We had a great stay in Copper. The condo was perfect and so convenient to everything in Center Village. Carolyn was a pleasure to work with planning our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

superb ski rental
Great location for skiing at Copper Mountain. Garage parking, spacious room, wonderful sun room/patio to look out over mountain. Only nit is kitchen is on small size for a big group (room has beds for 8), but still full furnished.

Perfect location
The location is great for skiing. American Eagle and American Flyer lifts are steps away, and the all of the center village is right outside the door.
The rooms are big and comfortably accommodated our party of 6.
The property management company met our request for an early check in, despite it being peak season, and they were easy to contact.
The owner was accessible and she was able to fill in a couple of gaps in the property management company’s understanding of the property.
We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay!
Pictures were very accurate, and this is a great location in heart of center village. Check-in and communication were great. The only significant drawback was that noises from the unit above could be heard fairly easily, and woke us up early a couple mornings with some significant thumping. There are some minor changes that could be done to make the stay just a little more easy/practical (e.g., providing tupperware/other containers, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, drying rack). I'm AV competent, and the remotes took a little to figure out which operated which (as there were a couple extra), and instructions to utilize the XBox (DVD) were to utilize Component 1, but that source wasn't an option on the TV. Able to quickly work around by changing the easily accessible HDMI from the cable box to other sources. Ultimately, still quite content with our stay and would consider staying here again.

Unacceptable
We did not end up staying here and lost all our money. On the arrival day in the late morning we got a phone call from the manager That the central heater were working and they have not been working for the past week however did not repair them in the interim. On the day we are arriving they’re letting us know that they will have space heater which to me is unacceptable considering this is a ski trip in the middle of the winter. At least they should have given us a warning since they did disclose to us that the heaters were not working for a week and the previous weekend they used space heater and they will have the space heaters on when we arrive which it’s just not acceptable. We are not in a beach resort, we were in less then 20° weather.. That is not acceptable. I feel like it’s a breach of contract and we did not want to go somewhere where potentially it was going to be a miserable experience. It was very disappointing because this is a ski trip we had planned almost 6 months in advance and We had to cancel our flight, ski rentals, car rental etc. Functioning heaters in the middle of the mountain during a ski trip is it requirement. We asked them if they would meet us halfway And at least refund half our money. It was almost $3000. At that point they said they were going to have somebody come in to repair it. A couple hours later they said the heaters are working but the whole thing did not make sense if they had a week and I got a phone call saying they will have space heaters for us. I wrote to the property manager that morning that these were our concerns. I ended up getting no response. This is hours before we were supposed to get on a flight that day.

Can’t beat the location!
3rd year at cooper and this was my favorite location yet. I will say that the 2 queen bed room seem to be full beds and not queens. Also, one of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues (water wouldn’t get warm and toilet was messed up).

Great location! Love the ski lockers on the 1st floor. Perfect setup for 2 families, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bath and the living quarters are in the middle.

Nice stay
My family and I stayed in the condo during the week between Christmas and New Year. For the most part the stay was very enjoyable. The location was good-Just few step from American Eagle lift and 5 min walk from American Flyer lift. The frustrating part was that the wi fi access was horrible, we could not stream anything from Netflix. The beds ware comfortable and the apartment decorations were very nice. We would come back to stay there again.

comfortable, easy to use condo
This condo worked out perfectly for us although we never did figure out how to turn on the TV. The kitchen is somewhat small but was fine for the little cooking we did. The sleeping arrangements were great us. I liked the outdoor hottub but not the indoor one that I had to try out when the outdoor one was not actually hot.

Great Place!!!
This unit is a great place to stay. Very comfortable and perfect location at Copper Mountain. With the two bedrooms on either side of the living room, everyone can have their own space. The kitchen and unit was well equipped.
Will be looking forward to staying here again!!!

Loved this condo!
We had a great time skiing at Copper Mountain and loved staying at this unit. We found the unit exactly as it looked in the pictures and as it was described on the site. The bedrooms were large and accommodated our party of six easily. The living area and dining area were comfortable for our party size. It was great having three full bathrooms, they were newly renovated and very nice. The kitchen was a little small, but was very well-stocked with items and allowed us to cook several breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The Unit was in the perfect location. Right across the sidewalk from the equipment rental shop, close to shopping, dining and especially the lifts...sooooo nice. The ski lockers on the first floor were so convenient and it was great to have indoor garage parking. The reservation and check in process were very convenient and went very smoothly. We will definitely return to Copper Mountain and would love to stay in this unit again.

Guys trip to Copper successful
Three of my guy friends and I went to Copper for a ski trip and stayed in this property. For us it was really ideal because the two bedrooms each had two double bets so each of us had our own bed. Not sure that if I was traveling with my wife and kids that this would have been the best configuration but for us it was perfect. The managment staff was also excellent! Every detail for key pick-up went perfect and were provide excellent directions and details. We also were given a late checkout which really helped us. The location was also great with bars and resturants in very close walking distance. The unit itself has been remodeled and updated and the owner did a very nice job. The building itself is getting a bit old but given the excellent location it is well worth it.

Good location
Big roomy place close to lifts and food.
Movies and games were a nice touch.
House cleaning could do a better job.
The hallways were very noisy and at night it was very disruptive for those who don't partake in very late hours! Check in very easy, but overall I probably would not stay in this particular building again.

