Ceci est l'appartement en sous-sol d'une maison dans un quartier calme et central, oubliez à quel point vous êtes proche de tout ce que vous êtes venu visiter dans la vallée de l'Utah. Marchez jusqu'à University Place / Costco pour faire du shopping, des restaurants, un parc et des films. Les événements BYU et UVU sont à seulement 5 à 10 minutes en voiture. (Il y a une porte privée du quartier au centre commercial).
Dans la première chambre est un lit queen et dans la deuxième chambre est un ensemble de lits superposés avec un matelas pleine grandeur qui se retire pour dormir cinq confortablement dans les chambres. La cuisine est pleine grandeur et comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin lorsque vous en avez assez des aliments du restaurant: four pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain, mélangeur, mijoteuse, poêle à frire électrique. Des ustensiles, assiettes et plats sont également fournis.
Nous doutons que vous souhaitiez passer beaucoup de temps à regarder la télévision, mais lorsque vous le faites, il y a un téléviseur de 40 pouces et un lecteur DVD. Le téléviseur comprend Roku qui vous donnera accès à vos comptes Netflix, Hulu et autres. Le wifi rapide est également disponible.
Vous disposez d'un parking hors rue et désigné pour l'appartement. L'entrée est à droite face à la maison. Veuillez ne pas vous garer devant les maisons des voisins, profitez de votre espace privé dans la rue. Il y a aussi une cour clôturée avec un patio en pierre d'ardoise et beaucoup d'herbe. Les clients sont invités à profiter de la cour.
Bien que le quartier soit à côté du centre commercial University Place, il n'y a pas d'accès en véhicule du quartier au centre commercial, donc la circulation et le bruit sont limités. Un chemin piétonnier menant au centre commercial rend l'accès à pied rapide et sûr.
Le mont de l'Utah Transit Authority Timpanogas Transit Center est idéalement situé à distance de marche du centre commercial. Du centre de transit, un bus peut être pris jusqu'à la station Orem Front Runner jusqu'à Salt Lake City. Pendant la saison de ski, le bus pour Sundance s'arrête également au centre de transit.

This was an extended stay for us and it was terrific!! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to rent from them again. There was not one thing we needed during our extended stay that wasn’t already available. We cooked multiple meals, including barbecued. Everything was as advertised and better than expected! The owner was great to communicate with and super responsive. Location was great and easy access to everything you might need. This is a true gem in Orem!

My wife was a little nervous when I told her it was a basement apartment, but wow were we surprised! This place is immaculate! The inside is entirely renovated and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Mickey Mouse diner themed kitchen was adorable. Price was very reasonable and we were very happy. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Provo /Orem.

We loved this property! Perfect basement suite for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved not all being crammed into one room. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything was close! Communication with host was easy, check in was a breeze. We were grateful for off road parking. Quite neighbourhood, and cozy little suite. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we need and the bathroom had toiletries for our short stay. We will definitely book this place again!!

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location for restaurants, shopping and BYU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a nice little place to stay while attending an event at BYU. The location was convenient. I liked the extra little touches where they had framed original blueprints on the wall from when the house was built, along with some history of the home and people who have lived there. There were plenty of beds to sleep 5, plus 1 or 2 more on the couch / love seat. The only negatives for me were only having one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the other positives outweighed those. I will likely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Stocked with generous supplies for a short stay or to get you well on your way with a long stay (paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner). We always appreciate VRBO rentals that allow the accumulation of basic spices, etc from past guests, which seemed to be the case at this location. No ziplock bags, foil, etc which is not a complaint just an observation for future guests. We were very happy with our stay.

Great appartment
The appartment was really nice and clean. It was close to Sprouts (a supermarket) and to the center which I went to for a week and a half. When we missed a kettle Kristin made sure we got one. She was very friendly and also speeks Dutch.

Great Experience
This lovely basement apartment fit our needs beautifully. Kristin provided everything. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, first aid kit, hair spray, room freshener, even soap for sensitive skin and lovely plush towels . The kitchen was equipped with every pot, pan, and utensils. There was an apron too. It was set up to accommodate children and adults. Disney theme plastic dishes and bowls as well as a high chair if needed. Pottery dishes and cups for adults .There was also a Mickey Mouse waffle/pancake maker, microwave, coffee maker and, electric griddle.
Full size laundry facilities and laundry soap dryer sheets. Ironing board and iron.
Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets, portable crib for baby.
For a basement it was light and warm. TV, WiFi, worked great and there was a Blue Ray DVD player.
We had a couple of times that something needed attention. Was able to contact Kristin and immediately had a solution.
I would use this again when traveling. It was filled with cheerful colors and was warm and inviting. Kristin didn’t miss a beat when it came to things that we needed .
