Notre belle 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison dormira confortablement, fourrage et se détendre 6 vacanciers rempli de stress. Comme vous entrez dans la fraîcheur, entrée tranquille, vous êtes accueillis par des couleurs apaisantes et un mobilier moderne aux lignes épurées. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, un micro-ondes, cuisinière électrique et la gamme, lave vaisselle, élimination, cafetière, et une belle évier profond à nettoyer que poisson frais du jour. La laveuse et la sécheuse vous permettre de voyager léger et d'avoir des serviettes pour la plage. Un téléviseur à écran plat, service de câble, stéréo et lecteur DVD offrent une myriade de choix de divertissement. La suite principale comprend une douche spacieuse, walk-in et un lit king-size avec mousse à mémoire pour votre plaisir de dormir. Le canapé dépliant a également un lit queen mousse à mémoire de matelas. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen avec mousse à mémoire et une salle de bain complète de la porte juste à côté. Franchissez les portes coulissantes en verre à partir de la suite de maître ou le salon pour profiter d'une boisson, une collation ou quelques moments de tranquillité sur le porche de l'écran. Une courte promenade à travers le composé magnifiquement paysagé vous emmène à la piscine sur place. Laissez les enfants éclaboussent autour tandis que vous vous détendre ou faire cuire quelque chose de délicieux dans la grande zone de cuisson couverte qui est près de la piscine. Niché dans la charmante La Cita Golf and Country Club à la Haciendas votre maison loin de la maison est à seulement quelques minutes des restaurants, des épiceries, des magasins et du centre historique de Titusville. Juste au coin est un grand marché agricole où vous pourrez déguster quelques-uns des produits les plus frais de la Floride. Un court trajet en voiture sur la route vous emmène à US 1 et l'Indian River. The kitchen was fully functional and that was great for us since we had to cook for a birthday party. But unfortunately, the king bed was so uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain and didn't get much sleep the first night. The second night we slept in the queen bed which was much more comfortable. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was making a terrible sound which kept waking us up all night. So, our stay was not what we expected. Sorry for the low rating, but a comfortable mattress is the most important part to us.

The condo is well stocked, we had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and quiet neighborhood.
Communication with host was easy, would highly recommend it.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Very easy check-in and the condo was immaculate! There was everything we needed for the time we were there including beach chairs and towels! Very peaceful and will stay again for sure!

We had a lovely time in this property, the location is lovely and everything was perfect. It was so easy to find everything that you needed and the condo was super clean. We loved visiting the Kennedy Space Center and we took a boat tour with Captain CJ out of Merritt Island. Thank you!

Very nice condo in a great area. The place was super clean and outfitted with everything we needed. We did have a small issue with the guest bathroom, but the host was able to resolve it immediately - great service! We definitely plan to stay again the next time we travel to Titusville.

This condo had a well stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The owners were quick to respond when management turned off the water due to a break. Very safe area.

The place was exactly as advertised and we were pleasantly surprised by how well provisioned the property was. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc. and updated appliances. Everything was neat, orderly and in great repair. Bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortably appointed as well. The place was also quiet, neighborhood was great and very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Communications with both the host and the caretaker were prompt, professional and very helpful. All of this made for a great experience - we'd gladly stay here again. Thanks!

We wrote in her book and told her of our visit. The property is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed walking and felt safe. Our visit with family with Thanksgiving and a 80th Birthday celebration was great. We had our own area to relax. It provided us with all our needs. We were very happy to stay there and would do it again. This was a first time experience for us.

We loved staying at this property. It was close to Cape Canaveral, the cruise ships and local restaurants. Easy access in & out of the property, lots of shopping close and the place was very cozy and homelike. Highly recommended!

Came to visit family in the La Cita complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit we rented was perfect for our needs. The communication was perfect and everything was explained to us in an efficient manner. I would definitely use them again. The unit was also close to all the amenities, pool/golf course. An easy walk. Access was easy as well.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. We needed extra room for additional family in town for a family gathering. Everything we needed was there. When there was a question about the AC running continually The Host quickly responded and there was no further issue. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the pool and the grilling. We enjoyed a rocket launch and a beautiful moon our last evening. Thank you for this property and host!

If you are looking to get away from all the hustle and bustle this place is it. Super quiet, close to grocery store and not too far from Cocoa Beach. We even enjoyed driving a mile down the road to experience a rocket launch! All around excellent home away from home!

The property was amazing. All the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay in the Titusville area. The condo had everything we needed and more. Next year we will know what we don’t have to bring with us. We loved the lock box and not having to worry about keys. The instruction list was also very helpful. Thanks Patty.

I had put the rest of the family on a cruise ship at Port Canaveral and just wanted a place close by and also not far from the beach. This place was amazing and had everything I needed. They even had everything I needed for the beach, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. I found Playalinda beach and it was awesome. Absolutely amazing. I could not have been more happy with my stay. During the week I did have an issue with the air conditioning not running. I contacted the owner to let them know about the issue. I had a very quick response within less than 30 minutes and they had the issue corrected in no time. I was very impressed on how they handled it. I would love to return sometime myself and highly recommend them to anyone looking a nice quite place to relax.

Very nice, comfortable condo in a quiet safe neighborhood. Driving distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay. The pool was also very nice as we had it to ourselves one day. I recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing retreat during vacation.

The condo is very nice. Owner was easy to communicate with and sent lots of information a couple days before our stay, that made finding the place and checking on very easy.

This was a perfect spot for our visit to the space center and coast. It was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The condo also had everything we needed. Patty was quick to answer questions and provided great information. We would stay again if we came back.

My husband and I were pleased with our two night stay at this first floor condo only 10 miles/20 minutes away from Kennedy Space Center which was our destination. (we highly recommend the two day ticket). We were lucky enough to view the manned launch on March 2nd!

Was great to experience the warm weather of Florida. When we were not out exploring the space coast, attending the Supercross race and the nature preserve, my favorite place was the screened in porch.
Place is perfect for 4 adults and was just as described.