Excellent Mountain Retreat!
This property was a fantastic place to stay. We booked the place knowing we would need space for 2 families (each with 2 kids 5 and under). This property exceeded our expectations. There are 2 bedrooms in the property that each had a full bath as well as 2 queen beds each. We chose this property as it had the amenities we were looking for, including being 2 floors away from the onsite daycare, laundry was located on the 4th and 5th floors, all parking was covered, and there was plenty of space for us all to hang out! Being slope-side was a definite plus, as well as being within walking distance to a (tiny!) grocery for those few items we forgot to buy or needed more of. There was a good array of restaurants, shops, ski-rental locations, etc, to accommodate whatever we were in the mood for! Bus stop was right outside the door for effortless travel to east or west village. There were 2 ski lockers provided that were located on the first floor across from the daycare and down the hall from a Starbucks... We would definitely rent this property again.

Comfort...
...becomes more and more important to my friends and me as we get older. That's what we had in mind when we booked this place and it delivered.
First of all, Dawn communicated well leading up to our stay. She responded promptly and clearly to emails, texts, and calls. Everything went as she said it would. When we called Copper Mtn Connections with a question the person was knowledgeable and helpful.
The bldg. is in an ideal location in Center Village. The walk from the ski lockers to American Eagle just takes a minute, and at the end of the day you can ski to within an even shorter distance. We had to park 2 cars outside the building, in B Lot, which was just a short walk across the roundabout, and covered. The outdoor hot tub can hold a good number of people, was hot, and is basically right across from the elevator. While Copper isn't known for its village nite life most of what is does have is in Center Village, along with most of its shopping. On Saturday afternoon the New Orleans Suspects played on a stage right outside our building.
For four of us 40-somethings the unit was great. Each of us had our own queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There are 3 full baths. Two people in the kitchen is one too many, but there is a good sized dining room table. Trash disposal is conveniently at the end of the hall. The porch looks right at the Eagle, and made a nice place for 4 pairs of ski boots. We weren't tripping over each other or our gear anywhere in the condo. The wifi came and went as it pleased.
The icing on the cake for us was the Starbuck's on the ground floor.

Our family of five stayed here over Christmas Break. You can see the American flyer lift right from the porch/balcony. Not long to the slopes at all. The ski lockers were great, right on the main foe close to the exits. The parking is in the garage below unit so nice that cars don't get snow covered. But parking is very tight. We drove our mini van and we're thankful it wasn't any bigger. Free firewood in garage was a bonus as nothing like sitting by a warm fire after a day of skiing. The unit itself has loads of potential. Currently the dining and kitchen (although functional very small) have been undated. The bathrooms definitely need it. I'm sure in time they will update. We had a few issues but Dawn promptly took care of it. The kitchen definitely needs a new set of non stick pans...and pot holders and a pizza cutter. The beds have a memory foam topper but were surprisingly pretty comfortable. They do have portable fans which helped cut the noise for the 6 am snow removal equipment Hearing those meant fresh powder on the slopes. These units used to be more hotel style rooms so there are 3 outside doors. No washer/dryer in unit but they do have it on the 4th & 5th floor. We bought our kids season passes then used their friends and family passes for ourselves. They have direct tv and a Xbox. It worked well for our family with 3 teenagers. Dawn was extremely prompt with refunding security deposit. We found that Safeway in Frisco was a great place to get groceries for the week. Also the Golden Burro is a great place to eat in Leadville, plus the drive is gorgeous. We rented equipment from Peak Ski (discount through the condo). They are fantastic to work with. Even got to visit the medical center for my daughters wrist, great facility and a blessing to have it in the event you need it! Overall Copper Mountain was just what our family was looking for!

Family Vacation - Spring Break 2015
We loved Copper Mountain and the Mountain Plaza! We have skied all over Colorado, New Mexico and Lake Tahoe, but can honestly say that we loved this place. Everyone was very friendly, and I think that was mostly because this is where many of the locals go. The location of Mountain Plaza is great (in the center of Center Village)! The staff were wonderful, and were great to accommodate our late arrival, pack-n-plays, and even deals on ski rentals and lift tickets. We will definetly return to this location and will for sure book at Mountain Plaza!

Great Family Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Copper Mountain and staying in this particular property. The location of Mountain Plaza is fantastic and that's definitely what you're paying for -- right off American Eagle and Flyer lifts and close to everything. The fact that the child care was in the same building was also huge for us the one day that we used it (make sure you book in advance), and catching the shuttle up to West Village for ski school was easy/close. Ski rental shop was right next door as well. As for the unit itself, having your own kitchen for breakfast and lunches is great, and was probably the best feature for our family of six. The unit is well furnished with comfortable couches for lounging after a long day, four queen beds, and a fireplace (which we used -- free firewood in the garage was great). The owners have Direct TV, a small movie library and an XBox, which gave us some relaxing down-time in the evenings and when not on the slopes -- perfect for the kids. The building and unit are both on the older side, and the units themselves are converted hotel rooms. Certain things in the unit could definitely use some updating, particularly in the bathrooms. The wi-fi didn't work for us the last day, not sure what happened but we couldn't locate the unit's network on any of our devices. We also never got access to the unit's second ski locker, which would have given us more room for our skis. The one hot tub on the second floor wasn't hot, luke warm, so more like a bath and not worth the trouble. Dawn was great to work with in booking the property, and when we arrived super late at night, Dave (the manager) was right there to help us get in and get settled, very friendly. All in all, a great trip for us.
