В квартире есть абсолютно всё для проживания. Порошок/черпак/масло и тд.

Главная комната без окон и даже в солнечный день было очень темно, поэтому включали свет, что не очень комфортно.

Квартира чистая,,уютная, хорошие кровати, чистое, белье и полотенца, в ней есть все необходимое, хорошее место расположения . Мы довольны, рекомендуем всем .

Отличная квартира, чистая. Правда видно, что достаточно чистый, новый и хороший ремонт быстро убивают. Расположение огонь. Парковка за шлагбаумом в непосредственной близости к метро и центру

Она точно не 60м2. Душновато. Плюс, который минус центр, люди ходят сикать прямо под окна и до пол ночи шумно.

Location is exactly in the center. Avlabari metro station and bus station are within 50m distance. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and money exchange nearby. Many tourist attractions are located within walking distance. The property is private apartment, very neat and clean and of course value for money.

The location is great, within walking distance of the city center. The apartment is very well furnished and has all the facilities a traveler might need. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

The sitting/dining area doesn’t have a window, but there’s AC so not a biggie, especially since you don’t spend much time there anyway.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is as shown in the pictures. We were provided with all basic amenities. Extra pillows, blankets, iron box. The kitchen too was well equipped with salt, pepper, coffee, tea and basic utensils. The property owner gave us the keys and did not bother us until we left.

I suggest to avoid this place in summer as there is only 1 tiny ac in the living room which feels useless. Apart from that every thing was good.

First of all - big thanks to the host for organizing our late check in and being so helpful! The apartment itself is nice and clean with almost everything you may need (even a mini sewing kit, which came very handy one day). It's not very big, but there's enough space for 3-4 people. The location is very close to the subway station and only 10 minutes walk to the old town.

The beds are on the tougher side and a bit noisy. And you also probably should keep in mind there's a construction going on nearby, so it's sometimes getting noisy in the morning.

This is a very good value-for-money spot in a pretty good location. Well-equipped, and management is friendly and helpful. Getting into the old town is a pretty easy walk, but the walk back has a lot of uphill. Lots of shops and inexpensive food places right nearby, though. Balcony is very pleasant.

It's not entirely clear from the photos, but the kitchen/dining/living room has no windows, though it is ventilated by the AC. Light comes from keeping the bedroom doors open. The building has a bit of FSU grimness to it, though the apartment itself is nice enough.
