The location is on a busy street, so be prepared for traffic noise. But the location was great, so many things to do within a 20 minute drive. Grand Haven is only 45 minutes away. The ping pong table was fun, basement was nice. The beds though were not comfortable, the king sized one was hard a rock, the other was saggy, and the two beds in the basement were very springy. It was easy check in, and check out, the house was nice but maybe landscaping can be done? The weeds were little bit too much, it could be amazing if the landscaping was kept up, and maybe a firepit in the backyard or a small grill? The window in the bathroom doesn't close, or lock right, no vent in the bathroom either, but it was easy to close the window from the outside. We did end up leaving something there because we couldn't get back in, but it wasn't too important and it was raining, but the owner was helping as much as he could. They have a take a penny leave a penny theory, but maybe don't do that with food items? There was half eaten ice cream in the freezer. The TV in the basement didn't work, but that's ok we kept entertained with the ping pong table. Overall, it was a great place to stay, just needs a little tender loving care here and there.

The location was good. Easy access to highways, and stores. Very clean and updated. One issue was the lack of quality mattress in front bedroom so we had to rearrange beds between both rooms to be able to sleep comfortably. A thicker mattress like motels have would have been better. Some nights the traffic was a bit loud but not all the time. We enjoyed the rest of the conveniences especially the air conditioning.

This property is very clean. That being said it seams to be in need of some repairs/updates. Felt a little beat up. Main issue was the beds. The master bedroom bed was completely broken in the middle. The spare room felt very worn down. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway so two nights on the beds were tolerable. I would like to appraise the property owner on the cleanliness of the property. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do and see, but it is on the main road. Traffic wasn’t too bad so not really an issue for us.

Place was easy to find. Address right to location. Roomy and just perfect for what we needed it for. We did not cook at home, but did use coffee maker. Beds were a little hard, but we did ok. You can hear traffic, fire truck traffic often. Walls seem a little thin. Not enough comfortable seating in living room, but we managed. Was great distance from downtown and we had no problem getting where we needed to go. Thank you for letting us stay while spending time with family and make memories!

My stay in GR was for work, boss decided he wanted me on site for the month. Very easy to check in, the home was perfectly located and only 5 minutes from my job. The decor of the home was so cute and made me feel at home. Thank you. Maria

The house was clean and easy to get into. We were a bit surprised to find that all of us had uncomfortable beds. They just seemed cheap and worn down. The only other issue was that there was no bathroom vent in the bathroom and when 5 people are sharing. one bathroom it is something that would have been of value. As others have mentioned the location is a bit odd, very industrial but once inside it didn’t bother us too much. All this being said, the host was very easy to communicate with and the place was close to the wedding we were all attending downtown.

Big backyard, handy kitchen, nice amenities. Windows wouldn’t open, too much noise from traffic, too light in the master bedroom (shades didn’t cover) the ceiling leaks in the master bedroom when it rains hard (right over the bed) the spare bedroom has a big dip in the mattresses & skimpy pillows.

Central to all things Grand Rapids, this was a great place for our golf weekend. Easy access to where we needed to go, including dinner downtown Grand Rapids. The house was well cared for and the host was very responsive!

We spent a long weekend here. Great location from the airport. 4 adults-plenty of room for us all. The owner was very understanding about small change needed due to flights. Definitely would recommend.

The property is poorly kept. You can not open the back door or the front door (no screens) and the trees are overgrown, pieces of the fence are missing and the beds are all weeds. The inside is okay but definitely needs maintenance. A deep clean of the corners.

It was great and close to everything! We had a great time.

Was easy to find. Unit was clean. Bathroom had two towels but we brought our own. Found all the other towels in the dryer the night before we left. Could use some landscaping. I will stay again when we come back to Michigan. Beats a noisy hotel

This rental is nicely decorated on the inside and has a large back yard. The ping pong table is a definite bonus. Location is strange, very commercial, but it is convenient to basically every store you. could ever need/want (highly recommend Horrocks). The kitchen is functional but just barely - only 3-4 plates and 1 or 2 cups or glasses so this needs to be addressed by the owner. Bring headphones or noise machine for the master bedroom.

Property was great, very accessible to young and old. Enjoyed watching the snow fall.

The house was very clean and well put together. It is good for a group of people who want to stay together. They have made it really comfortable with the basic amenities. The location is a little bit outside of downtown but an easy 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown. Make note, if you have a party were all the beds are going to be use, know that the master bed is extremely firm, so make sure you have someone in your party that likes that.

This house was the perfect spot for my friends and I. It was clean and spacious. The location is great because it is so close to anything you could need. The host was very nice and easy to get in contact with.

Admittedly, this was my first rental house, so I wasn't sure if the rumor about rental houses being dirty and unaccommodating was true, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are not! After checking all the corners, both upstairs and down, we found only one corner that needed some light vacuuming, which was provided! The space was also plenty large for our four-person get together, with more than enough room for any activities downstairs, and the table upstairs being slightly larger than pictured. We even found the ping-pong table to have ample room for doubles! Overall a great experience and definite recommendation!

This is a very nice, well-equipped home that is close to the airport and Calvin University. The neighborhood is no longer really residential and so the street is very busy and the house is surrounded by businesses, but it is convenient and pleasant.

Accommodations were clean and spacious.

Stayed during a family reunion over the 4th of July. It was nice to have a place so comfortable. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table a d the fireworks from the neighbors.

The home is nice, remodeled w/lots of thoughtful touches. Check in and directions were super easy. It is on a Very Busy street surrounded by businesses, gas station. Etc. The kitchen stock is adequate but minimalist. They have eggs, juice and frozen bagels for breakfast (a nice touch). The 2nd bedroom is small, had no nightstand or storage and 1 window had blackout drapes but the smaller East facing one did not? The bathroom had no exhaust fan and window did not open so got really humid. The weather was cool and damp while we were there so did not get to enjoy the large back Deck and yard. Overall, good value

Airport Getaway and Beer City Fun was easy to find with plenty of parking for the 3 couples that met for the concert in town. Nothing was a challenge. The code worked the first time and when we walked in we were greeted with an wall of information about the city and the home and cold beverages in the refrigerator. The home was very clean and gave us what we needed for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your home!
