Villa Las Flores, une superbe villa de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains située en plein centre-ville et permettant un accès facile à Siesta Key - à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Tous à distance de marche, vous trouverez un nombre incroyable de restaurants et de boutiques dans les environs immédiats. Trader Joe's, un excellent supermarché se trouve à 1 pâté de maisons et est facile à marcher. Villa Las Flores est l'une des deux maisons de vacances spéciales qui peuvent être réservées séparément ou combin��es. L'autre maison disponible s'appelle Luna Nueva et, ensemble, nous les appelons Luna Flores.
Non seulement un excellent emplacement, mais 3 chambres entièrement meublées, chacune avec téléviseurs haute d��finition muraux, ventilateurs de plafond. Il y a deux salles de bains avec des sols en ardoise, avec une grande douche dans l'une et une configuration baignoire / douche dans l'autre et de belles armoires. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et 4 personnes au comptoir du bar. We had a very good time at this property as a family with a bunch of little kids. The house has all the basics + more. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool very much and the location was good for all kinds of trips to beaches and downtown. The management was very responsive and just a text away. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great property, great location
Had a great time. Property had everything we needed to enjoy many of the gulf beaches and other attractions in Sarasota. We didn't have to worry about towels, cooking utensils, beach chairs and much more. Every room had a smart TV with a number of streaming services preconfigured. It was great to be able to relax in the private at the end of the day as well. The property manager was super-responsive and we definitely felt like we were taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend if you're looking to stay in the area.

This property was possibly the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The service was like arriving at an all inclusive resort. Communication was great. No issues at all. 11 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Unexpected rodents
I would never have booked a vacation at this location as there were “Rats” roaming the property !! All around our outdoor eating area -this is very unacceptable !!!! When we alerted Customer Service -they were not surprised stating the traps must be full and would send someone out to reset the traps !! I never saw anyone come and the Rats continued !! The whole stay made me very uncomfortable -almost terrified !!!!

Convenient location & great pool
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool was warm by noon (earlier in the day would have been nice), plenty of towels, a couple floating toys, lots of outdoor seating to pick from. Sand toys, beach mats, beach chairs, and beach cart were all available. Beautiful pool area, nicely decorated inside. Laundry soap & dryer sheets available in the laundry room, S&P plus a couple other spices in the pantry, cleaning spray, dishwasher soap and hand soap available. Body wash/soap was not available so don't forget to pack it. Living room TV had Netflix and Pandora all set up for use which we used a lot. Bedroom TVs too tricky to use but this wasn't a big issue for us. We had all the cooking instruments we needed - large pot, fry pan, strainer, etc. Would definitely come back again.

Quiet and comfortable home away from home
We arrived to a clean home ready to get our visit and vacation started. We had plenty of space and the comforts of home. We enjoyed the connivence of the location and loved the smart screen that the family was able to see weather and options of the things around us. Enjoyed the quick responses from the property team and will stay with the company again. Thank you we really enjoyed our vacation.

Week Getaway
This property is lovely and had may amenities. Beach towels, chairs, a cooler and a wagon (some beach toys for kids). The kitchen has most anything you require to cook. The laundry room was such a benefit to going home without laundry galore. The grill and grilling tools were great. Near a Publix and breakfast spots. The main drag is accessible to quite a few restaurants and all the beaches. The pool was wonderful. Lovely experience.

Very well kept home and lots of follow up from rental agency. No problems to report.
Very nice home.... on the smaller side of a 3 bedroom but never indoors cause the backyard is so lush. Clean and very nicely stocked. On the upper side of a rental and have been in dozens and we are 2 retired couples. Covered by rental agency when you do not even need them! Hats off to this experience!

Wonderful, private break
Took a winter break from Chicago and found a gem in Villa Las Flores. The perfect blend of location need shopping and food and yet private. The house was great for the needs of my two sisters and I and the pool/courtyard made it feel as if you were on a small private island. We took a chance on taking a property away from the Gulf, as we usually do and were rewarded with a great find. Private pool, warm inviting house and great location. I would highly recommend this property for a group of single adults or a small family.

