Bienvenue à "Blue Haven", situé dans le complexe familial et convivial Mar Vista Grande (Unité 1212). Nous sommes très heureux de partager cet endroit avec vous. C'est une résidence à couper le souffle de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains complètes, résidence en front de mer située dans le haut de l'océan, premier front de mer de Myrtle Beach - The Mar Vista Grande. Passez vos matinées à regarder les dauphins jouer dans le magnifique océan Atlantique depuis le grand balcon! We had a wonderful week in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were genuinely interested in us having a good vacation and stayed in contact throughout the week. We found Mar Vista to be very upscale in every aspect. We will definitely be coming back.

I booked this so my mom and her sister could sit on the porch and see the ocean. My mom passed away unexpectedly before we came down. This condo is perfect for families who want to be on the beach or just at the beach. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable! Covered outdoor pool and hot tub were great for those who burn.

We had a wonderful week at Mar Vista Grande. The unit was just as pictured and very nice and clean. We will definitely be going again next year. From check in to check out the communication with the owners was excellent.

Our vacation in this condo was fantastic. The only thing I would say negative would be regarding the thermostat. It’s appeared to be a Nest thermostat and we had issues with ours at home. When it doesn’t sense movement the thermostat temperature increases. So every time we left and came back the thermostat would be set on 75-76. So the condo would be warm. Although it didn’t take long to come to cooler temperature it was a pain to have to turn down the thermostat every time we left the condo. Owners/management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while were there.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in very safe/clean/quiet building. Booking and check-in/out process were seamless, which is always appreciated. Views from the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and spacious seating. Living , dinning room and balcony had comfortable seating for our group of 6 adults. Beautifully decorated, just like the photos!

This was our third year staying at MarVista and our second time staying in this condo. It's just as beautiful as the pics. It was very clean and host was very responsive. Check in and out process was seamless. Beautiful view of the beach. We love this place!

I had a great time staying at Blue Haven-Luxuriously Appointed Ocean Front Condo. The property was very clean, there was a great view of the ocean and the property manager was very responsive if I had any concerns. Will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for a week for our annual family trip which consisted of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant and it was a fantastic fit for our family! The check-in process couldn't have been easier and communication with the property owner and contacts was great. I would definitely come back to this property in the future!

This was an excellent find on VRBO!! So much to be pleased with, I’ll summarize in bullet points…clean, updated, spacious, excellent balcony, perfect view, phenomenal property, extremely safe, fantastic location, easy process, a grand experience across the board!!

Condo was amazing and secure. Not super walkable. Ubered to most things . Golf cart good for groceries and close things. No postings that renters could have golf carts had to park it off property. Still overall an anazing vaca.

Beautiful unit and awesome location
Our unit at the Mar Vista Grande was incredible! Direct oceanfront 12th floor beautifully decorated spacious comfortable! Hated to leave but we look forward to going back and staying there again in the future

Beautiful Home
The home looked exactly like what the pictures showed. It was beautiful, plenty of kitchen gadgets, nice view, plenty of seating inside and outside and the property managers responded right away when needed. We stayed with my mom and grandparents and both my grandparents are in wheelchairs. There was plenty of room for my grandparents to move around. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Wonderful property!
We had a great stay! The check in process was a breeze. The unit was clean and beautiful upon arrival. Very spacious with big bedrooms. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions. We loved the Mar Vista Grande property as a whole. The pools were great and the tiki bar had great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Can't wait to stay here again!

Excellent stay
Seven day stay with friends and family in this beautiful condo was amazing. Everything was very clean and the location was beautiful. Pictures are very accurate. Having a large balcony to walk out on was a great addition. We took advantage of the full size washer dryer and access to the gym. Communication with the host was fast answering any questions I had. We all agreed this was a wonderful experience and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Condo
This is a gorgeous condo that is decorated with a calming blue and gray color scheme and appointed with a beach theme throughout. It has all the necessary amenities to make your stay a pure pleasure. In addition, it is super clean. The ocean front view is spectacular. The contactless check-in/check-out process was a breeze and much appreciated. Can't wait to come back next year!
