The location is super! The bread was okay…maybe more fruit choices. But all in all not bad at all.

We were attending a funeral, so we were doing a quick turn around including an early morning flight. We picked this airport motel because its description stated that it had free airport shuttle service. When we arrived, there was a notice that the first shuttle was not available until 7am and airline departures required us to leave earlier. We were told there was nothing the hotel could do. We hired an Uber which added $30 to our expenses. Not part of our plan for this already unexpected trip

The rooms were dirty and should’ve been spotless. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The room had a musty smell. The door to the bathroom was damaged. The fan was too loud in the bathroom, and the toilet kept running.

Check in was quick and clear was friendly.

I had concerns during check in regards to my privacy. Upon entering the room I noticed a framed picture was not on the wall but hooks were there. I reported to the desk clearly and she seem unconcerned. I also found a small bag of over the counter medication on the floor next to the night stand. Otherwise the room seemed clean. What is up with the small pillows? Bed has very uncomfortable.

breakfast poor Only ate four pieces of toast.No fresh fruit. This is the most important thing that you never asked about.. They advertized the shuttle which picked me up at 4 PM , when I arrived. I had to leave at 4:45 AM the next morning and they said the shuttle does not run until 7 AM after my plane leaves. They would not even call a taxi for me or give me a voucher for a cab company that they worked with so I would not have to pay. They did this last year. After half an hour of phoning three different companies, I finally got a cab. I went to print out my boarding pass and there was not enough ink in printer to print properly.. Went to reception desk and no one there. No bell to ring them. Yelled several times, no answer after five minutes.

Nice quiet hotel. The carpet could use a good cleaning in the main areas but the rooms were very clean
