House was great! Has everything you need. Loved the pool. Close to several beaches. Would stay again!!

Our second time staying, still love it as much as the first time! Everything just as listed, very clean, pool is awesome for the teens, owner excellent with communication!

From booking to checking out...it was a breeze. Great house and great location. We enjoyed and hope to be back next year!

Fabulous! We loved the pool and inside edge around the pool shell. Convenient to Restaurants, shopping and Siesta Key Beach. Very nice accommodations; very thought out. Bedding coverage just the right weight of sheets and blankets; we nestled right in. Outside dining and grilling area is also very nice. Very nice... We would definitely return.

Linda was very helpful with the check in process. Location: Great location. Publix , and Walmart blocks away. Siesta key Beach is 12-15 minutes away from the house. Neighborhood: Quite , secluded. House: it is huge for a family of 4. 4 bedrooms equipped with everything. Renovated bathrooms. Plenty of beach towels. Pool: the best feature! Going to beach: don’t worry about it. Linda has plenty of chairs, and umbrellas. I do recommend this property without hesitation. I am planning to go back next Summer. Carlos

Overall great stay but the plus was when i drive out of the driveway and dropped my daughter in laws gift and they worked to assure it was secured. Too notch!

The house was EXACTLY as advertised. Linda does a lot of little things that really made us feel welcome and kicked off our vacation! She was easy to communicate with, and the house wax perfect! We WILL BE BACK!

We loved staying at this home. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was amazing. Especially night swimming. The location was close to everything. The home was immaculate. The owners thought of everything. There were beach chairs umbrella, noodles, rafts. Would stay again.

We've rented several beach properties through the years,but this one was by far our favorite. It was clean, beautifully decorated, thoroughly equipped with everything needed. The screened lanai made it a mosquito free trip. Perfect!

The table in the pool was grear for soaking with a snack and drink. The desk in several bedrooms was great because this was a working vacation.

We stayed here for our family vacation. It was close proximity to many beaches, restaurants and attractions. The house was spotlessly clean and Linda accommodated us checking in a tad bit early due to our flights. The house was stocked with everything you could ask for and more. We will definitely be back. Our family of six had a great time on vacation July of 2021. We were a short drive from multiple beaches and local restaurants. We were even able to get to St. Pete in less than 45 minutes for a fishing charter. The kids had a blast in the pool and the property was very clean! Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property… Despite hurricane Elsa charging through. There were no setbacks from the storm - And we were able to enjoy a marvelously sunny week in the area, with the exception of the one stormy night. The house is spacious and decorated lovely. Linda , the homeowner is extremely reachable …she responds quickly if there are any questions. The kitchen has everything you need, there are plenty of sheets, towels, beach necessities, basic toiletries, and even pool floats. The pool area and patio/lanai is perfect! We were able to cook numerous meals and enjoy outdoor dining poolside! The neighborhood is safe and residential; the design of the house and outdoor space make you feel secluded and private in a very tropical setting. The immediate area beaches are magnificent! We also took advantage of a day trip to Gasparilla Island for shelling/swimming. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the grocery store is a few blocks away. We were even able to partake in a great Fourth of July fireworks display down at the Sarasota waterfront. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when visiting the area in the future.

Pool is huge and was great for my 4-6 year old boys. House is wide open and my family’ only used half of the house it’s bigger then it seems. Owners got back to me and kept me updated on things throughout the stay. Linda was real easy to communicate with and we had an absolute blast using the house for a week.

Very open feeling to the house. The pool felt like it was indoors. We loved our stay. Close to everything you need. Quite at night and the streets are suitable for walking and kids.

We LOVED this house!! Everything was very clean and just as described! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything imaginable. Plenty of bath and beach towels, even misc bathroom supplies! The outdoor pool area exceeded our expectations with quality furniture, gorgeous landscaping and pool toys! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if available!

Beautiful house, comfortable beds, great pool and location, only downer was the request to be quiet in the pool area after 10pm.. otherwise a great vacation!

I can't say enough good things about this house! It was absolutely beautiful from the moment I walked in. Beachy decor and every household item you can think of was available. Linda was very responsive, there was also a very detailed guide binder with instructions on pretty much everything. Tons of family games, pool towels, pool floats, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cleaning supplies, cooking seasonings... You can tell Linda put a lot of thought and effort into making sure her guest have a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home, we'll definitely be booking again!

Teenagers loved the pool. Everything you need is already there. Plenty of pool towels, bath towels, pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooking utensils, grill with propane tank, washer and dryer. It was a great vacation in Sarasota.

The property is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood and wonderfully upkept. Our 2 year old LOVED the pool!

I can’t say enough about this place It’s all you see in the photos and then some. I have stayed at my share of Airbnb’s and I have to say I’m gonna rank her number one in all of them so far. Linda has. Done a great job with her home and that’s just how you feel when your there every room is exactly as you see in the photos this home has such a comfortable vibe, The Beachy home Decour with a modern twist. The pool and out side area is so nice day and night I love all the out side lighting to show of all the Beautiful tropical foliage the pool has more then the table tho use in it there is a hole side of setting. They also offer the use of noodles, Floaties and towels some dad toys for the kids that’s just one less thing you would have to think about packing or buying when you get there. We went to the siesta keys beach it was about a 10 to 15 minute drive away they have all the beach amenities stuff that you could need to use including some sand toys for the kids to play with, they also had three sets of golf clubs so if you’re into golfing that’s available for youth. They have also made it to where there’s plenty of towels and sheets for when you need to do your laundry stuff up so it makes it much fast and efficient when doing your check out they have detergent and cleaning products they also have baggies and spices plenty of dishes and pots and pans and utensils, a mini fridge in one of the bedrooms off the kitchen which is absolutely wonderful for any back up items you might want to keep cold which was really nice to have I could go on and on. I will be booking with Linda again. Thanks from pleasant hill Oregon

House was spotless, everything and more was available for personal use. Ideal location. We used the pool, lanai, screened in area area daily. My dog loved the doggy door, now I have to install one myself. The beautiful beaches near by were amazing. We were there over Christmas and New Years we had a blast. So much to see and do. Amish Christmas Day parade was awesome, botanical gardens decked out in over 2 million Christmas lights was breathtaking, we did city trolly tour of homes decorated in lights that was indescribable, we attended the "12 Days after Christmas" acrobat and arial balancing show put on by young acrobat students ages 7-17, this was phenomenal. There are no words to describe how attentive and responsive Linda was to any issue and or questions. Shauna was also absolutely amazing and helpful. This trip was one for the memory books and we will return. Thanks so much for making this an amazing vacation. Wayne, Curtis, Jimmy, Lola oh and little Lola the dog as well :)

This was the second time renting this home. A few upgrade had been made since our last stay but it was always a comfortable home away from home. The location is awesome too!

Very relaxing week in a lovely, well-maintained house. The pool is great, the kids spent hours swimming and playing in it. Linda was very quick to respond to messages and very friendly. Lots of pool/beach items supplied for our use also which was appreciated. This is a really nice property which we all loved and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
