Was a very nice property, except only 2 beds not 3 and waterpark at hotel costs 25 dollars a person

Great Price, couldn’t find a hotel for this price and god more room and a full kitchen with it.

We enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The property was nice, clean and convenient.

Great stay. Excellent experience. Listing was misleading as it wasn’t obvious there was no free wifi provided. Also I was certain that the booking said we had free access to the water park but wasn’t the case. I’m not sure if smoking was permitted on balconies but every morning I could smell cigarette smoke and I had to leave the balcony. I would love to see the buildings be completely Smoke free if they are not already. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say. Fast friendly service. Ample parking. Lovely rooms. Great amenities. Loved the pool and hot tub.

The property was exactly as described. We were traveling for an event at the convention center. We rented a car from the airport, so no shuttle service was not an issue. We stayed during the week and it was very peaceful & quiet. The bed is very comfortable.

The location was great. The description was accurate just one issue. The alarm on the smoke detector kept going off for two days took me three tries to get someone to come fix it.

Enjoyed the cleanliness

Busy location, close to everything but has many amenities. surprisingly quiet in condo (not hearing people upstairs or doors slamming)

Convenient location, great room with comfy bed!

We chose this place because it was close to both Universal and Disney parks. The resort is very clean and well attended to. Our trip to Florida was disrupted due to Hurricane Ian and we felt very safe at the property and could tell they were prepared for situations of that nature. We are going to try to complete our Disney trip again later this year and we will try to stay at this Resort again.

Overall the property was fine and clean, Jake was very responsive and helped solved our problems with check-in. The property did not have my reservation, neither by my name or reservation number. There was a 45 min delay in getting to our room because of this. VRBO and Jake worked with the property to solve the problem. I personally would not stay here again but if you are looking for a clean property at a good price, this is for you!

We really enjoyed our short stay. The amenities on the property were really nice. We did not have much relaxation time, but the time we did have we really enjoyed the water park. I hope to be able to visit again when we have more time to relax and enjoy the offerings of the resort.

We had a great stay location is convenient to all the theme parks, close to shopping and restaurants plus they have everything you would need right on the property.

The room was nice but there are many things lacking in this property. 1. The blinds were broken and anyone could see in our room 24/7 not a comfortable feeling. And there were no curtains to even shut so that made it worse, Expecially since you have a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room with no curtains, stop couldn't even use it for fear of being seen. 2. This hotel allowed loud partying until we hours of the morning, loud music, other rooms having large parties with traffic flowing in and out of the hotel like they didn't care. 3.Put us in a room next to a couple that had four dogs..we had one dog. And every time we opened a door or tried to leave all their dogs world start barking making our Dog bark, which is rare our dog is trained but it was pointless when you have four other dogs nextdoor howling.. 4. The sliding glass door was broken and could hardly get it opened and if you did it was so loud you would wake the other person in the room, you literally had to use both hands and arms to lift the door open. 5. Had folks walking by our place sunday morning wearing only a towel and nothing else..going back to their room after partying all night in another room. 6. $20 a head extra for water park. 7. They still haven't refunded our security deposit..another $50 upon arrival. 8. They try to get you to do a tour of the property for free seaworld tickets. (Time share) 9. Only give you enough coffee for one day..(Need my coffee) I would by no means stay here again. It was neither homey or a comfortable stay. If your looking for a nice quiet stay this is not the place! More headache then anything. I've never given a bad rating for any of our rentals. Guess there is a first time for everything.

I just want to say thanks to Jake the guy who booked me went out of his way to make sure I waa ok. Also , Grant a manager at the resort! Much props to the both of you and the team you have working for you! Beautiful place ! Best time to wake is after midnight or early in mor6do to heat. But the lake walk is like serenity now! No where is perfect but these guys went above and beyond to help me out after my hospital stay. Even the guards or anyone that went by when I was on a walk would check on Me and make sure I was ok

Really great location next to everything . Room was clean and host was nice . Only thing I would recommend is that if you can check in early because the line was out the door . Other than that great stay .

It was an easy reservation with a bunch of options for entertainment, would definitely recommend.

We got a great room with view of the lake for our stay. Everything was great. Not sure if this resort is under new ownership but they are doing a lot of improvements to the property so construction was going on. I would definitely stay here again.
