Nous sommes dans un emplacement central parfait. Nous sommes à 10 minutes de Ft. Lauderdale et à seulement 20 minutes de Ft. Aéroport de Lauderdale.

Ce 400m2. ft. Condo studio est tout simplement parfait pour 2, mais peut accueillir 4. Situé au 3ème étage et oui nous avons un ascenseur! Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour parfait à la plage! Il y a une petite crique juste devant votre porte, devant la buanderie, que les clients aiment utiliser comme petit coin salon. Nous avons 2 chaises à dossier haut pour que vous puissiez vous asseoir et regarder l'océan.
Un lit queen dans la chambre et un futon / canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon avec tous les draps fournis.
Il y a un écran plat de 42 'situé dans le salon et un écran plat de 32 "dans la chambre, avec un câble premium. Nous avons également le wifi.
L'unité dispose d'une cuisine complète avec un mélangeur, une cafetière, un grille-pain et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et des chaises de plage, un parapluie, un sèche-cheveux et un fer / planche à repasser.
Notre piscine est chauffée et dispose d'un joli patio avec de belles chaises longues, chaises et tables pour votre confort. Nous avons également un barbecue et des tables pour manger sur la plage.

Highly recommend this lovely little condo on the beach!
The most important factor to me is cleanliness, and it was spotless!!!! Well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the owner - very clear and easy check in and check out information. The only thing I would disagree with is that it would NOT comfortably house 4 people, it is perfect for two! We hope to stay again!

Enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Lovely beach, close to restaurants, bars, shopping. Only issue was elevator being out of order and we were on the 3rd floor... my husband has issues with feet/ankles...stairs are extremely difficult for him.. .would have been nice to been informed of this .

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Loved the location. Quiet spot on the beach but we could walk mile and half or so down to the action - pier, restaurants ice cream.
Only thing is it may be time for the bed to be replaced?? Seemed like there was a crater in the middle.
Otherwise we loved it!

Your place is very nice and clean. We do have a couple suggestions but it would never hender us from coming back. The ac in our room needs to be bigger, and keyless key pad entry would be amazing. Steve was very friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We had a great stay here. It's a small place but perfect for two people or a small family. The AC didn't keep the room that cool during the middle of the day, but it was fine at night. The fact that we could just walk downstairs and we were on the beach was awesome! You can't beat it and she has great rates!

This property was everything we expected. I loved that it was a little property instead of a high rise. It was exceptionally clean inside and out. Being right on the beach was great. So nice to be able to come and go from the beach. There is a public access next to the property with a shower, but it wasn't very crowded on the beach at all. The private beach area had another shower and hose that were even better for cleaning off the sand. There were several beach chairs available and we used them every day. The pool was clean and I only saw one family in it one time in the four days we were there. We enjoyed it several times. The condo is a small studio as expected and it was close quarters with three adults and scuba gear. However, there is a large closet which helps. There was everything you could need and it was all very nice, especially the shower. The alcove outside the door was very nice. We sat there to watch the beach occasionally. It was also a good space to dry scuba gear. There is a washer and dryer in a room there, but bring quarters, I didn't realize it would be pay and also the cleaning crew uses it in the morning. I strongly recommend this place and will stay there again if we return to the area.

The main light was out but with all the natural lights and lamps it wasn’t a bother. Steps away from the beach. Not crowded at all. About 3 buildings away from the Seaside Tiki bar. A Walgreens and the pier about a mile away. One night our door was unlocked. Not sure if we didn’t pull it hard enough but the lock is funny. Owner even let us leave our car in the spot to hang on the beach on check out day. They are building high rises near by but noise wasn’t a problem at all. Love that it’s only 3 floors with about 12 units.

Location is great right on the beach. Was very clean as well which we appreciate. The hot water is a bit odd - in order to have hot water in the shower, you need to turn the hot water in the kitchen sink on. Had to contact the maintenance person to figure that out (they responded very quickly), but we did get it working, perhaps owner should include that in the welcome materials?
It's a very small space, but was sufficient for my wife and I. We cooked breakfast for 2 every morning, but I can't imagine cooking much more than that in the very limited kitchen. We went out to eat every night, so that was fine for us, but I often do cook on vacation so we did modify what we normally do because of that.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. If you're looking for very basic but clean accommodations for 1-2 people right on the beach, I would recommend this location.

Unbelievable location, in the water with heated pool. Private beach (feels like private ocean). Absolutely spotless units and building. Small, private, less than 1 mile walk to Pompano Pier with plenty of bars/restaurants. Grocery delivery available from multiple places. Free transportation in demand via Circuit. Could not possibly get better!!

Perfect stay in this Pompano Beach Paradise. Everything was exactly as described. After 20+ years in hospitality management - it was the most immaculate property that I have visited. Everyone that I spoke to (who was staying there) felt the same way. I would highly recommend - and will be definitely going back again!

The condo was clean and provided all we needed for our stay in Pompano Beach. The location was beautiful, even though we had rain the entire visit. The pool was heated and looked inviting, but again, the weather didn't cooperate. Overall, we plan to book again on our next visit to see our family.

