Facilities for washing

I love the property and there was so much blankets pillows dishes and big space in the living room and the best thing was the apartment owner welcoming with chocolate and a bottle of wine that was so nice and kind of them and I love how they had so much kids books puzzles and kids games and tv in kids room 👌

The only thing disappointed me was the dishes and the oven was very dirty every dish or cups I had to wash before use it was disgusting also it’s hard because there is no internet and Laundry was out side we had to pay money for it to wash our clothes and there is no bbq out door and we wear told the apartment had bbq

Location was good for our job and having the pool to relax after work was good to have

The apartment needs some attention cleanliness was not up to standard and it had a lack of cleaning products for us to keep a basic clean old vacuum no broom or mop. The back door didn’t lock properly either.

Property has a beautiful pool that wraps around the rooms . Pool was clean , great depth for adults that wanted to walk around the 495m pool for exercise. Grass breakout areas were nice to sit on and a nice change to the concreted paths. Love the pool view rooms - easy access via the gate to the pool in your courtyard with privacy to your room. Well maintained gardens. A 5 minute walk to supermarkets at salamander shopping centre.

Insufficient Shaded areas for sitting around the pool. Would be extremely hot for dec -jan holiday visits. Room 349 management should fix the silicone around the shower floor . Water escapes into the bathroom floor causing a dangerously wet floor after shower. Only a stand up fan in 1 of the 2 rooms which would be unbearable in dec-jan holidays. Pool area needs some sun chairs .

The property has an equipped kitchen. It is clean Loved the easy access to the pool and spa.

The complex was quite big. O’Meara property; the agent used to manage the property gives you the keys to the apartment but there is no direction given as where you can locate your apartment with easy. The tv does not work well. Some channels have broken images.
