Nothing the house is in need of new furniture everywhere the sunbeds were broken the chairs are old and broken

Everything is totally in need of new the showers are broken the staff who meet you are terrible and rude do not stay here

The house is located in the heart of Portixol, right next to the little port. Also, the location is very quiet, at a narrow street without traffic. The house has a nice roof top terrace which during the sunny and warm months will most likely be the main place. A range of bars and restaurants are a foot step away, so is the beach.

The living/dining room on the ground floor has (almost) no day light. So, if the weather isn't nice and warm, you sit in a room under the lamp. Keep that in mind for the winter months. The water boiler has only a capacity of 100L. That is adequate for a 2 persons household if you like a hot shower at least. Overall, the house could do with some upgrading of furniture (inside and outside), and a better shower cabin.

Great location for a short stroll into the City but also quiet and near a nice little beach and Promenade. We loved the roof terrace. Great kitchen if you get carried away in the mercat de l’Olivar.

No down sides really. We didn’t and I wouldn’t recommend having a car, the area is not blessed with a surfeit of parking. If the walk into the centre gets too much the is a cheap and regular bus service (no 35) from the end of the road.
