Super endroit! Cool et confortable, unité de condo au rez-de-chaussée avec «sans escalier». Près de Turtle Bay Resort, des meilleures plages, de l'océan, des bassins de marée, des restaurants et du club de golf. Cette unité de condo Kuilima Estates Est a un permis d'utilisation non conforme, il s'agit donc d'une location de vacances légale. Son emplacement privilégié est sur le 18e fairway du parcours de golf Fazio de Turtle Bay Resort. Les plages Pristine Kuilima et Turtle Bay sont à 5 minutes à pied de la nature. Kuilima Cove et le complexe sont à 10 minutes à pied et vous pourriez surfer ou prendre un cocktail au Sunset Bar "The Point" Sunset & Pool Bar en 15 minutes. Le Golf Club House et Lei Lei's Restaurant est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de votre porte d'entrée. Cette unité bien équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre vos vacances confortables et pratiques.

The property was everything we needed and more, it was perfect for our brief stay. We could have comfortably accommodated two more guests if need be. I hope to be back soon and for a more extended stay. Mahalo.

We got in late but check-in directions and communication with property managers made it seamless~ condo was stocked with plenty of starter amenities and more.
They had sunscreen and aloe which were life savers!! We were so eager to go the the beach we didn’t go to the store to pick up our own and my daughter got burned the first day 😬
I loved having the washer and dryer to clean all our clothes before heading to Waikiki for the remainder of our vacation~
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This rental definitely exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. I understand some critters visiting due to the islands atmosphere, there were none the entire stay which was really futons. The extra futons were super comfortable. The pull out bed was extra large and comfortable. The small hotel style shampoo, conditioner and lotion were a very nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which was amazing for those moment you wish you had scissors or tongs for bacon :) The best part was the checkout, nothing was required except turning on the dishwasher. Although we did some bedding/towels laundry to help out. Overall we loved the stay and would 100% recommend this rental.

We had a great time for our getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need including spices and ziplock bags. The toiletries were ample. It’s close to the perfect beach for families…. Offering waves, shells, sea glass to be found and shallow areas for our young kids on a rock shelf during low tide.

We have stayed at the Turtle Bay condos six times now and this condo by far exceeded our expectations! It’s so nice to see an owner put money back into the unit and keep it updated and so clean.
I have to mention that sleeper sofa because it was unlike any sofa bed I had ever seen. Complete luxury with no springs or bars. My grandson slept very comfortably! It’s huge!
The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, beach equipment, etc. And the location can not be beat!
Kama was a great, responsive host!! We appreciate allowing us to use his beautiful home!!! We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I and our 2 daughters (14 and 17h loved our time at the Condo near Turtle Bay. The beach was a quick walk away. The host had a lot of extra cozy and helpful touches that made the space very enjoyable! It was clean, well organized, and had a lot of extra supplies. Amazing time and highly recommend it!

We wanted to stay away from Honolulu, so this was a great choice. We could walk to the beach, do things with ease on the North Shore, and easily get down to Pearl Harbor and the airport. We enjoyed the chocolates and coffee and tea and all the other amenities the unit had to offer.

Very spacious condo, that was super clean. Has everything you need within the property, including beach and pool equipment. Great location, close to turtle bay resort. Kamakani was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend to any friends and family.

Great location and place. There is an Air Con unit in the living room corner as well in case you’re like us and missed it until the last day! Check out the food trucks in the town 5 minutes to the East - Da Bald Guy was incredible. The golf course just behind the unit is also closed so it’s easy to walk along the path with kids and not worry about golf balls!

This property was wonderful. Easy communication. The bedroom was cool with air conditioning unit. Very comfortable bed. It was nicely stocked with towels, extra sheets, blankets etc. The owner thought of everything a guest would need: beach towels, sunscreen, bugbspray, beach chairs, toys etc.
The pull out bed was comfortable for my boys. Thanks for providing soap for the washer dryer.
The only thing that i would change is that the air conditioner in the main room would not blow to a temperature cool enough for me. It was at 74 which is cool but I'm from Texas and we like our temps a little cooler at night. Maybe provide an extra fan so we could have more air flow. The ceiling fan was not efficient.

