We loved our week at this Narragansett house. It’s very spacious, seaside decor and all the essentials to make the week perfect. It’s location is very central to beaches and shopping, also just 20 mins from Newport. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is very modern and equipped with a gas stove. We loved spending time outside on the back patio. The property owners Amy & James were very responsive and got back quickly to our questions. Would highly recommend this location!

Enjoyed our stay and the convenience to Jamestown, Newport, Wickford and Narragansett. Clean home as advertised with comfortable beds. The two recliners in the living room could use replacing but everything else in the home was clean and comfortable.

A rare instance where the house is even nicer than the photos suggest. Well maintained, with a beautiful, large, fenced in backyard; large bedrooms with unusually comfortable beds; a kitchen with truly everything you need for cooking, right down to a mandoline(!); and an incredibly responsive owner who called us the day we were to arrive to alert that there was a power outage (and called again when the power had returned). Despite the recent heat waves, the central A/C kept us comfortable upstairs and down the whole time -- never needed the supplementary split unit in the family room. There's a nice little local beach half a mile down the road that's great for swimming and kayaking/canoeing (larger beaches are a 10-15 minute drive), and a Brickley's ice cream about a mile away. Lacks nothing!

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found the air conditioning to be. inadequate to cool the upstairs floor in the afternoon and evening of the hot days, but was comfortable otherwise. The house is 15 minutes from Narragansett beach.

Comfortable, kid friendly, clean house; furniture and fixtures outdated and unappealing. When on vacation, goal is to enjoy as good as, or more luxurious than home. This property does not meet that objective. Shower upstairs too small, 5’2” 145 lb female barely fit. Bed and bath linens poor quality. Overall, decent house, but not my standards.

This rental was so nice, it was spotless and decorated very tastefully, I didn't have to do a thing when we arrived. Beds were extra comfortable and the patio was very nice to relax on. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores, the beach was about 4 miles away which was fine. The only suggestion we have is that the chairs in the living room could use replacement. I want to make it known that James always answered our calls and was always accommodating The yard was well maintained and very pretty! We enjoyed our stay very much and we thank you for sharing your home with us! Skip & Birdie Conti

We had a wonderful stay at James and Amy’s house in Narragansett this past weekend. They had excellent communication and answered any questions I had before and during our trip. The house was comfortable for our 6 person stay. The house was clean and inviting and it was nice to have the detailed instructions. Everything was labeled, especially in the kitchen area. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide extra linens and blankets. There were a few pillows in the closet without cases, so we were unable to utilize them. We explored Narragansett and Newport which was a short 10-15 minute drive from the house. Shepards Run Winery is a must to visit if your looking for a wine tasting experience. Next time we visit RI, we hope to stay at this location again. Thank you!

The location was very convenient to Newport which was our main interest. We came here to visit a few mansions. Little did we know that the International Boat Show was also in Newport. This event did make travel a bit more challenging, however it added some additional excitement. Our first evening there we ate dinner at the Coast Guard House in Narragansett, and it was a fabulous experience, not far from our house. There was plenty to see and do in the Narragansett area. I would stay here again. The house was clean, well-organized and supplied with everything you would need.

Great property and location to attend a wedding in Newport. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Narragansett beaches are just a few miles down the road and great restaurants in the area. Owners were quick to respond with answers to any questions I had. We had a great stay!

Great Place , very clean, great spot for family Vacation

The house was well kept and close to both Narragansett town beach and Newport. Although the home listed both a private beach and hot tub, the beach was too small for us and the hot tub was not available. The house slept 8 and we originally booked for 4 guests, including more family in our visit became more apparent close to the stay. The owners, Amy and James, agreed to let them stay which was kind of them as it was a short notice request. We all enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

Girls’ Summer Getaway
Great fun at this property. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Enjoyed the outdoor space including the fire pit. Would have loved if the hot tub was available. A bit more seating in the living room would have made that space more comfortable.

A nice place to stay!
The house was clean, and everything was clearly labelled (utensil drawers, towels, etc.). It's within a reasonable driving distance to the southeastern RI beaches. There are several good restaurants nearby as well. One negative is that it's on the corner of a somewhat busy road (Route 1A), so there is some traffic noise., but that didn't bother us much! Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

This property is in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the beach, fishing, kayaking, etc. James was super helpful with check in and check out and the home is immaculate!

We came up for the Newport half marathon and to visit Narragansett and this house was a perfect location. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The backyard was a nice place for the kids to run around and the beds were SO comfortable. The owners were also very accessible and made sure we were all set when we got there. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, pretty close to everything, very comfortable for 5-6 people, house has everything what you need for a short or even extended stay. But..heating must be improved in the living room..there is only a very small gas fireplace which is definitely not enough during the cold winter months…we had to cut our stay by one night..it was very cold…

Great location for a Fall girls getaway. Enjoyed the proximity to Newport and ferry to block island. Property was as described, clean and well appointed. Plenty of utensils for cooking but also great location for so many restaurants.
