The pictures posted here do not do this property justice! It was so clean and comfortable! Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, it was so cozy! It was a wonderful family trip to enjoy each others company! We hope to go back again!!!

Our first VRBO rental and it couldn’t have been better! A beautiful home in one of our favorite areas to visit. The pics do not do this place justice, as the views of Estes from the multiple balconies are amazing. Home was immaculate, communication was prompt and home instructions were very well laid out. I have a feeling this is the first of many stays at Cloud 9. Thank you so much!

My family from TX wanted a white Christmas and we love ESTES Park, so I started looking for a house for all of us instead of the hotel. Saw this, and a few others, but kept coming back to this. Booked it and what a great move! We showed up, easy to get in, and the views....the photos do not do this place justice. It is on the top with views all around. There is one or two other homes at the top that may have similar views, but if you are looking for mountain views, some space and not a regular neighborhood home, this is it. The place also was well stocked and what I mean is TP in every bathroom, paper towels, spices, dishes, pans, pots, etc. It was better stocked then most of the VRBO homes I have rented. Christmas decorations were up, tasteful and really complimented the house. Can not wait to return! Thanks for a beautiful house, working hot tub, and a warm and inviting home.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, etc. large and small - and this place easily wins for most scenic, well-stocked, extremely comfortable house. Many places to congregate - often older adults upstairs and younger adults in the basement playing pool, games and hotubbing. Not only is the place well-cleaned (I usually find something off but not here) but the entire house is well-maintained. We hope to come back some day. Lovely memories!

Cloud Nine is amazing. I don’t think you could find a place in Estes Park with better views and still be so close to town. The home is so spacious which worked well for our family. The communication throughout the booking and stay was great. We had such a good time and would love to stay at Cloud Nine again.

We have stayed here 3x now and plan on going again!! Fits our family! The upgrades are amazing! Love this place. Can't wait to go again next year. And the Views....Are the BEST!

Cloud 9 was perfect and looked exactly as listed! We loved the beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the decks. We liked the quick access to downtown and the drive to RMNP took less than 15 minutes. Thanks for sharing your stunning home with us!

The pictures understate the beautiful views in all directions. The house is near town, so it is easy to get provisions. The house was clean and in great shape. Cloud Nine made our family reunion trip very special!

We all were literally blown away with this home! Beautiful views from all rooms and we enjoyed all of the decks to catch the sunrise/sunset, dining at home and playing games. It was a short easy walk to downtown, although a little harder on the way home! The house sits at one of the highest points in Estes and the photos online do not do the views justice. We did hiking, fly fishing and horseback riding. Truly a memorable vacation for us college friends to reconnect! Thank you!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The views from all of the decks were stunning! The house is very well cared for and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

The house, location and views were absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and organized and worked out perfectly for our varied age range of 8 people. I don't know that it would have changed our decision to stay at the property, but I wish I would have known that there was construction going on next door and that the home did not have air conditioning Fortunately, with the nice breeze throughout the day, the house was only hot a couple of late afternoons, when we typically were on our way out and there were only two construction workers on the property next door, so the noise did not spread through the house or property, but did impact the master brm and brm next to the master. All and all we really enjoyed our stay and didn't really feel the need to leave as there was enough space for all of us and the decks and views were fantastic

We had our annual girls trip and had such a blast! It was a nice relaxing weekend and the views from the house were amazing. Great location and the owners were extremely nice and welcoming!

Although this house looked good online, it was spectacular in person! The house itself is spacious and so unique. The pool table is a nice amenity for a group. Then there’s the view…AMAZING!! A view from every room and even the hot tub! If the weather is poor outside, you’ll be happy to stay indoors at this house!!

So glad we selected Cloud Nine to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The property was very well maintained and clean. There were views from every room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table for those rainy days. The location was perfect for enjoying the town and the park. We only had one issue with the hot water and the property managers were quick to respond (the GFI outlet tripped in the garage and had to be reset). Great place, great location, great hosts…..thank you!

This home was everything they said and more. Would recommend it to anyone. Can’t wait to come back.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. The house is big, well maintained, with good outdoor space. We all enjoyed the mountain views. We used the pool table, the hot tub and the decks. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

This property was awesome. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the near 360 degree view of the valley. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The hosts had everything put together as soon as we walked into the house. We had one question for the hosts and they responded within 5 minutes. City center is walkable or a very short drive. The neighborhood was quite and all the neighbors were friendly. We will 100% be back to stay in this home. If you decide to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Cloud Nine was the perfect property for our family! It had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful week in the mountains. The views from the decks were second to none! We are hoping to stay in this wonderful home again!!!

This is our second time staying at this property and it is absolutely stunning. Great location, sleeps our group of 7 easily, and the views from the decks are untouched! The only problems we have had is the fact that we have stayed in July (not our optimal choice) due to family weddings, and the house can get quite hot. Even with fans, keeping windows open in the cool nights, etc., the living room was 85 degrees and pretty uncomfortable. So, plan ahead if you are staying peak heat times outside! Otherwise, it is absolutely perfect!!

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday.. great views!!! We spent most days hiking in RMNP and this was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!!

Despite the Cloud Nine name we weren't quite prepared for the spectacular views from the four decks. The house is spacious, very clean, well-appointed, and nicely located. It was the perfect base for my wife and I and our three twenty-something boys to explore RMNP and the surrounding area. Terrific restaurants and plenty of breweries to explore too. Despite several unusually warm days we didn't miss the AC because of the mountain breeze. Definitely will return.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and there's a stunning view from every one of the several decks. We had a great time exploring Estes Park and RMNP, but it was always nice getting back to the house to unwind.

We had a great time at this gorgeous house! We could see the entire town of Estes - downtown, RMNP, Lake Estes, etc etc. You won’t find a property with a better view. We had 7 people in our party and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating for relaxing. We did have a breaker blow on the first day, and within 15 minutes of me texting the property owner, somebody was there and fixed it. The only criticism we have is that the house was 88 degrees inside when we got there. No open windows, no air movement, no air conditioning. It would have been nice to have somebody open windows prior to arrival because it was brutal trying to cool it down. If you’re staying on the main floor, make sure to bring a sleep mask because it’s quite bright starting at about 5:30AM. Once we figured out those few initial bumps, we had an amazing stay! We already booked this property for next summer! We can’t wait!!

This house is on top of a mountain, so it has exquisite views from 4 different decks. It is close to fun parks, golf courses, restaurants, and to the Rocky Mountain National Park. There is plenty of room for 8 people, nice play room and hot tub, very unique layout, so was perfect for everything we needed. The house manager was responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a great time in Estes Park.

The house was in a nice neighborhood with a great view. The house itself was nice but we had multiple difficulties with appliances and the hot tub. One of our main reasons for choosing this house was the hot tub and it only worked 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Were were not informed that the refrigerator and dishwasher were not working and the hot tub was "temperamental" until after our arrival. Communication with property managers was difficult and they weren't able to resolve the issue. If it weren't for those issues, we would have been very pleased with our stay.

Would definitely rent again
