Beautiful and well maintained cabin Nice hot tub Air hockey table was a hit Home theater is built nice but had poor internet reception so cud not use much Adequate number of beds/sofa beds . Couple Beds are however tall and may be difficult to get on to if you are petite. Access to top bed on the bunk bed is not good and was difficult to get on and off. The google and waze GPS cudn’t find the property even with the right address. Apple maps did better. Entry code did not work the first time around. However the host is easily reachable by text and phone with prompt responses. Can stay again if in area.

Mostly because of the location but everything about the house was great. The view was pretty from the house but we didn’t have to drive roads that scared me to death getting there. The beds were comfy, the game room was a lot of fun. I HIGHLY recommend this house.

We called and reported this the first morning we were there and they sent someone out to look at it and he said that it needed a part and that the vendor would come out and replace it. The vendor came out said it was fixed and this was confirmed by Elk Springs by them calling me to let me know that it was fixed. We were in town when I got the call and checked it as soon as we returned to the cabin and it still would not heat up. It was late so we waited and called the next morning to report that it still was not working and they sent someone else out to look at it and it was determined that it could not be fixed. I reached out to Elk Springs to let them know that we were disappointed that we were never able to use the hot tub as this was something everyone was looking forward to and the only thing they said was we would get a 10% discount on our next stay because we would be a returning guest. Our party all felt as if they should have given us some money back due to the inconvenience of the service men coming in and out our entire stay and not having a functioning hot tub.

The cabin was very spacious which allowed for great sleeping arrangements for our whole family. The hot tub was amazing and so was the game room. We can't wait to come back again. Pros: Overall the cabin is very beautiful and only 10-15 minutes from a grocery store which is convenient. The hosts were very responsive via text when we had issues and the technicians that they sent out to fix issues always came in a timely manner. It was helpful that the kitchen was stocked with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. It was also nice that in addition to the kitchen table, there are built-in benches in the kitchen with room for storage underneath. Cons: If you want quiet/privacy, this is not a good choice for you. This cabin is very close to a number of other cabins and we could hear people partying all hours of the day/night when we were outside on any of our decks. The biggest negative for me was how unclean some of the areas were in this cabin. More than 4 or 5 dishes were dirty when I removed them from the cabinet and I had to immediately wash them (they were sticky, wet, and had food residue in them). There were also so many (huge) spider webs all over the corners of the doors and light fixtures on the deck that we had to clean off. When we arrived to our cabin, we opened up the mini fridge and water spilled out everywhere. It had not received maintenance in quite some time (the technician agreed with us) and it was frozen over but some of it had melted which caused a mess. We had to use towels to clean it up but since there are not extra towels provided, we had to call for a technician to bring us more towels to replace the ones we used since using the towels was out of our control. The poker table and many other common area tables were also dirty (with food debris and dust) so we had to clean those off before use as well. Parking is also not great - you can really only fit 5 cars comfortably in the parallel position, so I probably wouldn't plan to bring more cars than that.

The point of getting this cabin was because it had the right amount of bedrooms. The lady bugs were on top of the bed with us while we were sleeping, in the luggage, in the tub, sinks, and flying around all the lights. My bedroom also had stained sheets. The directions was not clear and when we called the night operator she had a nasty attitude. Was not helping us when we were asking questions on how to get to the cabin. Besides the bedsheets and lady bug issue the cab was nice. They sent sheets to be replaced and a guy came to spray for the lady bugs. I believe the spray will help the next guest but it did not accommodate us for our stay.

Cabin was very clean and spacious - the hot tub was wonderful! Also enjoyed the TV and did not have any trouble with the wifi working. Location was close to major grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was immaculate and up to date. Staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. Only downside was parking with a bigger group but we made it work. Would definitely recommend.
