Cette maison de ville de luxe est situé à la base de Copper Mountain, à distance de marche des remontées mécaniques et de la Copper Mountain Village Center qui offre magasins, restaurants et activités de jour et de nuit d'amusement pour les enfants et les adultes. Cette propriété a été récemment rénové avec un décor sud-ouest invitant.
Les clients pourront profiter de la marche et de VTT ainsi que une balade à cheval en été et excellent ski à distance de marche en hiver. Un moment de détente à l'intérieur, des quêtes peuvent asseoir près de la cheminée dans le salon ou sur les deux autres étages et profiter de la vue majestueuse et imprenable sur les pentes Copper Mountain du sol au plafond fenêtres. Les vues sont à couper le souffle.
Le lotissement est environ 1600 pieds carrés de surface sur trois étages avec un garage attenant situé au quatrième niveau inférieur, pour accueillir une grande véhicule et également un espace pour les skis, vélos et autres équipements sportifs. Le quatrième niveau a également une laveuse et une sécheuse. L'étage principal dispose d'une cuisine compacte avec des comptoirs en granit, et un espace repas pour six avec compteur espace supplémentaire en haut de l'alimentation. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz brûlant, une télévision grand écran équipé d'un magnétoscope et DVD, WI-FI, et l'arrangement de sièges confortables qui permet aux clients de profiter des majestueuses vue sur la montagne.
Le deuxième étage dispose d'une grande chambre à coucher principale qui ouvre sur une véranda fermée avec de grandes baies vitrées, avec deux grands placards, et une grande salle de bains privative. Le troisième étage dispose d'une grande chambre qui ouvre sur une grande véranda avec de grandes baies vitrées et deux placards. Cet étage offre également une troisième chambre qui comprend un lit superposé arrangement qui peut accueillir 2 ou 4 (grande chambre à un, une double et une grande gigogne). Needs some updating and TLC. Half the light bulbs were burned out, 2 of the 3 beds were so hard we were all sore the next day, the listing stated there was a hot tub on property. That’s not the case and it’s clear it’s been gone for a while. We got dressed and went down there and there’s a big concrete slab where it use to be. Super disappointing.

We had 2 families staying here and it was perfect. Location super convenient easy walk to 2 lifts and center village with restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property twice (Feb 2023 and Jan 2022). This trip was with grandparents in their 60's, myself and husband, and 2 younger kids (8 and 5).
I wouldn't call this unit Luxurious at all, but it is so convenient to the lifts and is very spacious. It was great to have space for everyone to spread out and for our kids to be loud on the top floor while we were hanging out two floors below. The garage and laundry on the bottom floor is so handy to drop ski gear. Really could take advantage of the space by adding a lot more hooks on that entry level or in the laundry.
Unit needed a little attention from my last visit...lots of missing lightbulbs, some cleaning of lampshades and light fixtures, and we were disappointed that the fireplace didn't work. Some bedding could be replaced...sheets in the bunkbed were pilled and rough and need to be tossed. TV remote in the main room was verrry hard to operate and needs to be replaced.
Would totally stay here again, but just wish some of those details had a little attention.

Condo is a sort walk to center village and close to several lifts. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and get comfortable and also space or gather together. Television didn’t work very well but we weren’t there to watch tv.

This was our second time staying in Copper. We previously stayed at the East Village, but needed to shuttle to the Center and West Village. So, we knew this time we wante to be at least in the Center Village where food, shopping, and just everything really happens. This was perfect as it was a short walk to both the Center and West Villages. We never had to wait on a bus to bring us all over the village (and parking lots) before getting to our destination. It was comfortable and just a great little spot to be in. Our kids loved being able to run in the back and play. They thorougly enjoyed themselves, as did we. We were never able to find the hot tub, but really, its fine, because I really didn't want to have to walk back wet in the literal freezing weather. We can't wait to stay again.

The location is good. We able to walk to the lift. The stairs inside the house is a minor issue.. taking out of breath when you reach the 3rd floor. Parking inside the garage is a plus. We use the Vrbo txt message to communicate property manager couple times and never get response. Did get in touch with her once when I use the phone option. There is no hand soap in the bathroom! Overall I still recommend the place. It is perfect location and clean.

The host was amazing as we had issues with a cancelled flight! Check in was super easy and the property had beautiful views and quick walk or shuttle to ski! I hope to definitely rent again with my husband and 3 adult children!

Nothing fancy but adequate
The property is a short 5 minute walk to Center Village so good from that standpoint. But it is also 50 yards downhill from I-70 eastbound so has fairly significant traffic noise from trucks during the night even in the front rooms which face away from the highway. I think the sound bounces off other buildings. If you left windows open to cool the room down, you had to put up with the highway noise. This was the only real draw back. It’s an older property so the floors creaked when walked on so the room below could always hear when someone was walking around. Several doors needed some WD40 to quiet squeaky hinges but that’s just a quick maintenance task. The kitchen was nicely equipped, bathrooms were good size, and good size rooms. The owner communicated well and timely. The nightly rate was a fair value for what you get in this location.

We stayed with another couple for a long weekend. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of us, comfortable and clean and an easy walk to the village. We loved having the garage to park in, so convenient! We love the vibe at Copper mountain and it's the perfect location and close to other ski areas as well. I didn't have much contact with the property manager but when I did send a message I received a quick response! We plan to come back and stay here with our children in the future!

The unit was great except for the beds that were difficult to sleep in and no hot tub and no internet. Very dissapointing after a long day of skiing to not have a hottub or being able to check work emails.

Nice and quiet and a short walk to the lifts. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat all meals including for multiple children. Overall a great condo, that we would definitely return to.