We were there for a family wedding. Perfect location. Great walking proximity to the resort. Well stocked, which was nice. The extra bathroom was a bonus for getting ready. Only downside, it rained almost the entire time we were there. Highly recommend. Gracious host!

We’ve stayed in other condos in the area several times. This was by far the best in terms of communication with the owner and property manager. All questions leading up to our 6 night stay were promptly answered. Check in was well organized and simple. The condo was well appointed with kitchen items, linens, and bedding. We definitely hope to be repeat customers!

Our stay was just for a few days. Check-in process was well communicated and we were contacted that we could have an early check-in which was nice! Everything was as described. Unit was very clean and the cross breeze with the windows open was perfect as we ran the A/C only a few times. Beach gear was a nice plus. Sunset were awesome from the local beach!

Kama and Bernie have a beautiful home and have thought of everything to make our stay just perfect. We were in Waikiki for 2 weeks beforehand coming here felt like we had flown to another island. The cruisey vibe in the North Shore and relaxed pace made it a wonderful way for us to wind down. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the gorgeous beach and wonderful Turtle Bay for snorkeling. We walked the trails and saw a Hawaiian Monk Seal and its 2 week old baby nursing on the shore. No worries about not getting your steps in, walking the golf course or trails! The nearby Ted's is a must! Have their Haupia Pie...delicious! Turtle Bay Resort is nice and close if you are not wanting to cook, or enjoy a cocktail. Haliewa town is not too far of a drive at all. If you are looking to spot sea turtles come to the beach here, for sure! Art Galleries, great shopping, and yummy food. We also rented SUP's and kayaks at Blue Planet Adventures right along the river there. Ehukai Pill Box hike is a great way to get your heart pumping and take in the view of the North Shore from a birds eye perspective. We saw the elusive feral goats on the hike up, that was a surprise. If you are wanting to see a different part of Oahu, this is the place. Oh....and the pool is heated! Added bonus ❤️ My review could really go on forever... Thank you again to the both of you for your hospitality and sharing your condo. It was hard to come home from Oahu and back to reality.

We had a wonderful vacation in Kamakani’s beautiful condo at Turtle Bay. The one bedroom was pristine! The kitchen and bedroom had everything we could possibly want. There are beach supplies too. The condo was spotless and newly renovated. The owner and property manager were very helpful and friendly.
We also thought that the location was ideal. It’s situated on the golf course and feels very private but is very close to the golf shop and a good restaurant called Lei Lei’s. It is a slightly longer walk to the hotel that features two fabulous restaurants, a bar and shops. Our favorite thing was listening to live music at the pool bar and upstairs at the open air interior bar. We had a fantastic stay and are already planning our return trip! Katie

The condo was very clean, we had everything we needed to cook at home, easy access to the beach, great pool and fast WiFi. Our only concern was the sleeping situation. It is listed as a king bed and 2 twin futons, the futons are actually two roll out mats, however, they do have 2 air mattresses that are relatively comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy and check in instructions were super easy. Would recommend for a family with small children, sleeping on air mattresses as an adult is not easy…

We were thrilled with this property. We have stayed in at least 10 different condos in Kuilima Estates, and this is our favorite! The location is excellent. The condo is away from the road and very private. The lanai looks out on the beautiful green golf course. We could hear the waves of the ocean in the distance. The beach, resort, and restaurants are so close, with Lei Lei's just across the street. We enjoyed 4 days of true R & R. We are so grateful to Bernie, and the owner, Kamakani, for showing us the true meaning of aloha trough their generosity of spirit and kindness. We look forward to our next holiday here!

We had a great stay! Location is next to the Turtle Bay Resort which has upscale dining and a great beach. We were able to shop locally and tried the local food trucks about 15 minutes drive. The owner and manager were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our time here.
