. they just use booking.com as funnel to let people book and when you go to hotel they say that they don’t honour bookings from booking.com and asks for triple the rate mentioned in booking.com. so I rejected and left the hotel. I tried complaining to booking.com but no use. the customer care executive is from outside india and she was not able to resolve the conflict. further they also charged me cancellation fee saying as I show . what I don’t understand is if they don’t honour booking.com bookings then how can they charge cancellation fees ? this is easy money for hotels and booking.com doesn’t understand this scam. it’s better to use Airbnb or directly call hotel using their contact number from google or else use agoda . they are much better. this is the last time I ll use booking.com

started with they charged 1000rs extra for booking, room linens and pillows are not clean, WiFi didn’t work, asked for different room but they said they had none, when I wanted to cancel they offered different one.
