It was a pleasant stay.

Without GPS it is easy to miss the turn to access the driveway to enter the property. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was functional and was stocked with enough items for a family of 4 to cook and enjoy meals with regular use of the dishwasher. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels for a family of 4. The washer and dryer were also appreciated. The river access picnic area was also excellent. The location was ideal for access to the town and RMNP. Morning coffee was often accompanied by views of deer, elk, and magpies. We appreciated the RMNP hiking trail guide found in the TV stand. My wife and kids both said I made a excellent choice in booking this property. We would stay here again.

Photos are accurate. Cabin is very clean and well kept. River/stream is really close to the cabin and there’s seating. Cabin has a lovely patio. Beds were comfortable including the pull out in the living room. The little things were thoughtfully done- like different colored sets of towels so we didn’t mix them up. Also Alex was responsive - and able to give us an hour early check in. This worked great for us being able to drop off our things before our timed entry slot to the park! Would come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here while we explored RMNP. We loved being able to sit and eat by the beautiful river.

This was a clean and cozy cabin with everything we needed. The location was excellent for our family… a few minutes from the entry to the RMNP and by a river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the Estes Park dining and shopping areas. We saw a bear cub and elk from our patio. The place was perfect our trip.

Perfect little cabin in the middle of everything! Had everything we needed for our stay. Just minutes from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved having the Elk in the yard everyday! Will definitely items stay again when we are in the area.

The only thing we had a concern about was that the beds were not comfortable and the cabin looked like it was right on the river in the pictures. Other than that, it was beautiful and well kept. Thank you for a nice stay.

Perfect location to Estes Park. Wonderful views of the mountains and water. Very clean and comfortable beds. Easy check in and owners answer questions within minutes. 10/10 would recommend this cabin.

Pros: designated parking, easy to follow instructions for access, close to town and RMNP.
Cons: one television only viewable from side oriented futon, no access to firewood, no spare blankets.

I really liked the cabin and the location.
I however did not like the 10am check out and the 10:02 am knock on my door telling me it's checkout time. There is a wood fireplace and i made sure to clean it out before leaving and was running a but behind in getting ready. I was out the door at 10:10 am. I didn't finish my clean up or throw my trash out as inwas already being pushed out the door.
If you stay here, make sure you leave BEFORE the already early check out!

This little cabin was perfect for our Girls weekend. It is exactly as described and in a great location just down the road from town, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is in a very quiet area and has a beautiful view of the mountains from the front deck. We can’t wait to plan our next stay at this adorable cabin! 😄

Perfect little cabin. Not too far out of town, but just enough to be quiet. We saw tons of Elk and turkeys daily. Perfect fit for our family of 5. Easy booking, check-in, and check out.

Great cabin with a perfect location. Just minutes to RMNP and convenient to Estes Park. Nice sitting area near the river to relax.

Loved the cabin but had some barking dogs and kids on wheels right behind our cabin (possible owner or caretaker) that were noisy. Love animals but the dogs woke me several times while napping with their barking. Lots of "junk" around that cabin as well.

My husband and I have stayed in various cabins/condos in Estes Park but this was our absolute favorite. Alex was wonderful to communicate with before we got to the cabin and once we were there, everything was clearly stated, labeled, clean, and perfect.

Everything about the cabin met my expectations based on the listing. The cabin itself was perfect for our family of four - nice living room and deck, functional kitchen and bathroom, bunk beds for the girls and main bedroom on the river side of the cabin. We really loved having the river as close as it was and being able to go down and sit on the bench swing and picnic table and chairs that were there. Great mountain views from the deck. We saw many elk on the property - one day over a dozen elk spent the morning relaxing in the shade of the adjacent property! I prefer being on this side of the town - easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance of RMNP, close to National Park Village and other restaurants on Moraine Ave, very short drive (or even walk) back into town. We would definitely stay here again!

I brought my parents and my 17year old son. We have vacationed in Estes many times over the last 60+ years. My dad's favorite thing is seeing the animals. All the pics of elk right near the cabins drew me to choose this spot, I didn't really think we would see any elk that close. Boy, was I wrong. We watched 3 adult females for 2.5 hours one morning, and a group of 5, including 2 so young they still had spots, for more than 2 hours another evening. Close to downtown and one entrance to the park, the location couldn't be better. Far enough off the street to feel private and an easy stroll to the river made this cabin the perfect place for us.

This cabin was awesome. Loved the location. The owner thought of all the necessities. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Nice cabin located between downtown estes park and beaver meadows entrance to rmnp which was perfect for us. Lots of things close by to do and plenty of sight seeing and hiking to be done. Relaxing to sit by the big thompson river and just enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery!

Our only complaint was the furnishings. The master bed was very stiff and the furniture felt worn out. However, we still had a wonderful stay! It was very cozy, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Waking up to the elk outside was a great addition!

We loved staying here! We saw elk or deer every day of our trip. Some were super close to the cabin. We went to the Fort Collins area and went white water rafting one day and the others went to Rocky Mountain National Park. So much fun to see God's beautiful creation! Bear Lake was still partially frozen and lots of the trail around it was still covered in snow. The Trail Ridge Road was only open 12 miles up. It was blocked at Rainbow Ridge but we were able to park and walk up the road. Such amazing views! Thanks for letting us stay. We hope to be back again!
