Ce chalet Black Canyon (sous licence Estes Park # 6013) 2 chambres, 1 ½ salle de bain condo offre tout le confort de la maison avec un cadre qui définit le parc national des Rocheuses. Cuisine et salle de bain principale récemment rénovées. Le condo est niché derrière l'hôtel Stanley donnant sur l'historique MacGregor Ranch dans le quartier Black Canyon Creek d'Estes Park. Lumpy Ridge borde la zone offrant des vues spectaculaires.
Cette propriété est à seulement ¾ d'un mile au nord du centre-ville d'Estes Park et vous donne un accès facile à tous les événements dans la région tout en offrant l'intimité pour être pleinement immergé dans la beauté de cette retraite de montagne. Tous nos visiteurs sont frappés par la vue imprenable depuis le pont mais apprécient également le soin apporté au confort et à la propreté de ce spacieux condo.

Property was spotless! So close to Downtown and hiking. Safeway is just a few blocks away. Downside was the furnishings were a bit worn

We had a fantastic stay for our son's wedding in Estes Park. The property met all of our expectations, and exceeded them in several ways. We would defintely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Black Cannon Chalet in Estes Park. The location was fantastic, offering outstanding views that made our time there even more enjoyable. The chalet was clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of our stay.
While there is no air conditioning, the condo cools down nicely at night, making it comfortable for sleeping. There was a slight musty smell initially, but it improved significantly once we opened the windows. One minor drawback was the lack of fans in the bathrooms, which made them a bit humid after showers.
We appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and some provisions provided—it made our mornings so much easier. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owners were so friendly and accommodating when we had to adjust our reservation unexpectedly a few months out from our trip. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Estes Park in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice, comfortable condo for our anniversary getaway. Beautiful views from the condo and close to RMNP and Estes Park proper. The owners were very helpful with recommendations in the area! We would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was very clean and were very pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked and all the other amenities you provided. The location has a great view and was close enough to many different trails to hike. The only downfall was all the construction in town but we were able to work around that and it wasnt a big deal. We played golf at Estes Park Golf course and really enjoyed it. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommending it to friends. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

Our stay was everything we'd hoped for. The condo was lovely and had everything we could possibly need (including shovels for the snow we got on the first few days of our trip). It was also very convenient getting into downtown Estes Park, too.

Every morning during our stay were would watch the sun come up and illuminate the valley that is visible from the dinner table. You will never get tired of the view.
The condo is very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
Access to Rocky Mountain National Park could hardly have been easier and it is just a short walk into downtown Estes Park. Will definitely rent again!

This is such a nice place to stay in Estes Park. It's super convenient and comfortable. It has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy the spectacular view. It also has great viewing options.

Upon our arrival the property was not cleaned as there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. However, Jim and Jolene answered a phone call and had a cleaning crew sent immediately to the property. Due to time restraints on our end of things we ended up not staying at this property. This property was exactly as advertised and had a great view! Jim and Jolene were easy to communicate with and were quick to fix the miscommunication.

We got married at Black Canyon Inn, and stayed at Jim + Jolene’s place for the week of our wedding. It was perfect. Such a beautiful view from the dining room and front deck, and located literally across the street from our venue which was so convenient. Check in was easy, and Jim and Jolene were very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Estes Park!

The condo was perfect for us. Our daughter and 2 grandsons joined us for one day/night. Our 2 year old grandson was....well 2 years old! I hope his rambunctiousness and crying in the evening did not disrupt our neighbors. I was a bit concerned and hate to be the annoying neighbor! They departed and left my husband and I to relax and enjoy the views, hiking and lovely town of Estes. My husband and I would highly recommend this condo as it was the perfect location, it was clean and the view was beautiful! We would certainly stay here again!

The property was clean and nicely furnished. I had the upstairs bedroom. My only concern would be that the pillows were not comfortable on the bed. The views were spectacular and the book on the table was helpful with information. You have an interesting collections of books and games available. Really, your place was just perfect for a getaway. Felt at home.

We enjoyed the location and the unit. Views were great, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was very convenient.
The bed upstairs is a little hard and without AC we got hot at night even with windows open and fans running. That would not stop us from booking again though. We felt that we got great value from the stay.

This well appointed VRBO had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay hiking and exploring RMNP. The 2BR/1.5 bath size was perfect for me and my spouse. The place is beautiful and exactly what was needed to enjoy our time in RMNP.
Appreciated that some of the staples were provided, like liners for the trash, a few food staples (salt&pepper, some spices, common tools). The location is beautiful and looks out onto the Lumpy Range and Twin Owls rock formation, with a patio and grill to eat dinners in or out.
Right in Estes Park "behind" the famous Stanley Hotel and a perfect location to get out on dayhikes all of the park. We loved it!

Was a excellent location with a beautiful view. Was disappointed that was listed as a 5 person place n when asked where the 5th bed was told it was a pack n play so had to bring our own air mattress n ended up finding out there was a pull out couch

Well maintained property. Furnishings were not so new that you we're afraid to ruin anything. Extremely clean. The location was great to local downtown area yet far enough away to enjoy beautiful views and wildlife. only suggestion is to have linens for pull out couch. Had all other amenities that were needed.

This is a really nice condo with a beautiful view! It is well furnished, clean and with a great book of information about the property within the unit. Minutes away from Safeway for groceries and from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend.

This is a pretty and cozy condominium with a rustic but cheerful decor and feel. My husband and I so loved this location. The view of the Rocky Mountains is just incredible and it was a very short drive to the Park. So many trails to choose from! We had the best sorts of weather, a little snow to make it pretty but still able to hike! The Condo has everything you need! Pick up food at the Safeway around the corner or go to a nearby restaurant. We mostly cooked in. I would highly recommend this vacation spot. It was a dream!

My husband and I visit the Rockies at least once every year, this condo was one of the nicest ones we’ve had the pleasure to visit. Comfortable, convenient and beautiful views. The only minor tweak I could suggest is upgraded pillows and mattress. But we are very spoiled to tempurpedic so this is not to say they were bad! We will definitely visit this lovely condo again!

We had a wonderful time. We looked at a lot of properties online but selected this one because of the view! It did not disappoint. The location was great - close to town, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, close to the grocery store, and in a beautiful area. The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was great and perfect for cooking Thanksgiving Dinner. Thankyou for giving us the opportunity to share your home.

The pictures do not convey how this condo feels like “home”! It is spacious, yet cozy. We decided to cook dinner in the condo the night we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need. The location is perfect and close to good restaurants, grocery store, downtown, etc. The view from the living room is exceptional!! Directions are easy as well. Contact with the owners was easy. I will say that the beds are on the “very firm” side.
