It was not far from anything we wanted to do and had nice amenities. Water park was a great time. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Check in and out times on VRBO not accurate you have to ask for early checkin and late check out. We will return.

We were super impressed with the room. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed. Plates, utensils, everything. We will definitely be staying here again! Oh and the view from the balcony was great!

We were in town for a funeral and Jake’s place was the perfect place of peace for us to unwind when not with family. Highly recommend!! We would love to return!! Thank you so much Jake!!

Great if you have meetings and the family wants to have fun. Loved the bikepath, workout facility, pizza, private island, s'mores at night and the pools which were spotless. Great time. Fantastic value. Thanks to Thaina for a warm welcome at check in.

My husband and I loved our stay at Westgate Lakes resort. This condo is in building 2500 and is at the far side of the property, but it is lakefront and so very quiet. The property is beautiful and has so many wonderful amenities to enjoy. There are seven pools, restaurants, a market, and a beautiful gazebo on a pier in the middle of the lake to enjoy sunsets from. The resort property itself is very large, but is walkable and there are golf cart pick up services available throughout the resort whenever you need it. All the resort staff was friendly and super helpful. We would DEFINITELY stay at this lovely condo next time we’re in Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay! The room has been updated and it was very nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. The resort has a market that has lots of options for quick eating. Great communication from host. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Westgate and we will be staying again. Our main purpose was because of location to Universal. However, Westgate has so much more to offer, including mini golf, bowling, kayaking, paddle boats... they even have their own store, which we used often for snacks and souvenirs. Highly recommend this place. Next time we stay, we are staying at the resort the whole time. Not to mention, the price was very affordable.

We stayed in a King Studio room which had a pullout. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchenette was sufficient for our short stay. The resort was fantastic. 5 or 6 pools, fishing, biking, walking paths, game room, activity center and water park (not included in price) were all right within the resort and excellent. Great location, we will be back.

Great stay. Accurate description. Great communication. Only one negative…we were told we could check in early but when we arrived, after waiting a while in line, the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait a few hours. We would have just showed up later if we knew it wouldn’t be ready. Aside from that small inconvenience everything was great.

I’ve stayed at the Westgate a few times and it’s always been a lovely experience, the location and great as is the cleanliness of the rooms, I’ll definitely be back again when I’m in town

We enjoyed our stay at the Westgate Lakes Resort. The resort has everything you could want and the unit we stayed in was spotless and had plenty of towels and plenty of bureau and closet space...the Whirlpool tub is a great feature after a day spent in the parks...and the location is convenient to all of the theme parks...all at an excellent price per night!! ...a great value 5 stars

The stay was amazing. The listing was exactly what we got. The only downside a little is the check-in process. It does take quite a bit to get checked in. But after that everything went smoothly I love that the location had a game room and restaurant in little stores as well.

Everything was good, however our TV went out. Spent 2 days trying to get it resolved and after 5 phone calls and trip to management, we were finally moved. They were kind enough to upgrade our room. Good stay, not enough parking in front of the condos. However beautiful resort.

I came here for a "work vacation" - I like to hole up for a week and bang out important projects (computer related).
The unit itself is beautiful. The living room and master bedroom (with a large bath with jets) open up to a balcony on the water - right above a walking path.
Gated community with security has little shops peppered throughout, making it a walking-friendly little village.
Great value for the price. Communicative and attentive staff and booking contact. Definitely looking forward to returning.

The only down was that the bar “Drafts” closes at 10:00pm even on Friday and Saturday nights.

We had a great time during our stay. There were so many things to do at resort didn’t have much of a reason to leave. Room was ok a little dated but clean and served it’s purpose. Would book here again, great location very close to convention center.

Check in went well for the most part but once we arrived to our room we found that it had not been properly cleaned and there was marijuana ash and stems on the bed side table. Based on the photos I was under the impression that we were staying in a condo with a water side view however this is actually a hotel resort and the room we were given faces the parking lot. Overall the hotel costumer service was good and Jake was quick to respond.

There’s so much to do on site without having to drive to the theme parks. Loved visiting Drafts sports bar and grill to watch MLB playoff games and good food. Pools were fun and loved my screened balcony. Next time I want to try the on site water park!
