Bienvenue à Chicago! Nous sommes ravis que vous envisagiez notre maison pour votre voyage. Notre maison en brique de Chicago, adjacente à un magnifique parc, a été construite dans les années 1890 et vient d’entreprendre un projet de rénovation de près d’un demi-million de dollars.
La ville de l'Ouest est située au centre de l'ouest du centre-ville de Chicago et proche de tout.

Tout dans notre maison est haut de gamme et nouveau pour votre plaisir. Réfrigérateur Sub Zero, four double Wolf avec plaque chauffante, accessoires Grohe partout. Plafonds de 10 pieds, Planchers et armoires neufs. La maison est d'environ 4500 pieds carrés et dispose de 5 chambres et 4. 5 salles de bains avec 4 niveaux d'espace de vie. Chaque niveau au-dessus du sol a son propre pont de 175 pieds carrés à l'arrière pour les réceptions en plein air et un magnifique nouvel escalier en colimaçon qui monte jusqu'au sommet.
Ma famille et moi avons passé 5 mois à vivre dans la maison et l'entretenir avec des équipements hôteliers, essayant de penser à tout et à tout ce dont un voyageur haut de gamme comme vous-même pourrait avoir besoin. De nouveaux canapés et tous les nouveaux meubles, de nouveaux draps de haute qualité, des matelas et des draps biologiques ou naturels et la maison ont été décorés avec soin et pourvus de tous les articles de commodité imaginables.
Ne louez pas un condo ou dans une grande hauteur où vous devez faire face aux voisins. C'est vraiment votre propre oasis en plein cœur de la ville.

This house is amazing in every way. It has three floors (plus main floor) with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. It has a massive dining room table and kitchen, so you can all gather and eat together. The beds are extremely comfortable & all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. It thunder-stormed on the last night of our stay and we cozied up on the back porch and watched the storm roll in. The garage was also an extra perk to park our car in so it felt safe and not parked on the street. The check in process was simple and the check out duties are fair and simple. The neighborhood is clean and safe. It’s walking distance to other neighborhoods close by (Wicker Park, Noble Square, West Town) and coffee shops & some restaurants. It’s an easy 25 minute uber to downtown. Erik is an awesome host and communicates quickly. Would recommend 10/10 and stay here again!

We stayed for the weekend with College girl friends it was a great home to cook and relax. Lots of new restaurants in the area and easy to get downtown via Uber or we took the city bikes. Rooms are big and comfortable

We loved this house! It was bigger than we needed so we all had our own floor! It was equipped with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The stairs are steep so be mindful of who will be staying upstairs…going to the top floor is not for the faint of heart! The top floor was was very warm this week…but most of the country is under an excessive heat warning. I would love to go back in the spring or fall and be able to take advantage of the decks also.

First of all what an amazing house. Four stories, grand common areas, multiple TV rooms, 10 beds, three balconies connected by a spiral staircase. Everything was spotless, the soaps and shampoos as well as the plates and silverware was fully stocked. On top of all that, the manager is incredibly chill. He really does just care about renters having the best experience. 10 out of 10 for sure.

This place was perfect for a reunion with friends. Erik’s response time is instantaneous. The building is a beautiful structure, expertly renovated and lavishly equipped. Convenient location for exploring Chicago.

Our stay could not have been better! Lovely house with fantastic parking; comfortable beds; stunning kitchen; super washer and dryer; lots of towels, etc. We lacked for nothing. We had a busy weekend schedule and were so happy to come home to our rental at the end of each day. It was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend. Would highly recommend!

This property did not disappoint. It was well appointed, clean and the beds were very comfortable, which was very much appreciated. Although we ate out during our long weekend stay, it bears noting that the kitchen is gorgeous with top of the line appliances. Highly recommend and kudos to our host, Erik!

Wonderful house with lots of room. a superbly equipped kitchen and kitchen table that seated everyone made eating in a pleasure. Sleeps six people very comfortably. would stay again without hesitation.

We were two families staying with young kids for a long weekend. The property is very convenient, it’s beautiful, and it easily slept six of us without any problem. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The house has everything you could need for a weekend or longer. We loved it!

Big house!! Huge beautiful kitchen, large family room, 2 car garage. House was lovely, exactly like the pictures, owner very nice and responsive. Downstairs area and bedroom was very nice. Two sets of curved stairs to each top floor! so you get your excercise. Would not be good if your bringing an elderly person. Definitely rent again!

Incredible place to stay with multiple families!
This beautiful house exceeded all of our expectations during our 5 nights stay with 6 adults and 5 children. The check in process was super easy and well communicated by Erik our host. The setup was perfect for our family. The house was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. The kitchen was AMAZING, including a professional grade stove with a griddle. The beds were super comfortable in all of the rooms. Our host Erik was awesome! He communicated with me well before our check-in, and followed up to make sure our stay was going well. He was very accommodating with the two requests we had, so I can’t think him enough for his warm hospitality. I can’t recommend this Noble Square home enough to the next guests looking for a perfect place to stay in the Windy City!

We were five women traveling for business. It was safe with easy parking. We had room to spread out and also get together and chat/socialize if we wanted to. Very nice. Much better than a hotel.

Thanksgiving
This home was lovely and extra clean. Erik was a delight to work with snd very responsive to anything i inquired about. The neighborhood is going through changes but there is not a lot to walk to. This was the only downside but Ubers were readily assessable. Our family enjoyed being able to all stay together on a beautiful large home. We will return.
