The property is a complex. It's on a lake and has plenty of options for families with kids of multiple ages. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with good amenities and a professional staff.

Was not unit listed but nice accommodations. We had multiple neighbors checking in and out of unit right next door to us but other than that was a nice rental unit. The resort was huge and had a lot to do/ offer. Was a bit disappointed that we had to pay 20 dollars per person to enjoy the onsite water park but it was convenient and nice to have it available and so close. I’d stay at the resort again.

After spending a few days at the dance competitions it was nice to have a quiet place to come back and relax. We enjoyed having multiple pools to choose from along with enjoying the view of the lake. Jake was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing resort where we felt comfortable and safe. Only complaint we didnt know how amazing the whole resort was and didnt get to experience everything it had to offer. Definitely going to try to stay again and build in a resort day.

Number one it was not told to me upfront that I had to pay for Wifi separately so the whole time I was in my room I had no phone service. Also I got no sleep because the thermostat was controlled by the room next door so I tossed and turned all night because they had the heat on 80 degrees. If I set my thermostat it didn't blow out cool if theirs was on heat or vise versa. Certain things need to be said up front so I can better plan for my stay.

Property is probably just perfect for young families going to attractions. It’s a hotel and room listed is not necessarily what you will get. Wi-Fi is not included. The front desk person turned it on for free. Be nice and you may get it also. I’d rather stay here than any motel.

Check in was a long wait at 10pm on a Friday night. Once I got to the desk it was fine. Waited 45 minutes in line. Need more staff to handle late arrivals. Sofa bed had a flimsy 2 in foam matress- very uncomfortable for my 100 lb nice and her young daughter. No hairdryer in unit- was delivered within 30 minutes of calling . Wifi connection was easy to set up but after that inital time was very poor Kept saying" Network not available" when we wanted to use it.

My husband and I loved the room. It was clean and we had a wonderful view from the screened in porch. The resort offered so much to do and was extremely well cared for. We would recommend this property for anyone visiting Orlando

While very centrally located this room was dirty, my daughter got lice and after all that the surprising internet charges had me shocked. Furniture was old and worn out bedding was the same. If we had been there longer I would have moved out immediately but it was not a great stay. Staff was friendly at check in but that’s all.

This property seemed to be 5-15 minutes from anywhere you could want to go in Orlando. Disney, universal, airport, restaurants, mini golf, all of these are just minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check in quick and easy. The sports bar on site is great, we went a couple of times for brunch and dinner. The market has anything you could possibly need, and if they’re closed there is a 24 hour 7/11 just a minute down the road. The rooms were clean, and there is laundry machines available on each floor. 10/10 would recommend. If we come back to Orlando we will definitely be staying here again.

Thus resort is co cenient to all Orlando has to offer, and the resort itself offers tons of amenities. My only complaint is that they put us on a 5th floor room without telling us beforehand that the elevator in our building was broken. Had I know, I would have requested a change of room since my husband is not able to do stairs easily at all. The room also looked different than the listing property I booked, but it WAS comparable. Would just have liked to know I wouldn't be in the exact room specified.

The room was adequately equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host allowed us to do a late check out due to our flight being delayed. The room was a great value, it was centrally located and close to numerous amusement parks and other
attractions. The host Jake was great and I would stay here again visiting the area.

Nice property with a lot of pools
Very nice property situated between Disneyworld and Universal. The grounds were very clean and well-maintained with pools everywhere. The only bad experience was a moldy comforter on our bed that we didn't find out until a couple days later when we held it up to the light. The inside of the panels were moldy. Brought it to the attention of Grant the manager and he was very helpful and gave us $100 room credit which was nice. The chicken wings in the restaurant were great. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.
