Loved the easy check in and the dinosaurs and robots! The room was groovy, immaculately clean and compact with a separate toilet and shower space. The facilities available- refreshments and breakfast were wonderful. The location was great.. once we worked out the train exits!

One big bed for 3 of us was fine for space, but a little tricky for bathroom visits through the night. Sad we only had one night here!

Das dimmbare Licht am Kopfende des Bettes fand ich sehr angenehm. Generell konnte man über die Schalter alle Lichter im Raum bedienen ohne aufstehen zu müssen. Das Zimmer und Bad sahen schick aus, nicht neu, aber ansehnlich. Das Bett war groß genug für zwei, perfekt für eine Person. Es gibt einen kleinen Tresor und Föhn. Hygieneartikel können in der Lobby geholt werden.

Es gab keinen Schrank zum Aufbewahren von Kleidern oder Gegenständen. Es gab nur zwei Waschmaschinen im Haus.

Location was good and nearby had many restaurants to try out. Shuttle bus to disney world and disney sea were available but its better to book in advance .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located very close to subway station. Plenty of convenience stores and places to eat close by.

The twin beds didn't have any space between them, although this was shown in the pictures on the website and for the price we were happy to go with this.

Value for money, and walking distance from the train station. Convenience stores and a few restaurants nearby that are open until late. They've complimentary shuttle to Disneyland too!

Room felt a bit small especially with our luggage but I suppose it's typical of hotel rooms in Japan

Modern and clean. Close to the station. Surrounded by restaurants and 7-11.

Although the free breakfast was very organic and delicious, sadly my daughter who has a tree nuts allergy could not eat what was prepared.

The room was amazing, very compact but sufficient for 1 person with 2 luggage. Walkways are narrow, but to be expected when staying in Japan :) Also, I really appreciate the complimentary shuttle to and fro Disneyland/Sea

Would be good to have water provided through the stay, not just a 1 off when I checked in at the front desk. Additionally, some support to help bring luggage to the room / bus would be perfect since I am travelling alone and have multiple luggage.

pros. 1. close to the train station 2. many food stalls nearby 3. free shuttle to Disney

cons. 1. despite already specify that 2 people would be staying in 1 room and provided details, insist that we pay extra for the additional person, on top of a full hotel price, despite marketed the room for 2 ppl. 2. no water daily, no room cleaning daily 3. Disney shuttle sends you 10-15 mins away from the entry gate

Close to train station , shops and food stalls. Very easy to get to Disneyland . Room is very good size.

The cleanliness, located next to a train station, quick access to taxi and bus. Loads of small Asian restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Staff were lovely.

The location was slightly out of the way, from main tokyo attractions. Nowhere to store luggage in the room.
