One 1 channel on the tv. The staff wake me up at 7am for breakfast. Keep knocking of the door. AC wasn’t working, either was the hot water

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was served early as requested to suit my needs. No mosquito and full air-conditioning.

SOME OF THE STAFFS WERE RUDE. MY FLIGHT WAS AT 12:30 but the had to force me out with distress calls despite telling them to give me just 30 minutes of the check out time

We traveled as a family of 6 and reserved 3 rooms. The reservation indicated breakfast was included but when we arrived, we were told breakfast was included for one person per room only. The reservation did not say that. The first morning they charged 30 ghanain cedis per each extra person. Later in the day, they said they made a mistake the it was 40 cedis per petson which we refused to pay. When I asked to speak to the manager, they kept saying he's not available. When I insisted, they called him and he refused to speak with me. The manager never tried to contact throughout our stay. Hot water for the shower was an issue in 2 of the rooms.
