Notre chambre principale possède un grand lit à baldaquin et un balcon privé. La salle de bain a une douche et un jacuzzi pour se détendre.
La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 nouveaux lits queen pouvant accueillir 2-4 personnes. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision permettant à chacun de regarder leurs émissions de télévision préférées.
Le granit surmonté amélioré, d'armoires de cuisine en bois est entièrement équipée pour vous préparer des collations ou des repas à la maison ou à réchauffer des restes d'un de nos nombreux restaurants. Un lave-linge et sèche-linge dans notre condo est fourni pour votre commodité vous permettant de revenir à la maison avec du linge propre.
La salle à manger peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes pour un dîner ou un rassemblement autour d'un jeu de société ou de cartes. Une variété de jeux sont fournis pour votre usage pendant votre séjour.
Quand le jour se termine, tourner sur la cheminée à gaz et confortable sur le canapé pour regarder un film ou reprendre votre émission préférée. Il y a un lecteur de DVD dans le salon et la chambre principale. WI-FI gratuit est inclus.
Une autre caractéristique merveilleuse que notre condo offre est que nous avons un ascenseur situé le long du côté de la piscine qui vous dépose à droite au niveau de la rue afin que vous ne devez pas monter l'allée au de la journée.

The condo was clean and everything we needed. Quick responses for any questions. Got a visitor the second day we were there right below our balcony from second floor. It is very convenient and right off the main parkway in center Gatlinburg. This makes it a quick walk, a few steps to shops and restaurants on the parkway but if their is any mobility challenges there is an elevator you can use that belongs to quality inn I believe which sits right behind Summit Condos that will take you just as quick to the parkway to the same shops and restaurants. One more great thing about this condo is that the elevator is literally 3 to 4 steps to the room. Just overall great location, clean, quickly accessible, and responsive hosts. Thank You for sharing your home with us in such a beautiful place.

My family and I travel a lot and I have to say this is probably one of if not the nicest, cleanest and most homely felling condo I have ever stayed in. Literally everything that you will need to make you stay comfortable is in this place. The location is also very well situated in the heart of gatlinburg and within walking distance of everything. I am an honest reviewer and say what I truly feel on reviews. The owners Lisa and Greg were also accommodating on my arrival time. We were in town for 3 days for a cheerleading competition and could not arrive until around 2AM the morning of our scheduled arrival date. Typically check in times are around 4pm but as no one was currently in the condo the were nice enough to allow us to come in early. I did see that the couple also has a vacation property on the beach in Florida so I will definitely be saving their number and contacting them about that property when we go back to Florida. If that property is anything like the one in Gatlinburg then they will definitely have a future renter in me. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice cozy home away from home feel. Thank you Greg and Lisa for sharing your lovely place with me and my family.

Hosts have nicely appointed the condo with everything you will need for a short stay. Plenty of paper towels, extra TP, coffee filters, starter set of coffee pods, food wraps, laundry & dish detergents, hand soaps, & toiletries. All of the appliances are new, nice quality & easy to use. And our fave thing were the couches/recliners. They were super comfy. TV was set up to make it easy to connect to our devices. Beds were comfy & towels were huge & soft. Owners were quick to respond to minor issues. Lisa was caring, very friendly & had a fun personality. My only wish was that there was better water pressure in the main shower. Long hair & no water pressure isn't the best combo. However, this condo will still be our first choice for future stays in the area. Homey & comfortable. Owners have thoughtfully considered guests needs. >^..^<

Stayed here for spring break with our 3 kids. This place was clean and great location to town. The condo had the comforts of home. You open draws and it has zip lock bags, Laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. All the little items you don’t want to carry with you on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here! This condo has the perfect balance of being far enough from the main strip noise and yet being very close by foot or elevator to all the action.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Walk to everything on main strip (be sure to walk to right of pool to crosswalk and elevator to get down to Main Street) Also convenient to Gatlinburg Walking Trail. Condo had everything and was quiet.

This property was perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. It was great for having teens be able to walk the streets themselves. That allowed my wife and I to enjoy a couple of date nights and feel confident that the boys were safe. Loved the space. The rooms were good sizes and had all the amenities we needed.

This is our favorite location in Gatlinburg. Easy access to the street level via an elevator. A few steps from the elevator are multiple restaurants. The condo is fully furnished, including a Keurig coffee maker. Nice powered recliners.

Everything was really great. The condo was very clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location could not have been better. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. I loved the big tub in the master bedroom. All in all it was a wonderful stay only wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends. Condo was absolutely perfect for our getaway vacation to Gatlinburg. The living room and fireplace was decorated for Christmas setting up for a nice relaxing holiday vacation.
Kitchen is spacious having everything you would possibly think of to allow you to do you own cooking.
Living room area has amazingly comfortable couches and a gas fireplace to keep things cozy.
View from the balcony overlooks Downtown Gatlinburg as well as the mountainside.
Condo is situated just a short walk onto the main drive in Gatlinburg. An elevator is available to get you to street level.
We will definitely be coming back and possibly looking into their other property in FL.

We absolutely loved this property. The location. The amenities. The space. My parents, husband and 2 children stayed and more than enough room. Right off Gatlinburg Parkway downtown. Right next to the bypass to pigeon forge. Would stay any time we come back!

This 2nd story condo has nice views from the back windows, is well stocked with whatever you need for cooking and more. We never know if we should bring ground coffee or pods, and here you are supplied with 2 different coffee makers! The owners have thought of everything and decorated so sweetly. We found a little bridge in the back property that leads to an elevator if you don't want to walk down the short hill to the main road. We are in our 60's and we did both.
Be sure to take the woodsy drive through the Arts and Crafts community. We have been here many times and just learned of it...the first stop is a big log cabin Christmas shop you won't want to leave!
We regrettably had to shorten our stay because we are from Sarasota and hurricane Ian swept through. But we would love to stay here again! And will!

Relaxing home in Gatlinburg
We loved this condo! We could walk right down to the Parkway and avoid driving. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We did not use the community pool, but it looked very inviting. This condo community sits on a hill, but there is an elevator to take you to and from street level if you don't want to walk up and down the hill. I would highly recommend staying at this condo!
