ESTES PARK LICENCE D'AFFAIRES # 3075 Le mois de juillet exige un minimum de 6 nuits. Belle, spacieuse de cinq chambres + loft situé derrière le tertre de départ # 9 avec des vues spectaculaires face au nord et l'est également. Notre maison se trouve à 3 niveaux avec le niveau principal ayant seulement 1 étape vers le bas à la salle familiale. (Cela fonctionne bien pour quelqu'un qui ne peuvent pas utiliser les escaliers.) Le niveau principal a aussi la cuisine, salle à manger, entrée, garage 2 voitures, roi chambre à coucher avec salle de bain privée, buanderie, salle de bain en poudre pour les invités et terrasse extérieure. Le niveau bas a 1 grand lit double avec salle de bain, une autre chambre du roi, chambre à deux lits, salle de bains et une salle multimédia avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Le niveau de l'étage dispose d'une mezzanine avec un lit gigogne double et une salle d'eau.
La maison est conçue pour plaire aux clients qui recherchent un hébergement de luxe pour leurs vacances. Nous ne permettons pas les réunions, fêtes, dîners de répétition, etc. ordonnances de la ville limiter le stationnement à deux voitures dans le garage et trois voitures dans l'allée; véhicules excédentaires passibles d'amendes et de remorquage. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme sur le terrain de golf.

Enjoyed our stay. Owners easy to work with. Had a problem with garage door. They got right on it to have problem fixed.

This property was just a perfect fit for our family vacation. The three King bed rooms and bunk bed room helped us and daughters', their spouses and children have the space and comfort they needed.
The owner/property manager was easy to contact and answered my texts quickly.
The home felt very private. The views were beautiful in all directions.

This house was perfect for the 12 of us. 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap spices and every kitchen gadget we needed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans and baking dishes. This place is huge and gorgeous. Close to everything, we were able to sit on the deck and living room to watch the fireworks in Estes. Everything was very distinctly labeled so no guess how something works. Over sent extremely detailed info well in advance of our trip. Thanks for helping us make memories.

The VRBO description does not do thelis property the justice it deserves.
The property is so much better then we anticipated. Ther were 9 of us and plenty of space to spread out. Therw are planty of seperate spaces if you want quiet, private dpace sometimes.
We all had different sleep schedules and when us old folks went to bed we heard nothing from the others. The sound proofing is great!
The deck furniture was large enough for 8 of us to play cards outside and we could have squeezed in more if we needed it.
The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you mat want to do. They rven had a crockpot we used for pulled pork.
Dont be hesitant because of no AC. There are windows everywhere that roll out so you can catch the breezes to cool the house down easily.
We had elk and deer everyday. There is a creek jist down the hill that we were able to hear from the bedrooms. For me that is such a relaxing noise
Highly recommend! My brother looked at booking another stay this summer with the in laws but they were already booked this year.

Everything about our stay here was spectacular! The mountain views, visits by elk and deer each day, plenty of space for our entire group, and close proximity to RMNP and shopping in Estes Park. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed for six adults and four kids. We saw elk, mule deer, and turkey regularly. It snowed while we were there so we got to enjoy sledding on the golf course right behind the house. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future!

The house has a great layout and was very comfortable with a lot of room to spread out. The golf course view was beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and had all we needed. However, there are several things that need attention. After we arrived, one of the grandkids was eating at the breakfast bar and a piece of the tile edge fell off. There were several other pieces that had obviously broken previously and been repaired. We called the owners and, to their credit, they were very quick to get a handyman out to fix it. Later, we realized that the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the screen on the kitchen patio door was ripped on 2 sides so it fell open, and needed to be replaced. There was old tape on it, but it didn’t hold. There were no screens on the kitchen sink windows, so we killed several flies every day. Same with one of the master bedroom and bathroom windows and downstairs bunk room. The blinds in the twin bedroom were hanging from the right corner and the downstairs master bedroom blinds were broken. One end of one of the downstairs towel racks was coming out of the wall. The upstairs master bedroom sheets were way too big. They also had worn out elastic so it was impossible to keep them on. I suspect they were used previously on a mattress that required deep pocket sheets, and this mattress didn’t need them. In full disclosure, we did not alert the owners to the above issues because there were so many and we didn’t want our vacation spent dealing with repairs.

Our annual multigenerational family vacation was another success. This beautiful home on the golf course was perfect for our group of 11. Communication with Kris was great and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful vacation home for us and family to stay while vacationing and attending a wedding. Close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National park. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family. This is the first home we have stayed at were all 12 of us could sit in the family room together comfortably. The home was well stocked and a beautiful home and great surroundings. My family loved it!!

We spent a wonderful 5 days in beautiful Estes Park. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The location was super convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. We observed elk and deer while on the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip.

Our stay was even better than we expected. The house is beautiful and allowed all ages plenty of room to relax and enjoy their time in Estes Park. We highly recommend this location and the house. Kris was very accommodating and helpful in all of our needs.

This property was everything we were looking for and more. We all had comfortable space to allow for time out from others, yet great gathering space. The picturesque views are spectacular! Kris is a wonderful host, who promptly and considerately communicates. We appreciated our experience and hope to return again!

Thank you for everything! Your home is very comfortable and everyone felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook an Italian Christmas feast. All the comforts of home and very good instructions. The location is perfect and easy access to trails for hiking walking, etc. We would love to come back - thank you again for all your hospitality.

This house was beautiful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean, spacious, conveniently-located, and had the best view of a large herd of elk on the golf course every morning. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 12 stayed here comfortably. The only complaint was the wifi, but we weren't there for the wifi. 😁 Beautiful views! We did see elk walking through the property, that was awesome! Many great hiking trails pretty close.

The best VRBO property. On the golf course, deer, elk, hummingbirds. Great space for the 11 family members. The deck is great with morning sun and afternoon shade. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with lots of room for multiple “chefs”.
We had an issue with a ceiling fan and Kris was right on it, I needed to flip a switch. If you have a large group this is a perfect property!

Family fun in Estes Park!
The home in Estes Park was a perfect place for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandchildren! We had space for the 11 of us to gather, share stories and laughs. Estes has so much to offer with hiking, Fun City activities, shopping, and great restaurants! We would highly recommend this property!

We reserved this home for our family holiday gathering and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone (we had 11 family members) to sleep, cook, eat and enjoy time together. We'll be looking at this home again for our next trip to Estes Park.

We were an extended family aged between 4 and 64. Great home, well laid out and well supplied; ideal location very convenient to town and to RMNP east entrances as well as southeast trailheads as well. Very quick communication with owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 (ages 32 - 85) were so comfortable in this beautiful home. The 3 king sized beds were very comfortable and we loved the view and the large dining table. The owner provided everything needed for cooking. Our family enjoyed putting together a puzzle that was provided at night. We enjoyed watching the golfers, elk, and deer on the golf course. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park every day and saw moose, elk, deer, coyotes, turkeys, and even a bear! We had a blast shopping in town and eating in local restaurants. We had perfect weather all week and then we rode the aerial tramway and it was snowing! That was a real treat for us since we are from Georgia and rarely see snow. The National Park was even more beautiful with snow. Our guys did a fly fishing trip with Kirks Fly Shop and caught a bunch of rainbow trout. They also golfed and shared the course with a few elk. I would highly recommend this home and hope to rent it again in the future!
