Beautiful Rustic Barn just waiting for you to kick back and relax.
Notre grange rustique a une cheminée à gaz en pierre parfaite pour se blottir et rester au chaud. En bas a une salle de bain, un salon, un coin repas et une cuisine complète (y compris la vaisselle, casseroles, argenterie ect apportez juste votre nourriture) à l'étage a 2 ch avec 1 lit double et 1 lit queen dans chaque chambre. Une baignoire de trempage vintage attend le temps des bulles dans la salle de bain à l'étage. Un coin salon où vous pouvez rattraper votre temps à lire ou siroter un verre de vin est également au 2ème étage. TV à l'étage et en bas avec Direct TV. Détendez-vous dans une chaise longue à l'extérieur sous la pergola, jetez un steak sur le barbecue, faites quelques smores près du feu de camp, écoutez les cascades. Promenez-vous dans les jardins et profitez des odeurs douces. Notre adresse est 7919 G 76 HWY New Virginia IA 50210. Nous sommes à la campagne mais juste à côté des trottoirs. Nous sommes à 15 min au sud d'Indianola, ou 15 min au nord d'Osceola. REMARQUE: Le prix est de 115 $ pour 2 et 15 $ pour chaque personne supplémentaire. Frais de nettoyage de 35 $ pour chaque groupe de 6 personnes ou plus.

The outdoor area was beautiful! Whole place was very clean and there was lots of seating. Beds were comfortable. And instructions were simple, clear, and reasonable. Wifi worked well and I had good phone service outside of wifi, despite the location being somewhat remote.

The barn was clean and beautiful. Very nicely decorated. I had everything I needed to make my meals. The clawfoot tub was amazing. Slept well as the bed I slept in was comfortable. I told my daughter I would love to bring her for a girls weekend! Definitely would return.

This stay was such a seamless process! Communication with the hostess was easy! The barn/cabin was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable and the place was simply charming. Some holiday decor was still up and just added to the ambiance. We would come again when it’s warmer to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Close to Osceola and Indianola for more things to do. Great place to stay!!!

The 4 of us loved staying here. From the decor to the comfort, the fireplace, the kitchen, comfortable beds, bedding and everything else. This host thought of everything. Kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed. We did all of the cooking as the 2 day blizzard raged outside. We had such a good time. Beautiful setting even though the snow covered most of it along with the -40 below windchill. The barn was so warm and comfy. The host couldnt have provided a better 3 night stay. Will recommend to everyone!

Just love staying here at the converted barn. The grounds are so peaceful. We always enjoy having a glass of wine around the fire pit while listening to the corn stalks rustle in evening breeze and the water trickling into the small pond. Property is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bring your camera because there are unlimited photo ops. Such a gorgeous setting.

What a fantastic first night of our 2-week roadtrip from Colorado to New England and Canada! Definitely one of the most beautiful settings we’ve ever experienced in a VRBO rental. The barn is full of charm, character, and very clean. The grounds are peaceful and serene. Listening to the water feature while sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the patio was very relaxing. When you arrive you are struck by how beautifully landscaped the property is and then you enter the modern house with all the amenities and feel very fortunate to be staying at Bailey Farms. The barn, the grounds, the general accommodations and the owners all made for a great, relaxing stay. We plan to revisit in the near future. Multiple family members from out of state met up to see a sick relative in Iowa. We couldn’t find a hotel because of Tulip Time so opted for a VrBo and we were NOT disappointed! What a beautiful property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Holly was easy to work with. We spent a free afternoon at a local winery and seeing some other nearby sights. 10/10

Absolutely perfect stay! My friend and I loved the decor of the barn and all the small touches throughout. Well stocked for everything we needed for a weekend away - the soaking tub was one of our favorite things about the barn! Enjoyed shopping in nearby Indianola since the weather was cooler and we couldn't enjoy the patio area like we had planned. We Absolutely loved our stay. Would highly recommend! ❤️