This place had everything we needed, including a pool and view of ocean from front door. Overall was clean and basic kitchenware was provided. The maintenance guy and cleaning lady were extremely helpful and resourceful as well. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything thing was nice. The view was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the elevator. The elevator has been out of order for over a month. That is not a good feeling carrying luggage upstairs. I seen someone post that there was no elevator so I'm assuming that the elevator is out often. I would definitely stay again if the elevator is working.

My wife and I were really happy with this place. We were a bit skeptical at 1st, booking a condo in such a small building but it is really kept up nice and the pool was so clean, clear, and heated. We were the only ones in the pool whenever we went. Definitely the best part of our vacation. Thanks soo much.

No complaints what so ever ! we had the best stay, we went for sun, sand and water and memories, this location did not disappoint. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the heated pool and outdoor area was great for relaxing. Not to mention, We were even fortunate enough to meet the owners Mark and Terri, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I and our 2 boys (ages12 and 9) stayed in the studio condo. Was perfect for the 4 of us! The kitchen was a huge plus. Right on the beach but also the option of the pool. Extremely clean! We were very pleased with the condo and location and hope to be back again!

Everything worked just fine for our brief (two night) stay at this conveniently located condo unit. Owner responded promptly and helpfully to all email questions. The only reason I didn't award five stars is because the building's elevator went out of service for 8-12 hours; we had no problem climbing three flights but other renters might have.

We are 2 women, best friends of 43 years, world travelers, who prefer a "home" vs a hotel when we travel.
We couldn't have been more delighted with Unit 12 at Atlantic Terrace! From the written and phone communication with Terri all the way to the location, and the unit itself, we are 110% satisfied!
The unit is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building (with a working elevator!) and it is a quiet, no party zone. There is plenty of outdoor space, including a beautiful (heated) pool with many loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas and a sweet private 'beach zone' with loungers, tables, a nice picnic table, and a working BBQ (I do think someone should take a look at it though, we could only get one side of it to work), as well as a nice "patio" right outside the door, with 2 captain's chairs, and ocean view. Then there's the beach itself! Miles of sand, and the beautiful warm Atlantic surf right outside your door.
The unit was clean...not just clean..."Monica clean!" (5 bonus points if you understand the reference). We had all we needed for our 5 day stay. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella...we donated 2 pool floats as well as 2 blowup inner tubes and an insulated collapsible cooler we were traveling with but didn't want to schlep back home.
I noted that a previous review was disappointed by the lack of "personal amenities" provided - we found the local Dollar Tree less than 2 miles away and bought what we needed for our BBQ (tin foil, etc.) and at $1 per item, it was a non-issue for us.
The Publix (supermarket) on Atlantic and Wholefoods (on Hwy 1) were both within a 2 mile radius, and were our go-to for groceries and fresh produce (we also hit up a local farmers market on our way in). The Dandee Donut Factory on Atlantic was a recommendation for bagels by a local, and they were right! Amazing bagels and open 24 hrs (the donuts were so-so).
We used the laundry on our floor, and at 50 cents to wash and 50 cents to dry, the cost couldn't be beat.
A nice walk to the pier (about 20 minutes by foot), and several shops near the pier, but mostly you'd want to drive places, and due to the location it was very easy to get around and navigate.
My friend was begging me not to write this review...not because she didn't like the place...but because she did and doesn't want to share this gem with anyone!
Do not hesitate to rent Unit 12...really. If you're looking for a nice, clean, mellow no-party zone, this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Terrace! Our rental was very clean and very quiet. It has a cabana feel three floors up. There are very affordable laundry facilities on two of the floors. It is steps from the uncrowded and lovely beach! We enjoyed using the nice heated pool, or just enjoying a good book sitting on the surrounding deck. The only down side is that there really aren't restaurants/shops that are walkable. But that didn't bother us. We would definitely recommend this rental and will return to enjoy it again! What a great place in Pompano Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute studio condo. It is perfect for a couple's weekend beach getaway; nicely decorated, quiet, clean, and right on the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we ever make our way back to the area. This unit is in the back of the building with a side view of the beach from the window and a small area outside the front door with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. But we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard in the evenings after a walk on the beach and were thankful for the provided beach chairs and towels when we wanted to go sit near the water. Our stay was in early February, and the beach was not crowded at all. We liked that there was a TV in both the living and bedroom areas. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Everything seemed nice and clean and it was great to be so close to the beach. There is no balcony or window looking right onto the beach but you can look sideways from windows and see it. Outside the room was a little balcony space with 2 tall chairs that also viewed the ocean at an angle. My husband and I took the chairs to the open balcony at the end and were able to sit there and have coffee with a full view and sound of the ocean. It is a wide beach area and not too many people were there. The town of Pompano is about a 15 - 20 minute walk down the beach. The kitchen could use a few platters and serving bowls. There is only 1 large plastic mixing bowl to be found. The 2 TV's seem to "talk" to each other when using the remotes and we had to get help to get it working again. It would be better to only have the big one, we thought, for such a small place. Otherwise, we recommend the place for sure.
