The pool was lovely and the resort was quiet and relaxing

The hand towel in the bathroom was dirty, I needed to wash it. There was cockroach poop on the kitchen bench.

The apartment was amazing, it was really clean, well equiped The resort as a whole is amazing and very clean to everything. We had a really relaxing 5 days, looking forward to our next holiday in the same unit.

Dishwasher was old the 2nd bedroom was stuffy and hot. Air conditioning leaked water Batteries had to be replaced in remote controls TV was small The facilities were in need of repair grass growing on balconies Pool needs re painting No internet connection

the resort facility is great well kept and they are constantly keeping the property clean and in great condition

This was a private rental within the facility. We have stayed many times but not at this particular private rental. The managing agent McGrath at Nelson Bay have very clunky procedures and the unit was dirty and had cockroaches. When we booked this property in July it was for 1 king bed and 2 single beds. 2 months before our stay in December they changed the beds to bunk beds. Great for a family but not for my 84yr old mother…. When we seperated the king bed into 2 single beds we found a sex toy and condoms. I would never rent from McGrath Nelson Bay ever again

Central and self contained. Great for families.

Some parts of the accommodation and property could do with a little TLC. Nothing too drastic though.

Loved how our 2 bedroom apartment was a apartment and studio with 2 beds and the main apartment with bedroom, ensuite kitchen lounge and laundry. Very secure and safe. Perfect for for older kids to have their own space/room and some peace and quiet for the parents in the main apartment. Loved the layout, would definitely book again!

Loved the rooms and the resort. Close enough to everything. All the staff were friendly and the facilities clean. The pool is amazing.

The sheets in the master bedroom we worn and need replacing

Horrible. Not impressed we had to go into Nelson Bay to collect the keys. Your Add is a little misleading as it should specifically say that this is 100% 2nd floor room - no ground floor direct access to the pool. The photo's "sort of" depict this, but we've stayed in other rooms here in the past that were a townhouse style 2 story apartment with pool access. To be fair, the room is very nice, can't fault it - but again being 2nd level we have to cart luggage (and garbage) down 2 flights of stairs. We don't book upstairs rooms but this isn't clear in your Add.

Should be able to get the keys at the property itself or a more local Real Estate Agent. When we picked the keys up we were not given a mud map of the Resort, so we had to go looking for the Room. They gave us a key but no room number, the key had 655 on it which was a non existent room, we phoned O'Meara, they then said it was room 516 - BUT that had people in it. We called them again, and they said it was actually room 245. Such a dogs breakfast. We spent an hour chasing our tail trying to find our room.