Clean, nicely appointed and private property supported by very accessible management.
We met our children and grandchildren in Sarasota for a family wedding. This property could not have been better for our purpose to gather and entertain. We felt very safe in the residence and community. It was conveniently located to beaches, commercial sites and restaurants. We cant wait for a return trip in the future.

Adult family vacation
I can only summarize our experience at Villa las flores as being nothing more than exceptional. The private oasis that is the pool and patio give this home a vibe of relaxation and rest. From the time you arrive to music/cupcakes and peer inside the beautiful vaulted ceilings, you feel at home. The residence holds everything you need for your stay leaving you with only needing to go to the grocery store (excellent publix southbound) for liqour and any/all food/items you need. The residence is close to all beaches (8-35 min drive depending on the beach/traffic) and 1 hour from Busch Gardens. The LA fitness next door is a 5 minute walk and you can get a free week pass online. The pool was heated and the best time to use it with full sun was from 1130-1530 during the day. At night, the mood and ambiance lighting are perfect. The beach chairs and towels with the property were perfect for our beach days and walts seafood market down the street had the best fresh selection for grilling on the patio. We would definitely return to the residence and were very pleased to be met by the property manager our final night with a send off bottle of wine and requesting sincere feedback regarding our stay. The cottages at the key run a fine ship!

Home away from home - only better
This being our first time renting a "home" rather than going to a hotel/resort - we were leery as to what we might encounter. Villa Las Flores more than met our expectations! We had a late flight so we didn’t get in until 9pm. As tired travelers we were delighted to find upon arrival, the whole grounds and house were all lit up – very welcoming with soothing music, gourmet cupcakes with our name on them under glass, and the home temperature was just right.
The home was very clean, appliances newer, kitchen had nice utensils, pots, pans, knives, etc. We like to grill out - the grill was newer and very clean with a full propane tank. The pool was very clean and the landscaping was outstanding as it gave you the feeling you were in your own little private resort - especially in the evenings when the lighting was on. VERY relaxing! The living room furniture was very comfortable as we watched a couple movies at night on a nice large Smart TV so we were able to log into our Netflix account and access movies at no additional charge. They have beach chairs available which came in very handy as we went to the beach almost every day.
Regarding location, we were pleasantly surprised that we were so close to all the grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants but when you are at the house you would never know it.
There is only one reason we gave a 4 instead of a 5-and it was beyond their control but it was an issue. During the day - even Sunday, there were several trucks hauling dirt and bobcats working tirelessly with the beeping backup noise and banging, etc. All evenings were quiet and nice though.

Overall it has been a good trip. House is spacious with adequate beds for our family of 5. Good facility and convenient to all. The house though is very dusty and caused respiratory allergies to my kids.

Convenient Central Sarasota Location & Excellent Hospitality
My family & I enjoyed a work/pleasure trip at this property. It had all of the expected conveniences - tv, internet, pool. Everything was modern and the sheets were luxurious. Jennifer, our hostess, was top notch. She was on top of everything from the initial booking through to the end. She called to make sure everything was going smoothly after we'd settled in the first couple of days. They left us welcome cupcakes and even dropped by with a bottle of wine. They also shared info about activities in the area. The property is walking distance to restaurants (including a great local Italian restaurant, Cafe Baci) and to Trader Joe's.
My only complaint would be that the pillows were either too firm, or too flat. But, that is minor compared to the luxury we enjoyed staying at Villa Las Flores - One of the Cottages.

Private oasis
Once inside the gate, we discovered the little oasis that would be our home for the following 12 nights. The villa was spotless, superbly equipped right down to the sharp knives and housewares every homeowner likes to have at his/her fingertips. The pool was clear and well heated, the appliances worked as they should and the location was ideal for walking, grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The responsiveness of the agents from Cottages on the Key was exemplary and problem solving was immediate. Kaitlin is especially worthy of mention in that regard. All the makings for a great holiday!
