L'unité est une magnifique 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain complètes en bord de mer avec un grand balcon privé en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique et est située au 16ème étage. Les 3 balcons et fenêtres de l'unité font face à l'océan. Lorsque vous entrez dans l'unité depuis le couloir en ouvrant la porte, vous entrez d'abord dans un grand foyer qui fait partie du condo 3BR 3BA. Cette zone est pour votre usage et est un excellent endroit pour laisser vos articles de plage comme des chaises, des parapluies et des glacières. De là, l'unité a 2 portes. Celui que vous pouvez accéder à l'unité principale qui se compose de 2 BR et 2BA plus une cuisine complète, un salon et un coin repas. L'autre est une chambre verrouillable qui a une salle de bain complète et une petite kitchenette.
Il y a un lit king dans le maître. Il y a aussi une télévision et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale. Les deuxième et troisième chambres ont chacune 2 lits doubles avec leur propre salle de bain. Le lock-out / 3ème chambre a également une petite kitchenette avec un évier, un micro-ondes, un petit réfrigérateur et une cafetière.
Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le grand salon en bord de mer, un balcon direct en bord de mer sur le salon avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'Atlantique, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse / sécheuse en suite, une télévision dans chaque chambre et un écran plat TV dans le séjour avec lecteur DVD.

The room is as advertised by the owner. The actual Resort/Building is bad. The pool is to small. The elevator are slow and disgusting. There is No restaurant in the building. The worst thing, is there no visible security. A FAMILY MEMBER WAS ASSAULT IN THE GYM BY A GUESS. BELIEVE ME THE GUESS IN THIS BUILDING ARENT 5-STAR.

It was nice except checking in. Had to go to condo to get door key for front door but couldn't get in front door of condo bldg without key. Everyone checks out at the same time. Had to wait an hour and a half for elevator to take out luggage.

We didn't know we were renting two suites joined by a private vestibule, we were under the impression that the three bedroom condo was all one unit, so that was a bit discouraging but we made it work. We felt the arrival instructions could have been a little better because you really couldn't just drive up, unload and go upstairs as stated because the front doors are kept locked and you require a swipe key to get in which is upstairs in the condo. The 3 keys in the room (for all outside access and parking garage) didn't work so the front desk staff had to make us new ones (once the staff find out you rented through VRBO, the assistance level drops a little). It was unfortunate that the outside hot tub was a warm tub for most of the week :( The condo location was perfect for us, just as described, and the two units were very clean and well equipped...we weren't lacking anything that we needed in the kitchen. My husband only had two complaints, the toilet paper is cheap, bring your own...and you have to bring your garbage to the parking garage which is a block away. Other than that we would recommend this VRBO vacation condo and Rufia. Our booking went smooth. : )

Overall a good stay, come for the beach and stay for the view (the view really is spectacular from all spaces). It’s apparent the condo (and building) have seen a lot of traffic over the years but still very functional, met our needs, and if you’re looking for good value/bang for your buck, this is it. A few hiccups with plumbing but they were resolved within an hour, hosts and building management were very responsive. The third room is a true lockout off of the condo entry; it worked perfectly for us traveling with an extra adult, offering privacy for them as if in their own suite. Just not sure I’d put young, unaccompanied kids in it because it’s next to the entry door and out of earshot from the main area. Yes, parking is across the street (can see it from the building entrance), but it’s an easy walk, we never felt unsafe (though we weren’t out at night often), and we always found a good parking spot. Overall a good stay, would return in the off-season again (high season might be a different story with noise, parking, etc.).

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the boardwalk. The check-in process wasn't clear in the beginning, i may have overlooked an email however after reaching out to the owner, the situation was resolved in a matter of minutes.
The view was totally more than i could have imagined....absolutely breathtaking 😊.

We stayed over Fall Break. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. The pictures online don’t do the view of the ocean justice. It’s fabulous. The building has fantastic proximity to the boardwalk. It’s just a short walk away. The only negatives to this unit were 1.) the beds were horribly stiff and uncomfortable. I don’t think anyone in our group slept well all week. 2.) the parking garage for the building is a block away. It’s not a HUGE inconvenience since everything is within walking distance, but it was sometimes annoying if you forgot something in the car. Otherwise, the unit was awesome and we would definitely book it again!

We spent a lovely 4th of July week at the condo and couldn't have been happier. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the entire family. Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the minute you walked in the condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Our plans required a last minute additional night stay and we had a response to our request from the owner almost immediately! Hot tub was a hit! I would definitely recommend this property!

The whole time we were there (12 adults) the air conditioner was not working. I reported it the very first morning (8/8/22) by voicemail. She didn't call back, I emailed her that evening and heard back from her on 8/9/22. She kept telling me the AC person will be there to fix it. My mother who was recovering from keen surgery was at the condo 24/7, no one showed up. We were miserable the whole time. After we checked out she told us that the AC was fixed. I asked for compensation (30%-20% refund) for our discomfort but she refused. Very rude!

Check-in process
The only issue I had was with keys not working and the front desk would assist me due to renting from a private owner through Vrbo. The front desk eventually gave me a courtesy key to get in/out of garage/property. I called the owner who lived in Florida and seemed too busy to assist. I paid for a product and expect it to work properly especially when I have my family with me. However, the place was very nice, nice view and clean. Thanks Benjamin Wynn

Great Place for Family
The unit was everything the owner said it was. We had a large group and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The unit was very nice and had everything 10 people would need The location was also close to all the things Myrtle Beach is known for. The view in all of the rooms were great. Advice: make sure you have the correct address. There are two locations with the same address and do not park in the unload area during busy time. Someone gave us there extra time in public parking next door and we quickly unloaded everything. I say this because my daughters new car got hit.

Enjoyed our beach get away
The condo was great for our group of 7 ladies. The 3 bathrooms were great to have. It actually would only sleep 6 comfortably because the pull-out couch wasn't very comfortable. The bathrooms were pretty big and the showers were better than my own at home! The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and extra blankets. All 3 bedrooms have balconies. There was just enough room on the big balcony for all 7 of us. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. There were dishwasher pods and dishsoap in the unit. The building is right next to a busy
street so on the weekend it was quite noisy. We were told by several people to stay on the boardwalk side of the resort at night because the streets/neighborhood on the other side were kind of sketchy. During our 7 day stay we never felt unsafe. We walked the boardwalk/path to quite a few nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. We really enjoyed having the beach so close to the condo. You literally walk out the door and the beach is a few steps away. The resort was VERY busy while we were there but everyone from the staff to the other vacationers were very friendly! The owners of the unit were very prompt in replying and communicating. I would recommend staying here.

The check in process didn't tell you that the main doors to the building/resort are locked and you need to go to the lobby and get the card key to enter first. Then the door codes will work for your unit. If this was mentioned it would of saved some frustration (long day traveling with kids). The Apartment is beautiful and Clean! Just love those views! They also have some beach toys in the unit along with a high chair and pack and play! Keep in mind that they don't provide coffee, spices (only salt and some ketchup packets), and only 1 dishwasher tablet for the whole week. My husband and I had to use the dish soap (a very small amount) to wash the dishes in the dishwasher. Also it would have been nice to have some crab crackers in the unit. My husband went to a sea food market near by and bought us some crab for dinner one night and they didn't have any crab crackers in the unit. We ended up using some scissors to crack the crab. The pool was a little dirty most of the time that we were there I did notice tho that it had been cleaned the day before we left tho. Over all my Family and I had a great time at Myrtle Beach and staying at the Bayview Resort was a great experience! We just loved the location ,right on the board walk and the beach!
