay again.

We stayed here with our two adult children and their spouse/girlfriend. It was wonderful. The house is near everything, yet far enough away from things that it’s very quiet. The guys golfed, the girls shopped, and we are at some neat restaurants. In the evenings, we sat by the fire pit, and played bags/cards/jenga. The house had lots of seating in the living room area, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms. Extra touches such as toiletry baskets, hand sanitizer, and water/soda in the fridge were unexpected, but super nice. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

When you look at their 5-star rated property, you might not imagine it could get any better, but it really is even more wonderful in person. Everything in the hosts' home says "Welcome" and "Quality" - all the finishes - the gathering spaces, the shower, the appliances, the furnishings - all of it. It's also very apparent that the hosts care - about family, about guests, about friends, and you'll understand this more when you arrive. :) It was a wonderful respite during a weekend chocked full of family wedding festivities. Lovely condo with everything you can imagine! Large rooms, tastefully decorated, in a safe area close to everything. Owner is exceptional and readily available. Would rent again for sure.

The host was very helpful with recommendations. The house was very clean. They thought of everything we forgot from a stocked candy dish to q-tips.

It was a very nice condo, and Joe was very nice and accommodating! It’s close to downtown Bloomington and Monroe Lake. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy rental in a great location. We boated at Lake Monroe and ate at Nick's English Hut. This is the best stocked home we have had the pleasure of renting. Kitchen is completely stocked , including water and soda in the refrigerator waiting for you. A stocked candy dish and toiletry bowl were appreciated. Enjoyed opening time outside with the fire bowl. The home was very clean. This is a great property to rent. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

This is a lovely townhouse with very ample and comfortable seating areas. The owner has very thoughtfully provided various shampoo, soaps etc. if you forget anything and also left more than sufficient sanitizing wipes and masks, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked if you are planning to cook a lot of your own meals. I would stay here again on a return visit to Bloomington.

We immediately felt at home when the next door neighbor greeted us, and said you're going to love this place. They were right! Joe is a great host, thought of every detail and provides things you might not have thought of. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, two large sitting areas inside and a spacious porch give plenty of room to relax. Cannot ask for a cleaner place.Our weekend getaway included the Comedy Attic and Nick's English Hut on Friday night, disc golf at a nearby course Saturday morning, trip to Nashville Saturday afternoon, ATV tasting tour at Hard Truth Distillery (request Mike for your tour guide!), and wine tasting at Oliver's Winery on our way home. This was the perfect "home base" and allowed us to enjoy breakfast (thanks to my friend who brought yummy casseroles) and time together that you can't do in a hotel.Highly recommend this beautiful condo and location. Rented this house for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. The home owner thought of very detail! The home was clean, plenty of space and full of amenities. The layout of the home was somehow cozy and spacious at the same time...we especially loved the beautiful kitchen. The outdoor patio was a wonderful setting for a fire night using the fire bowl. So neat! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

Wonderful, accommodating, comfortable, very clean certainly meets all of your traveling needs. Felt very welcome at this condo, which provided us with everything we needed. We had a great visit & tour of the southern Indiana area. Enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood, felt very safe. I had not known how beautiful Southern Indiana is! Thank you & yes would definitely book again!

What a sweet setup. I wish we had a little more time to actually enjoy the home, and we were In Bloomington for business. There were 4 of us and each person was able to have their own room. First class hospitality by the owners. I will stay here next time I am in Bloomington for sure!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and I can not express how great it was. There was 5 of us. Ladies weekend and we had such a great time. We like to get together when we can and usually stay in a nice hotel but when you want to just sit around and visit it is hard in a hotel room. Even in a suite. So this was so perfect. We did some shopping but we actually just stayed around the house and enjoyed being with friends. The house is so nice. And so well decorated. Also everything you could want was there. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so deluxe. Everything was so clean. We absolutely loved it. David the owners brother met us when we arrived and was available if we would have needed help. There was cookies and popcorn. Drinks including coffee provided. It was very classy. If this unit is available when you are taking a trip to this area you should rent it. You won’t be sorry.

We loved this place, it is absolutely beautiful and clean. Joe makes you feel you are in your own house, it was a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to cook our meals. The beds are very comfortable and the outside area is peaceful and roomy to gather with friends. It was an easy check in & out process. Great location, close to many stores, restaurants & downtown. We would recommend Joe’s place to anyone visiting the Bloomington area, or pick this place to discover the Bloomington area. Ginny

I would recommend staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated. It is both cozy and spacious enough five of us could lounge around and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and bake (if you wanted too) with plenty of tableware and utensils. The Stackhouse’s went above and beyond in their details to make us feel welcomed. To finish our weekend off, checkout was the easiest and most relaxed I have ever had. Thank you Joe for sharing your beautiful home so we could make wonderful memories!

A few cousins and I rented Joe’s condo for the weekend (in town for a wedding). There are so many thoughtful touches - good lighting, plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, blankets in the lounge areas, amazing outdoor patio to enjoy the weather. The home was very clean and roomy. Beds were extremely comfortable. We had one small snafu with a misfunctioning coffee pot but the host’s brother replaced readily with another pot. Would highly recommend this property to any visitors!
